I have been a member of First Aliance Credit Union for more than 45 years and they have been there for me and my family every step of the way. I have always said if I was ever lucky enough to win the lottery they would be my first phone call. Thank you for your great service and advice.

I love this app and bank because of the convenience, it’s easier to budget my monthly expenses bc I can see what I’m spending and on what with the history tab, I also like how I can deposit a check with this app instead of waiting for my bank to be open. The only complaint I have is I can’t see my banking and routing number with this app, and I’ve had to call a representative to get that info, but otherwise this is a really reliable app and it’s always fast to update.

App is so easy to use saves time and money didn’t have to drive to credit union !

This is a well designed app by the First Alliance team where you can deposit a check and check your account all in one application! Safe to use and haven't had any issues since installing the app.

My credit card which I very rarely used has been hacked several times I have had bad customer service when trying to cancel my card 4 different calls/ 4 months. Waiting on hold for 20 plus monies. Very unhappy with credit card service, Judi & Todd Heroff( members over 36 yrs)

Have been to the bank and still unable to access any account at all, have tried asking for help multiple times and still can’t get into my account this is ludicrous fix your app.

The application or website never work. Haven’t been able to see my account in about two weeks other than over the phone. Multiple features on the app are not functional.

Kinda lame. Only works half the time. Why have a mobile deposit feature, when it never even works??

Don’t bother I can’t even get past enrolling my account to get into the app I’ve tried about 5 times still says error

I cannot open the app. When touching the application, I get a white screen for a while then it crashes. Please fix this

So I’ve had 2 phones now where it hasn’t let me open the app

App keeps crashing ever since i linked my zelle

This app is great! When I had a question about it I called the credit union and their awesome staff helped me right away!

First Alliance is on top of tech for a credit union. No better place to keep and manage your money.

It's so easy to use. I love having access to my accounts everywhere I go.

I have been using the app daily until I did an update and now I can no longer use the app. Even after deleting it multiple times and reloading it it is useless. It open and the closes immediately. Super frustrating.

Great app for a progressive community credit union.
