This app works great! It shows the information that you need, available credit, amount of credit available and due date for your payment as well as minimum payment amount and due date. There are a few different ways to pay, only way was to pay with this app and that’s through your checking account. Setting up your checking account from your bank to the app is easy and fast. You are able to use a debit card but you have to call customer service and go about it that way. So far I have ran into no hidden charges and that makes me happy. This is my very first credit card and although the interest is kind of high, I am happy to have it.
As a developer myself for more than two decades, I can say that this application was truly developed with the end-user in mind. The application flows very nice, and is easy to use and navigate. The items that are displayed for your availability are the useful ones in the screen is not cluttered with a bunch of useless links. That said, it is still very powerful and if you need to go and dive deep into the weeds, the application gives you that ability as well. In closing, the application is a well written application.
As a person with A LOT of apps, this is a good app to use. Other apps you have to log in every time and the biometric log in doesnt always work, which from a customer experience standpoint, is a big no no and a turn off. The fact that I can get in everytime is a plus and serves the customer well. So thanks for that!! Love the app and makes it easy to get bills paid. ✅
It’s so easy to use! Has everything you need to keep up with your credit card statements, payments (even auto pay if you want that), your balance and available credit, etc! Thank you for making this app so simple and useful!
Impossible to even set up an automatic payment without speaking to a rep. And the amount of times I have to call in when my payment was made on time and have them correct it is absurd. It is almost like they want you to fail. No credit limit increases and it seems like it may be time to lose this card. They didn’t even bother to fulfill their own policy and inform me of my upcoming annual fee. Seeing all of this in writing shows me what my next steps should be. Never been late or missed a payment, but not feeling valued? Time to move along.
So the card rate meh, the fees ok… but the fact if you pay with your bank account you get 1 time to do so a month or you are forced to call in pay over the phone with fees is ridiculous. The excuse is you might pay and there not be enough funds… then make the fee you charge on the phone the fee for not having funds. It’s a real huge inconvenience you are pretty much forced to carry a balance or go through the hassle. I have had plenty of credit cards and this is the first and hopefully only I have ever had this done on. There are better starter cards and this is at best a starter card.
The First Savings app and website are perfectly fine for me. Easy to use to obtain account status and make payments after initial set-up. I have experienced no problems with it.
I just got the app so I gave it four stars. I can’t tell you if the app runs smooth or if it is reliable. I can’t tell you how many times the app has had issues and I can’t tell you how fast they fix them either. I’ve used the app literally twice. Why they are so persistent on rating them so I am. After I’ve used it few a few months I’ll come back and edit if I can.
I do have an iPhone 11, but I am not allowed to schedule a date in the future for my next payment. The only option I do get is for same-day payment, which I’ve had to do because I have no other choice, but if I wanted to schedule it like for four days from now, I am not able to.
I think it is beyond ridiculous since I am using an app and not having to come into a building before closing time that my payment is considered late on the day of at 6:00pm. I made a payment just mow and it post for tomorrow ! An app or online access many places that is their benefits so people have availability to pay on the day of if needed until it literaly is midnight the next day for it to post whenever you make it! I BET YOU TAKE OFF MY LATE FEE!!
When you want to make a payment and it shows you your last payments, show them from newest to oldest. I do not want to see payments from 2022 and have to scroll for 2023. It makes things a bit inconvenient.
I have spent hours this morning trying to get logged in because the elementary level app configuration would not recognize my password or any of the six changed passwords I have used. But if I don’t make my payment on time, you’ll have zero problem reporting to the credit bureaus that I did not make a payment. First opportunity I have I will be severing this relationship. It feels scammy. If you have other options, absolutely do not use this trash receptacle of a financial institution.
The app is very easy to use and convenient for me to make my payment. You can easily navigate and find what you’re looking for. I enjoy the app a lot. It helps me keep my payments on time.
I’m going to be honest I have other credit cards that I’m able to use my debit cards with and I can literally put it in and pay my bill simple as that no worrying about online routing numbers and waiting a day to see your payment post. You should really have that capability. It would make it so much easier to pay the bill!
Got initial $300 credit line. Paid 3 months in a row and it went to $700. Only thing is I want them to swap the payment history. It goes from old to new. I would like to see the new history first. Other than that, no complaints
App is very user friendly. Even my 3year old granddaughter can navigate through it. More credit card apps should be this friendly. Thanks for keeping it simple 😋😋😋
You need to add a feature where you can schedule a payment out rather than waiting for the due date to arrive. I prefer to schedule all my payments in advance, that way I don’t either miss a payment or be late for a payment.
My first day using the app. I look clean and simple look of the app. I set up a payment on the old version minutes before downloading and using the new app......and all the information was accurate. I like what I see so far! Thanks for updating and upgrading!
I love everything about this app except it tells you to take a picture once the payment is submitted. I would rather have a confirmation number/code or authorization number. Again everything else it great but just look into that.
I was able to login, however, my available credit says $0 which is inaccurate. When I go online through a browser I can see the amt available. Please fix this so false info isn’t showing
Doesn’t seem to allow for special payment plans as does it’s sister card Blaze MasterCard, where you can make reduced payments for six months to allow time to get caught up on your finances. (Or at least it was not offered to me with this First savings Credit Card which seems to be run by the same company).
I cannot even get the app to work on my phone. I have been trying to use it multiple times over the past two months. I have an iPhone 12. When I try to open the app, the screen is just white and then just closes automatically. Very frustrating
This is the worst app I have ever use trying to load my card for over an hour Just stops reload already exists but won’t load makes want to just close everything out if it will be this bad when try to make a payment
At one time, I could schedule payments on advance so I wouldn’t have to keep up with it. Here lately, my only option is to pay on whatever day I log in.
Having a hard time trying to reset password after entering necessary information takes you to a blank page and ask that you choose a selection to continue but there is nothing to choose from
This bank said that they would not charge your card if you don’t use the card after they charge you the annual fee I’ve never used it and they charges me anyway plus a 25$ late fee was thrown in this bank is a liar A bank that lies means it’s time to part ways !
So when I got this credit card I saw they had an app I signed up for the app the app did not work to sign up at all it just started working now a month almost 2 months later there’s so many bugs in this app it is very poorly done
