Wanted to say overall the new system works well. I don’t like that I can’t add information to the transactions in checking. The checks have numbers but no data, and it helps me to see what they are for. Also some of the things I pay don’t have sufficient information and in those cases I need to add information to remind me what it is for. This would be truly helpful and I hope you intend to add this feature back to the system so I can use it again. In the long run it saves me time — i input once and I can see what i need to see every time I go to check on my account. The other way I don’t always recall what exact amounts were paid to what, and it means I have to go back to my checkbook to look to get the right information for the check number. Still, it is only there in my mind for the moment, and next time I may have to do it again. So you can see why I am not excited about this feature not being there.
This app helps me handle all my accounts and the ones I have for my children! I can see what has posted or not or if I have fraudulent activity. I would have given it a 5 star, but there is no feature to search for transactions at all. Once this feature is available I will change my 4 to a 5! That option is available through the computer, but I don’t have access to that all the time.
Banked here for decades. Each time they perform “upgrade”- we the customers lose something. Most recent cost us all of our history for bill pay- a time before this we lost or option to make principal only payments- another? We had to call them to change our password- which included giving them the new password- eventually they corrected that- but come on. One would think they would be smarter after each mistake- and show an interest in first meeting the customers needs in this digital world . Other than this- they do have wonderful staff.
I have banked with FFCUNM for about 4 yrs and I have not had a problem with them they have one of the best fraudulent systems yup the only down side is they charge $28 for every over draft even if it’s like $1.59 they still charge you $28 I just think they should change it. But all n all I recommend them to who ever wants to open a bank account. Dont mind if you use me as a referral hahaha thank you
I’m not sure how long I have been with FFCU But I have never encountered rudeness or unkindness in a single employee. When I have encountered a need your Credit Union has bent over backwards to help me as much as they possibly could. In a day and time when the norm is the worst in society I so very much appreciate your staff. Reminds me there is still love in America. Thank you Sincerely Cathy Singleton
I downloaded this app two months ago and all was well. I loved it! Then yesterday it just quit on me. I kept getting an error message, so I deleted then re-downloaded. Nothing. I thought if I waited a bit, it might correct itself. Nothing. I shut off my iPhone, waited a bit, turned it back on. Nothing. Help told me to sign on using my computer. Still nothing. HELP!
My wife and I have two banks that we deal with and we find First Financial credit union to be the best probably in New Mexico. Whenever we have an issue, they are on top of it and report to us as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate the great effort that the employees put out to make sure they were safe.
Banking locally in our home town is very beneficial, and easy access. We can see people working in our bank, and talk to a person. Which we love. Please, do not put our personal people bank on the internet. Thank you for all the service you provide.
It be so wonderful if the app was updated so that we could make payments right on the app instead of the third party website. This is my hardest account to make payments on and it shouldn’t be that hard. Otherwise it’s great. Oh, it would also be wonderful if we could view transactions on the app. It is impossible to track account activity as it is.
Always very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service in the bank and phone when I call. When I got scammed . Donna did an awesome job helping me get my money back and happened in a timely matter. Guided me through what I needed to do. Thank you!!
Best financial institution app of the ones I’ve used. I’ve got another credit union that is bigger and just doesn’t have a good app at all. FFNM always impresses which is why I still recommend them for everything. Never compromise!
I just called and spoke with FFNM representative, Jessica. Not only was she very professional but she was courteous. I’m not computer savvy; she was patient and walked me through the changes I needed to make. Jessica was the best and her supervisor should know so he/she can recognize her for a job well done!
First Financial is my ride or die financial institution and I will never go anywhere else I am not loyal to anybody else I will stay with First Financial until I die. I love the staff I love the cost us a cash back I love how easy the app is online banking is shared branching all of that good stuff!
This app no longer has the ability to manage your card control. And my girlfriend lost her card and it would've been nice to deactivate it on the phone instead of going to my bank. Other than that the app works fine.
They are good people .. super nice .. only thing is the app .. it needs better developers to over see all the problems and work on them issues in a timely matter
It’s been over 24 hours since I’ve received the email from First Financial saying that the app’s new update was available, and there is absolutely no update available yet. This is just frustrating, I’ve been waiting for over a year just to have the ability to be able to receive text message account balance updates. This app is beyond frustrating and I’m starting to feel the same about the entire credit union.
I have had FFCU bank accounts for over 10 years now. The app is great at notifying customers when it will be inaccessible for app fixings and bugs. A very simple & minimal app that can lead to your financial needs.
The employees are friendly and they make you feel welcome And I feel like a real person not just a selected individual if I have money I am okay but if I am just a retiree I am ignored but not with First Financial they treat me like a human being
I am out of state now but I wouldn’t trade this credit union for any other They have watched my acct and helped me when bad business has tried to scam me This is by far the best credit union ever Thank you
Since this new update, it took away logging into the app using your passcode which was much more easier/ convenient and now you have to input your password every time. This is mainly for IPhone IOS. Please include this back in the next update .
My visit to FFCU has always been positive and prompt services no matter what they were for, the staff greet you as you step into the facility and serve you with a smile, I am a satisfied customer because of that.
I have banked here for years. Great service, friendly, and always helpful. I changed banks when they came to Silver City and I’ve never regretted doing so.

You used to be able to see when pending items were due to be released. Now you can only see that items are pending. Logs me out of my phone app all the time, constantly having to log in and doesn’t work well with face recognition or fingerprint.
Can’t get to my estatements and it seems to break everytime I update my devices with the latest version of OS. Other mobile websites are so much better. Don't know who got to develop this one but they need to get their money back.
Doing a transfer on the new platform was confusing. In dealing with this platform, I am wondering why my account isn’t the one that I can see at a glance on the main page.
Glitching, or sensitive error touch, I am unsure but it will not input any information for card information or bank account information when you want to make an actual payment. I believe it’s the beginning phase of it, being new to the app. But it also freezes and shuts you out the app.
This app is completely useless, it doesn’t let me register a new account I have my bank account number and everything but every time I try it just tells me “there’s no operators available right now” I e tried multiple times and it never lets me register my bank accounts
Since I first started banking with Chino Federal Credit Union,which is now First Financial Credit Union,I’m very happy with my banking experience with them 😊😊👍🏼👍🏼
Dev's haven't kept up with latest ios updates. Used to work great: Apple watch support went away, then constant app crashes/non starts. I can't even get into it right now! Just a black screen that goes back to the home screen after a few seconds.
I've had this app for quite some time and loved it. Then in February I had to reinstall after the online platform changed, and since then none of the best features work. Cannot get any messages regarding account...just get an error message stating password issue. Frustrating!!
It’s so difficult to sign in every time on my watch and phone, and how to find and use the transfer. I guess it will take time and I hope this gets easier, otherwise I can’t use app anymore… Thanks for trying.
I was trying to figure out how Zelle works on this app, I went to the settings and found the “transfer money with Zelle” and it doesn’t work. Could someone help? Or doesn’t it just not work?
I don’t like it. The old one was easier to use, this one I logged in it had me change my user name and new password, set it up , logged in took me off , logged in again then took me to the 4 digit passcode…… it’s too much logging in
With the most recent update my transactions do not show up immediately some debit card transactions are taking up to 24 hours to come out of my account. This is both on mine and my husbands app
