Worst experience ever they don’t know what they’re talking about when you ask them about your card I’ve spoken to 7 different people fighting to get a refund for a month was told it was only going to take 7 days then I got told today it’s going to take over 30?! I’ve had this card for 3 years I do not recommend at all.
I like that the app the card has a new / old look reminds me of my old national city bank debit card back when I was 18 whichever I like I think the card declined only when using those phone payments method the small business be using other than that it’s cool yeah apr is high but I see the reason better than a secured credit card
I opened this card to rebuild my credit after a bad relationship. I’m still at a $300 spending limit a few years later even though I make more money and made all my payments. The fees are ridiculous too. I was using it for gas and get no rewards or perks. I suggest going elsewhere and saving yourself money.
A lot of red lights and flags. Multiple chargers,$95 just to get processed plus $75 extras. Super redundant procedures and time wasting stuff. App keep on crashing. Was talking to First Access Costumer Service rep and the guy hung up on me as soon as I told him I had a few questions. Skittish at least or even a little bit scary. Just my first 2 hours experience as a brand new client.
Ther take 6 pieces of info on every call not in d country and cubicles they are in in the phone you can hear everything someone else is saying . Get the Amex credit one card. This card is a nightmare to deal with for me. Please bring back Smerucan jobs with English speaking reps . Not worth the trouble on this card
App never works. Can’t log in making it useless. Let’s not even talk about the constant fees. Only reason I keep it open is so I don’t take a hit closing an account but I think the loss of $300 credit line won’t hurt to much. Constantly down what a joke
I always sign up for facial recognition to sign into my account on the app. The app keeps on throwing me out and says that I’m not signed up when I am fixed. This problem is very frustrating or get out of the app business.
I’ve had this card for over a year never had an issue until now I tried to make a payment on it and it’s giving me an error message, the app is responding slowly it’s erasing your past transactions just terrible
I had First Access for a few months, at first was ok but all of a sudden couldn’t access on line and said card number was invalid white card was in good standing .. just threw it in the trash can. People should only use credible lenders and this First Acess isn’t!
Can’t ever login no matter how many times I reset my password. says it doesn’t recognize my username, but I can login online. Makes it hard to maintain my account if I can’t use your app.
I paid $31.00 for the the upfront fee and owed $64.00 but when I tried to pay their computers would not except my atm card and I tried for days and no matter what atm card I gave them I was denied . They also said id get my 31.00 back but I’ve never received it. I reported them for fraud
I’m glad they decided to create a mobile app, because I really didn’t like the myccpay.com. So far, this app allows you to do more than the myccpay.com online log in. It seems the app does fast updates on transactions. The app is good so far.
