The app is really easy to use and maneuver around. And transfers are made in real time so if I forget to check my balance before making a purchase, I can transfer money to cover it while standing in line without people waiting more than a minute or so. The only issue I have is when it tries to categorize transactions for me. I prefer to see only who the transaction was with and the amount.
I’ve been trying for 3 days, using your Banking Butler, how to verify a micro deposit. I should not have to use 2 devices and go back and forth for unclear and unable to locate instructions. There is not a place on your Banking Butler or in the menu that says ACCOUNT VERIFICATION! You do not make anything easy or readily accessible for your customers. You may want to view Wells Fargo’s website. Now that’s user friendly.
This app makes it so convenient. I can check on every aspect of my accounts and even remotely deposit a check! Having my paycheck get deposited from my company allows my funds to be available a day early! Not to mention my local Branch in Salem, Indiana is not only quick and friendly but they know many of their customers by name!
First time in the store and it was absolutely beautiful very clean and very very good stuff. I loved it bought my son a pad for the horse. I bought me a purse, wallet at some slippers I enjoyed I want to go back and I will next time I come back. The staff was absolutely wonderful smiles on their faces which I love and they were very very professional and helped me out a lot. Thank you.
I like the website. It is easy to use and understand. I like all the options you give on transferring money to another account. I like that is can pay my bills using auto pay. We have been a member of First Harrison for many years. Thank you for your service.
Everything is so much simpler with this app, and any time I call the bank if there’s been an issue they’ve always been able to walk me through how to fix it. Great customer support.
It’s a very mediocre banking app like the bank itself. First Harrison does not let it’s customers know when the bank app or their ATM’s are down. First Harrison is awful about communicating and they have to be the only bank in 2023 who does not reimburse ATM fees when their ATM’s are down and you have no choice but to withdraw from another bank and get charged $4. I’ve been saying it for 10 years I AM SWITCHING BANKS ASAP!! You all are the worst small town republicans backed bank
Debit card controls need to be in banking Butler app rather than having to go to a different app in CardValet to do debit card stuff. Also need a better person to person solution outside of just being able to do it with people that bank with First Harrison.
Everything I have experienced at this bank has been handled in a professional manner.. from loans, business and personal banking.. my experience has been fantastic…
This is a very good app. I would have given in 5 stars if there were mobile deposit. Almost every bank I know now has mobile deposit, please add soon, very very soon!! So disappointed that the recent maintenance weekend did not include mobile deposit!! It’s time to update and add mobile deposit.
Seems like the pat year there have been fewer issues with the app. I still see some things that would help when compared to my other banking apps, but I’m happy that it’s becoming more reliable.
This one is okay but I constantly have to force close the app because it doesn’t remember my user name unless I force close it. It also tells me to verify my phone number almost every time I login which is a pain but other than that, it’s fine.
I’ve used the app for a long time and think it works really well, but now it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID to open it. That is a big inconvenience to me. Please get that fixed. If that worked I would give you a 5 star rating.
I think overall the app works well. It takes awhile to get it, but I do think it could me easier to go from one button to another. Explain it in layman’s language. Needs more buttons that explain what you need to do.
I really like this app. It does everything I need it to do. I can transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks. Its very easy to use and it’s a real convenience!
The search for help rarely brings anything relevant to what I searched for and I wish the checking records would show more details of what was purchased.
I like things about the new Butler App but I am very frustrated when I try to scroll down because the red menu bar to the left is very sensitive and always comes open. It has pros and cons. I like that you can hook other accounts to yours but I wanted my First Harrison Accounts to be first but it will not let me.
The app is okay when it works. I usually get several glitches when trying to log on or transfer money. Drives me crazy having to log out to log back in to complete a transfer.
The app is down literally monthly, maybe more than once a month. It said I only has $183 in my checking account last weekend and $0 in my savings which was very untrue. It took a whole day for me to have access to what my account really was looking like on the app. Horrible.
Always a glitch or something is wrong so its down.
I love the fact you can check the balance on your account, however there always seems to be a problem or its down and you can’t check it. Very frustrating to say the least when its not a every once in awhile thing!
I’ve tried accessing my account through the app for 4 days now and continue to get an error. Since I have paperless statements, I have no idea what my account activity looks like or if there are any fraudulent transactions. This is very inconvenient.
Great app except for the lack of ability to be able to utilize my iphones mywallet features. Hope FHB can get with the times. They do have Face ID I noticed now so that is progress!
A decent app a little slow and clunky and really wish it had dark mode as I’m visually impaired and it’s hard to see black writing on a white back ground
