Full awareness over water usage!
The combination of the Moen smart shutoff / water meter and leak detection gives me full awareness over my water usage. That is very important to me because I am using mainly rain water in my house. The reason, why I only give 4 stars instead of 5, is because there are a few little things in the app, which could be improved IMO. First during setup it asks wether I am on city water or a well, rain water is not an option. Second, it does not differentiate between appliances. Dishwasher and washing machine both fall in the same category despite different water usage. Third, There is no option to customize water using appliances. I would like to distinguish between different showers because I use different shower heads with different gpm ratings. Would be interesting to see the difference in the long run. Overall a very nice setup! UPDATE after 3 months of usage: I am still 4-star happy with this product. It just gave me a warning, that it detected an unusual event, when I took a longer-than-normal shower. Warned me, that it would shut off the water in 5 minutes. HA! Watchdog! Like it!

Excellent Product and App
I installed a Flo by Moen almost a year ago and can say without hesitation that it is a good product. The App affords the homeowner complete visibility and control over the water monitor and shut-off valve system, wherever they happen to be. Yes, the system has its glitches but if the homeowner is willing to take the time to understand how to use the features, settings, and overrides, it can provide tremendous peace of mind. Use Sleep mode when you have guests staying in the home (when water usage may be much higher than normal), use Away mode when there is nobody in the home, and use Home mode under normal conditions (where “normal conditions” equate to the water usage patterns during Learning Mode), and you should rarely have “false alerts”. We had some false alerts when we were away from the home for a couple of weeks, but Moen’s customer service was extremely helpful in assuring us that we had no leaks, in identifying the issue, and in helping us resolve it with some override settings in the Advanced Features. The Daily Micro Leak Test is an outstanding feature, as it monitors the integrity of the entire indoor plumbing each and every day (while you sleep). Away Mode provides tremendous peace of mind when away from the home, as it will shut down the water supply if it detects any water usage at all. The App is well designed and intuitive to use, and Customer Service can step in to help if assistance is needed.

Good but could use more user controls
This is good for monitoring usage and very handy for turning off the valve remotely. However the threshold for auto shutoff for what is perceived as "abnormal" usage is 5 minutes. That's a lot of unabated water coming out on the even of a pipe blowout, which is what I had. It would be nice if the user were able to set the duration of continued usage before valve shutoff. Additionally, i had a period of very low usage when the app was learning my patterns of usage. For months now, as I have started taking longer showers I have gotten the warning of unusual usage. Almost 8 months in, I finally got a "re-train" notification. Why isn't this presented to the user on demand?

Peace of mind
I live been wanting to purchase the Moen for quite awhile but the plumbers where our second home is located are so busy they don’t respond to phone calls. I was able to finally find a guy that sold me the Moen product and his brother and law installed the system. I’ve had it now for about 4 months, this thing detects very small leaks like someone not shutting off the outside valve completely. I didn’t realize when we purchased this second home that my water pressure was so high and when we installed this valve it immediately told me my water pressure, the plunger out on a water reducing valve and now I don’t have to freak out that the pressure is high. We live 1000 miles away from this house and I can say without a doubt this has relieved my anxiety about coming there only to see water gushing everywhere with mold. Great product and it has told me when the people who maintain my hot tub are refilling it and will earn to shut it off. If you want peace of mind buy this product it’s an excellent unit.

Commendable
Fresh water is a valuable resource in California. This system is an invaluable tool to manage its usage. I have used this app (with pro extensions) for a few weeks now. It it way better than expected. I have identified a number of issues around the house - dripping valves, irrigation overwatering etc. Also easy to determine flow rate for each fixture in the home including individual irrigation zones which I have found very useful. Very convenient way to shut off water for repair or emergency. System has warned me a few times when usage is longer than normal and about to turn water off. Leak detection is genius particularly with our aging radiant floor heating (susceptible to undetectable small leaks). Usage analysis by fixture, although a tricky goal, could imo be better but feel confident the smart software engineers at flo will be improving this feature over time. Bottom line - don’t regret the purchase of this valve. If you care about how much water you use this really does help.

