Long time user, usually no issues. About two weeks ago, app stopped updating. Recently deleted app, turned off phone, turned back on and recovered app, “oops something went wrong on our end, please try again” before I even get to the sign in screen. Tried several times. What’s up guys? Where’s the actual tech help, the branch worker I spoke to on the phone had no answers for me.
Better layout, some options for individual layout, but not sure why FCCU decided to get rid of the graphs and even a simple visual such as the total amount in an account along with the daily spending; prior, I could break down spending and could see on any day what my balance was at which helped me track budgeting on a monthly or biweekly paycheck basis—it was easy to see patterns and adjust. I thought with the nicer looking app that they’d expand on the graphs, but instead, they are gone. Better than nothing, but it’s 2021!
I absolutely LOVE that bank. The staff at the Yarmouth branch have become my friends and have used their considerable talents to bail me out of all kinds of trouble. (I’m 85 and have NEVER been any good at finances, in any event.) But they are good and kind to me and I just love every one of them. I always think that your personnel hiring person does a swell job because, while I’m sure they are terrific at numbers, they are friendly and smiley and just plain nice.
I’ve gotta say I’ve never had to deal wit car loans and credit cards before so there for I had no idea what I was doin but the manager in the Waterville/ skowhegan office was absolutely amazing and helped me thru everything from paperwork to all the annoying questions I asked. So I’d personally like to thank her and her team in Waterville u ladies are off the charts when it comes to great customer service!!!
We’re new to five county but can already say we’re happy with the services they offer our industry. We recommend them to all of our friends and customers alike.
I enjoy the ease of use and convenience but disappointed with information displayed in transactions. Only shows a transaction number a few following text characters and … This is why I refuse to go paperless. The app falls short of providing the same information. You have to call to get the details on the transaction.
Of all my financial management applications, FCCU mobile app is simply the best. It allows me 24/7 access. Its easy to navigate and convenient so always. Every update has always been an improvement!
Despite some initial hiccups with the launch of the new update it is running well now. Shout out to Johanna at Five County at Waterville who as always is helpful and knowledgeable.
