Yhe app worked great for many months. But then about 2-3 months ago it started not answering. The app times out before log on. This is very aggravating and I’m thinking seriously about deleting the app and going back to calling in the payments. I also noticed that the app is doing a lot of tracking which I strive to limit, as it’s none of your business.
The app times out when signing in. Tried on cell and tried on wifi with the same result. I even went to the local office and all they could come up with is to uninstall and reinstall - still the same problem.
Reviews from 2-3 years ago say the app is broken, times out when trying to log in. Still broken in November 2023. Very ironic, since the desktop website is littered with links directing members to download their broken mobile app UPDATE 12/20/23: The app shows it was updated one week ago, still can’t log into the app running the latest version of iOS on my iPhone 12.