Everything worked fine until it didn’t
About two years into having my Flo, the app read all was fine but that no water was being used. Turns out they manufactured a faulty magnet housing in the turbine that moved as water flows. They sent a remodeled one where the magnets are enclosed for free but cost me $200 to have a plumber help me fix the problem. Now it’s up and running again and the app is warning me every time we use water. I cannot find how to make it go into learning mode again. I paid for the help and extra warranty time but nobody is working on the weekend and in the past there wasn’t anyone to help me when I tried to use it. The only answer I got before actually calling was to email a copy of my warranty. Having shared the problem I would have thought they’d have contacted me and sent the new model immediately with instructions on how to change it out. I expect more from Moen, a company I’ve purchased from for years and why I bought this Flo.

Amazing
I have used Flo by Moen for 2 years and it has saved me from disaster several times. I can’t imagine the cost of repairing the damage had the system not shut off the water. The allocation of water usage to specific sources like hose, faucet, shower, etc is not very accurate or useful but the total water consumption, water pressure and flow rate are. The system is very easy to use. I can easily shut off water to the house from anywhere without having to go into the basement. We no longer have to worry about a pipe bursting while on vacation. The water sensors that I have through out the house work flawlessly. The sensors do have a bad habit of dropping offline frequently and seem to require reconnecting to the network which is a pain. This seems to be getting better and I wonder if Moen is updating the firmware periodically. The service and support are super.

Could use some improvement
I bought the water/temperature sensors to place around my house. One main reason I went this route was I could use the sensors for both leaks and temperatures inside my freezers so I know if they went out and have it all tied to one app. Unfortunately my chest freezer routinely runs just under 0° and the app only allows setting to go to 0°. I get a notification almost every hour, if not more often, saying the temperature dropped below 0°. It is extremely annoying and now I find myself ignoring the alerts which isn’t good if it ends up being actually bad. Could be a simple fix so I plead the development team: please either extend the measurabletemperature to below 0° (which it clearly is measuring to as a sensor) or make the alerts so it can be set to only alert when it goes above my range, not below my range. I have 0°-32° set. I only need to know above 32°, not that my freezer is -4°. Please fix! That would make it 5 stars so far.

Fixture Identification Problems
I don’t really find this app useful any more and it wasn’t that useful to begin with. I suddenly can no longer tell what appliance is using the water. Everything is listed as Other. Which is not helpful. Especially if it says for example 300 gallons of water used. Okay, how and by what device? Was it the total for the day including toilets, showers, faucet, washing machine etc. I dislike not being able to label devices/appliances. It could never identify the washing machine or dishwasher. And it turns off too frequently. I regularly take showers that are sometimes 15+ minutes and have done so since before I had this app. And now suddenly, I have my water threatened to be turned off after 10 minutes, but it happens inconsistently. I don’t know what info the app is using to determine that this particular shower is unusual. The only useful thing about it is the ability to turn the water off and on from the phone. Other than that, this app and device are useless.

Flo isn’t smart. Check elsewhere!
I’ve had the flo itself for 6 months and while it’s a great idea I think it doesn’t really work. It only shuts off 5 minutes after a leak has happened, meaning a lot of water spills before it does anything at all. That is if it detects the water. Because you run faucets and use water all at the time and after a while it just gets used to it. The only option in the app is to “ignore” a certain alert. But I have ignored so many things, by now I fear it wouldnt even react if I had a breach somewhere. Add to that, the app. It is really beta and requires a do over. Unlike any other smart app it does not detect wether you’re home, so every time you leave and arrive you have to set this manually!!! Needless to say I forget 95% of the time. Also it all works with message popups, and doesnt allow a lot of control. It feels limited and not smart at all. I should have looked elsewhere. There are much more intelligent solutions out there, where the developers take more care that their product actually works. This is a mess right now.

Current buyers are “beta” testers … buyer beware
This is absolutely not ready for prime time. Had I known the challenges with this system, I would have not bought it. We came back from a vacation and the system shut down the the water in the middle of a shower (looks back only maybe 7 days to determine a leak). Today our irrigation system started off first day so the system decided to shut the water off again … after 35 minutes of water flowing at 8 gpm … 280 gallons of usage. The system also tries to map the water flow to category of uses … irrigation, faucets, shower, appliances, etc … it is absolutely inaccurate. I have gone around the house turning on individual faucets or flushing toilets or running showers to “map” them … the reports continue to be highly inaccurate and I would say worthless. Had I not been getting an home owners insurance discount and had I not already spent the money for getting this professionally installed, this would have been uninstalled immediately. Buyer beware …

Flo by Moen water valve
This device and app are fantastic. I can see water usage real time, I can turn the water off to the entire house from anywhere on my phone such as when I’m away in the winter to protect against pipes freezing. The system automatically tests nightly and detects leaks such as a running toilet or dripping faucet. It actually detected a leaking tub faucet for me! The water sensors that I have around toilets, sinks etc. Work integrate w this system. The greatest feature is that if a leak is detected either thru the water valve pressure tests or from the water sensors, and you do not respond to the alert it sends out, it will shut the water OFF to protect your home!!! This has actually worked a couple times-amazing. One of the best investments I’ve made in my house to be sure. Great app, great devices.

Shortcomings especially for vacation home
The water shutoff device itself works well but the App’s features are minimal and insufficient for real world use. If it detects unusual activity, it shuts off - great in concept. However, if a guest has an early flight and showers at 4a it will turn off so they can’t complete their shower. Combine that with only having the ability to override for 24 hours at a time for normal use (i.e., multiple showers in the home running) and it almost becomes worthless. With 2nd homes that can be vacant during the week with guests using all weekend this means this app and device are a huge pain. At a minimum the override options need to be 48 or 36 hours to cover weekend use of the home. Or better yet, add an App feature that allows the homeowner to proactively turn off the sensor for abnormal use while in the home since with vacation homes that aren’t used 24/7 most use is considered abnormal by the device.

Must have for all homes
I purchased the Moen Flo because we had pipe burst while on vacation once. It’s caused so much damage and I never wanted to go through that again. So we’ve gotten in the habit of shutting on the main water every time we go out for vacation. Having this device and app is not only convenient but gives me the the peace of mind out home is protected from water damage. Even if something burst while we were sleeping it could still cause a lot of damage. I’ve found this useful for small leaks. Someone didn’t shut off the faucet completely in a bathroom that is rarely used. The app notified me of a small leak. It’s really an amazing device and the app is easy to use and very informational. It’s clearly a high quality product.

This App is really a piece of Krap, isn’t it?
Recently installed the Moen FLO valve and have been trying for many hours to connect the app to the “smart” valve. After 15-20 attempts including restarts, valve power cycles, delete/reinstall app, changing iOS device, phone call to Moen tech support - - all of which failed to rectify the problem. Next step was to attempt to add the water detector device to the app. That process only took 20 minutes with a couple of power cycles for the sensor. Now back to the smart valve for another failed attempt or 3. Last try was to “hard reset” (20 sec hold on the valve reset button) and voila! - success! (almost…) as the app finally got past the “Connect to Flo-xxx” screen, but now the app does not see any of myWiFi SSIDs (though they all showed up while pairing the Sensor devices) so he SSID/password had to be entered manually, which appeared to work. 5 hours to setup?? Certainly no plaudits from here !

Great app to find small leaks
The MOEN FLO was the best thing I added to my water system!!! Found 9 leaks with toilets and replaced the shut off valves. Fairly easy to replace yourself! Purchase from local HomeDepot store. Afterwords we ran the HealthCheck auto scheduled every night that showed “You’re Secure!”, We had no leaks. Then yesterday the app told us we had another small leak! Checked the faucets and sure enough we found that the basement faucet had a drop of water leaking. It was accidentally not closed completely. Did a manual HealthChech and passed. Feel like I am completely in control and safe with our water system.

Many false alarms
Flo continues to shut off my water during normal events. I have a water softener that has run once every three weeks for the past 9 months. Flo shuts off my water every time that it runs. I also have a drip system for my backyard. The summer months required longer drip cycles. Flo shut off my water every time I had a watering cycle longer than an hour. I set silence times for the Flo to ignore but I must have done it incorrectly because it still shut my water off. I haven’t had a water leak yet in my house, but the Flo has shut my water off about 40+ times. I do have confidence that it will shut my water off if I DO have a leak. I just can’t say that it’s worth the many annoyances along the way. I’m not sure how many times my water softener has actually run a full cycle.

Flo Moen
I like it however, I think it should be a little easier when you have your water shut off and you are trying to figure out where to go to turn it back on. Especially in the middle of the night when you get up to wash your hands after going to the bathroom. You can’t flush the toilet but you’ve gone and use the bathroom you need to wash your hands you can’t wash your hands you need to get your phone, open your app and navigate through where you can turn your water back on. Especially for a new user. So I think that that is something that should be figured out how to go to that section more easily. Other than that, I think that the app is pretty good.

Well designed product and excellent customer service
Whenever I read that a product has great customer service I wonder why a great product needs such service. Well, installing a water monitoring system for the first time is not 100% intuitive for most of us. But I found the folks answering my calls (three calls in all) to be immediately available (which is itself unusual) and then completely knowledgeable, able to look into my specific data, and able to resolve my questions on the spot.

Indispensable!
Flo is simply indispensable! Whether you have a “smart home” or not, you should have Flo as a sentinel. Water damage is horrible, whether a sudden discharge or an insidious leak. Flo monitors for both. Daily health checks monitor for leaks (Flo alerted me to a leak that left unnoticed would have caused hundreds of dollars damage). If a sudden, unexpected water flow occurs, you will get a notice, and the water to your home will be shut off temporarily. Flo is easy to install if you are handy, and inexpensive to install if you use a plumber. Tech support is tremendous, and the peace of mind Flo gives you is invaluable. Just get one, and start sleeping better!

Terrible AI/ training, constant corrections required fixture errors
I purchased two Flo units for my two homes, went thru the training process. Anytime the app sees a bath running, it starts a shutdown, even after three corrections at each home. With the latest “update” the unit now has invented a “Water Softener” fixture which it claimed used 421 gallons. I am a Program Manager in an enterprise AI project and it’s pretty clear that there is very poor QA on their updates and general tech. Many times when a bath is mislabeled “tub” isn’t even an option for correction. In short I have to make corrections almost every day and the system isn’t “learning” anymore, and that the whole point of AI, constant learning and improvement. Now after 48 hours support still hasn’t responded to detailed emails with screenshots.

Great to keep track of water usage
We built our home and installed this fixture to help with tracking water usage and possible leaks. It has taken time to learn our usage, plus we just added irrigation and it has thrown the whole thing off. I wish there was an easy way to reset the learning capability. We woke up many days with no water because the softener ran, and the fixture assumed it was a leak, and shut the water off. Is only been two months, we hope with time it will get better.

Wants for this app:
1. Needs to have a timer for the “away” mode to where it comes back to “home” mode after a specified time such as 1 hour, 3 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, etc. (or this can be put on a schedule similar to a thermostat). 2. Changing from home to away via app is not intuitively located. It took me too long the first time to find when I actually wanted to change it. 3. All my toilets are 1.3 gallon per flush. App will register flushes from 1.3 to 1.8 gallons. Should be consistent but not. 4. Device records my faucets on for 2-8 seconds at minimal flow every 2-3 minutes when nothing is really on. It does this all the time, nearly 24 hours a day. It clogs up my activity feed and contributes to false water consumption statistics. Fix the above and this would get 5 stars. Pros: 1. being able to change flo sense is nice. 2. I can turn off water from 800 miles away. 3. Device seems to always stably connect to home WiFi. 4. Saves me insurance premiums. 5. Installs simply enough and comes with spare o-rings.

I’ve just had Flo installed by a plumber a few days ago and the overall process (from purchase, app download, account setup, device activation, and plumber installation) went incredibly smoothly. I’ve had much worse installation (internet house locks, for example) on far easier products. I’ve just started the water usage monitoring process for Flo to learn our typical usage patterns in the house and I’m excited to see it be able to auto-protect against leaks. Kudos to Moen for a great product thus far!

First time in the shower with Flo!
Flo makes you more water conscious aware. A good thing. Had batters backup & device stopped working. I couldn’t figure out if it was my device, my wifi or battery backup. Battery backup was Not getting hot it was the flo by moen getting warm. It wasn’t working well with battery backup. Moen did a recall. It said to disregard battery backup & basically reroute. That solved my months of issues & money. Recall = Refund. Glad I have Flo by Moen. My homeowner insurance gave me a discount as well. Win win. 👍.

Not so smart
It’s good that you have the ability to shut off water remotely, and other things it gives you such as temperature etc - but the “smart” part is utterly useless. Literally every time I have a shower or turn on the washing machine or even just turn the faucet on for 20 seconds, it tries to turn off the water as it thinks there is a leak. Have tried to make it as insensitive as possible to these but it’s so annoying you just have to turn it off. It should be smart enough to work out when people are showering each morning at the very least.

Love the flo to monitor my water!
I use the Flo app with my smart water device and it’s great. I had a damaging water leak in my home a couple of years ago so the device and app give me peace of mind. Love the daily health check and recently the app was showing water running at night and I discovered the toilet has been running and wasting a lot of water. Without the app I would not have known. Also like I can turn my water off if I go on vacation and turn it on from the app before we go inside.

Frustrating to use when usual activity is detected
This app is fine with regular use, but it's terrible when unusual activity is detected. When Flo detects unusual activity, you have five minutes to clear the alert before it shuts off the water. The issue is that the app consistently fails when unusual activity is detected, and it turns into a race where you have to force quit the app, relaunch it, and see if you can get through and get past errors that say "Flo Error - something went wrong" or "Unable to deserialize JSON". Then, once you get the app to work and try to clear the alert, you're presented with a countdown and tapping "Clear alert" doesn't do anything — it keeps counting down!

Love my Moen Flo Smart Device
I have a water softener and it regenerates at 2:00am. The Moen Smart valve realized that something was using a lot of water when I normally donor use water at that time. I was called and emailed to let me know what was going on and the valve shut my water off until I could investigate. Now I have an override set up during that time period. Plus, some of the homeowners insurance may give you a discount. I would definitely recommend this product!

Functional but lacking major smarts
Love the app but there’s features other smart things apps have that Moen seems to be ignoring for some years now. There’s no ability to share access to a location with an additional user without sharing your one login with them and thusly giving them access to all of your locations. Real world use case: I have this product in my home as well as in a neighborhood clubhouse. If I want to give someone access to the clubhouse I’m also giving them the ability to turn off my home’s water.

I am enjoying the Protection provided me by the Flo by Moen automatic water monitoring and shut off system. These features give me peace of mind regarding my complex Home Domestic Water System. Would hope that the Intuitive Fixture Learning would become more accurate. Find that I still have to identify and correct improperly labeled fixture activities within the tool far to frequently. My system has been in operation for approximately six months now.

It’s good to shutoff water manually or automatically to detect leaks
There has been a couple false alarms and water got shutoff. This is due to water softener flush. Hopefully this won’t happen too often as our softener flushed out every week. Water usage type is also always wrong and now categorized everything as “appliance” and there doesn’t seem a way to reset and relearn. Oh well, hopefully the app will get smarter over time.

Way to sensitive
Had device installedabout a month ago to warn of major pressure changes or leaks. Instead, we get so many alerts that I am getting “alert “fatigue.” I get a drip alert almost every day (usually once). Today is the fourth time that I get an alert that my water will be shut off in 5 minutes due to high usage. Each time has been my daughter taking a 20 minute shower. We also got an alert like this for doing laundry in the morning ( I guess that is not our usual time), and when we had 2 houseguests that took showers. If my phone was off, or I was busy, I guess water would have been shut off mid shower or laundry load. I am about to just put the device permanently to sleep.

Needs more editing features
The app assumes what fixtures are used and you cant modify them. For example, it keeps assuming that my irrigation system is a “water softener” and i cant tell the system that i dont have a water softener. The app also shuts off the valve if something runs too long when it doesnt expect it. My sprinkler runs on a random schedule to save water (skips some days) so since its not recurring, the app doesn’t recognize it so it keeps shutting my valve off while im sleeping and the sprinkler is running so my lawn doesnt get watered.

Good try but needs work, wondering if i should uninstall
I'm getting alerts constantly, and getting regular water shut off's. The customization to prevent alerts and shut off is not flexible enough flow wants to have a learning system, I want to have a system that I can control, because I know that the pool auto fill is on and may be on all day. I know that the irrigation is on through the middle of the night for hours. I already know this I don't need to learn it or to have the system learn it and to shut off my water when I don't want it shut off support has been helpful but in effective in solving the issue of repeated shut off.

Great functionality and peace of mind
I’ve had the monitor in place for 2 months and am very happy with it. So much so that I’m going to install another at our primary home and have recommended it to multiple friends. In addition to the huge potential benefit of emergency shut offs, the app has been extremely interesting in terms of detailed usage data and a better understanding of how we are using water.

Bugs after latest update
After latest update, Moen Flo continuously reports water running at 0.3 gallons per minute. Rebooted device but still shows water is running. Inspected for water leaks and devices using water. It continuously turns the water off without out any leak or water running throughout the day and night. Water consumption went from daily average of 125 gallons per day to 295 gallons per day after the UPDATE. Never seen this problem before update, we’ve had this device for over a year and it worked flawlessly before latest update.

It’s okay
I have to keep going into the app and change what fixture was used. It hardly gets them right. I don’t have an irrigation system but yet it thinks my water softener usage is. I do go in and update that it was the wrong fixture but still comes back every time. I wish there was a way to say I don’t have an irrigation system or pool. The graph in the app doesn’t really work. I’ve had this over a year but only shows the past 2 months. The website is better for reviewing usage history. Some small tweaks and this would be a really good app.

Pretty good, could use some updates
The Flo by Moen is a gods product that gives good protection and piece of mind. The app is a bit wonky and I’ve had to chat with support a couple of times to get things squared away. It seems to have a lag once you open it and doesn’t always show “real time” information, ie water is on in the house and the app doesn’t show it. But it seems to catch up in a few moments and so far hasn’t been terrible. It’s not the smoothest app I’ve used but certainly not the worst

Frustrating and confusing
Sure, it does it’s job and alerts you/ shuts off the water when there is a leak, BUT The main issue comes when you are trying to use sprinklers in your yard/ run a hose. The old app would let you choose “sleep mode” so you could use a ton of water and it wouldn’t fuss about it. Now the new app doesn’t let you do that!! Even if you get an alert and you say “don’t alert me for 24 hours” you’ll get another alert in 45mins! Every time this alert happens, it gives you 5 mins to respond or it shuts your water off. I miss the old app.. it was easy and simplistic. But what’s the point. This review won’t get attention anyways.

Worked perfectly
I installed this at the strong suggestion of my plumber, as my water heater was old. Had not given it much thought for 6 months, but then an alarm went off late at night. The heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Saved potential water damage to house. It’s nice when things work the way they are supposed to. And, I have not gotten any false alerts.

Great
Have been very impressed by the system. Today I moved and had to refill my hot water heater. Before I could get it all the way full I was notified by Flo that they had detected a leak and they would automatically shut off my water if I did not OK the water to continue. In this case I did but knowing that if it was a leak they would shut it off is exactly the kind of safety device I wanted

Flawless initial experience
So far - within the first week - the whole app experience has been flawless. Adding and monitoring 3 devices was quick with no glitches. I was warned when one of the devices went offline (the battery wasn’t seated fully; device or user error, it wasn’t an app error). Very impressive given problematic IoT devices of the past. Quite happy so far; hopefully it actually works when needed.

We had a pipe in our kitchen sink bust one night while we were sleeping and half our house flooded so I bought this. So far one time our toilet flapper got caught in this thing called me and shut off the water automatically. It is nice to always be able to see what’s going on and I have the assurance that it is protecting the house from water damage which cost us thousands upon thousands of dollars

Forget about getting an insurance letter
I ordered this device in order to get the home owners insurance letter for a discount. Even with it up and running and providing measurements through the app, the site won’t allow me to print an insurance letter because it says no device is paired. I’ve contacted support and am unable to resolve it. Aside from that the setup is cool. The water detector provides real time feedback on air temperature and humidity as well as alerts if these measurements go out of a range set by the user.

Would buy again
Great app to monitor water use and trigger shutoffs. Only two minor complaints. I can’t seem to bypass when I want to run a bath so it always triggers. Second, not able to create new fixtures any more. For example, I have a whole hour humidifier and the software isn’t learning to group the water use. Other than that a solid product that does what it’s supposed to.

Essential and helpful
Recently we experienced an issue with plumbing where couple of pipes were bursted and resulted into a damage worth of 35k. I get to know from my friend about Moen auto water shut off valve. The app is helpful to measure how much water consumption happend and especially it generates a text, email and a phone call when there is an unusual activity detected.

Need a lot of improvement in the flo rate metrics
The chart only has 7d, 24h and real-time. Well if I want to see last hour of day’s or even the last 24h of data and try to zoom into to a specific time period wanting to see at what tile the use was it only can display a hour increment intime. What I am ideally looking for is what specific minute (if better the second) the water was on. I am interested in seeing let’s say if I water my plants on that time - how much water was being used and for how long.

Lots of problems during setup but good after
Getting my 4 sensors set up was a hassle, several times when getting to the end of the add device process, the app froze or lost communication with the sensor, requiring me to restart the app or reset the sensor to try again. But once everything was working, it seems like a well designed and useful app. Unfortunately I can’t use the water shutoff valve since I live in an apartment.

Not accurate
For the past two days I have been correcting what device the water is used. I have tried contacting the Moen Flo support team but have waited twice with a 30 minute wait without speaking to someone about this problem. Tomorrow I will try again. It is frustrating after spending $$$ for a system not working. Why in the world do I need to see my faucet registering less than 0.1 gallon every minute of the day and the telling me I had over 20+ showers in a day? Just plain frustrating!!!!!
