Scratch off lottery tickets

I cannot find an app to scan barcodes for Florida scratch off tickets. You may want to check Texas Lottery app. I can scan my scratch off tickets any time. There app works beautifully.

Behind the times

I downloaded this app last year when I moved back to Florida from Colorado. I promptly deleted it and will so again after I publish this review. With as many people buying scratch tickets from machines I still can’t believe Florida lottery has not updated the machines to scan tickets and give a choice of credits for winning tickets or for cashing in with the front desk. I also can’t believe this app doesn’t have the ability to scan scratch tickets to tell you if it’s a winner or not. The app doesn’t need to tell you what you won only to tell you if you have a winner, and if it’s not a winner then to enter you in the 2nd chance drawing if that particular game has a 2nd chance game. In Colorado you needed to download and then create an account and then you can scan your tickets. You guys really need to get on the ball here. The machines have the scanning option cause the front desk lady at Publix told me it has but it’s not set up for it yet. Let’s go people your losing money by not having this set up. I would be using it right now with my $10 winning ticket.

Pay to use App.

Downloaded this app so I could quickly scan my lottery ticket as I worry I will miss a number if I do it manually! ….probably won the jackpot and never knew lol Went to scan for the first time and it asked me to subscribe! Why would I pay to check numbers when other apps are free? Also, agree with other reviewers, Florida is so behind in technology. In England I used to buy tickets and scratch cards online. No need to go to a store. Meh

Too many video ads

I customer should not be forced to go through deleting interruptive multiple ads, I counted up to 8 video ads interrupting my attempt to check a Lotto ticket 10 days after the drawing. I was on the page I needed to check the ticket, but seriously once your on the correct page why allow commercials to block your view of the page with their ads!

Not worthy

Checked reviews even though they gave it a 2 star. Still download because developers said they did updates. Tried to look for numbers for Lotto Oct 24 drawing on Oct 26. Said they could not find drawing. Glad I did not pay as they have requested. I have 30 free tries. Thank God because it took 3 just to get the first ticket in. You have to do one line at a time if you wish to scan. The whole idea is convenience with an app. This is not happening.

Don’t waste your money on full version

I watched the tutorial video and followed the tutorial steps within the app to learn how to use the ticket scanner. The program is flaky and flawed. Don’t waste money purchasing the full version. The numbers will need to be manually corrected significantly. I wasted all 5 of my free scans trying to use and it consistently messed up in each scan. Either a few numbers or all were VERY messed up.

I got this app simply to scan lottery tickets. I visit Florida twice a year and frequently buy tickets when I’m there. I would like to just scan my tickets without adding all my personal information. So many other states, simply just let you scan your tickets with nothing required. Keep up with the times. Allow people to maintain there privacy.

Florida Lottery App!

We moved from Kansas to Florida & can’t believe you are so far behind with your lottery app. You can scan your tickets both power ball & scratch off tickets Loding tickets you get points for play on They have a program on Facebook that you can win lottery prizes. Who would have guessed that Kansas had a better Lottery program than Florida. So sad!

Unbelievably bad

For an app that has a very simple function it is ridiculously complicated and the tutorial is constantly interrupting you. On top of all that, it does not even work properly! And finally to make it one of the worst apps I have seen, they only give you 30 free scans before you have to pay to have the scanning continue to work. Don’t waste your time.

FLALOTTERY has free APP

The Florida lottery office their own free app that does not require a subscription for scanning tickets to see if they are winners I discovered after paying for a subscription which automatically renews unless you cancel it says to cancel you must go to account settings to cancel the subscription but there is no account settings in the menu for the app

Make an app with a scratch off scanner!

Why isn’t there an app to check scratch offs in Florida? Ohio has one that works and you can collect points for the losers. If you have a winning ticket, you can claim through your phone now. Why doesn’t Florida have something like that? I mean, at least make an app with a scratch off scanner!

I don’t really recommend using this app

Well, it’s ok to have advertisements on the app cool but, it’s not ok that you are trying to read the winning numbers and you get an advertisement every second. I don’t recommend this app and you guys should fix that.

Unable to open app

I downloaded the app and went through the tutorial. All of a sudden the app says “Wait” and then crashes. Have tried multiple times without success. Even deleted it an reinstalled a couple of times and still the same results.

App is a joke

This app is pathetically poor designed. I am used to more sophisticated apps in other states where you can scan and get your results immediately on the home page. This one is a waste of time and money in my book.

Not well planned app.

The only good feature is paid, so the developer didn’t realize that the big majority of the players spend less than usd 5 per draw, it won’t worth to pay more just to check them. I really lost interest with the tutorial that you actually cant skip...

Just stupid

The fact that you have taken the option to check a winning scratch ticket off and have the nerve to charge for it now..... is ridiculous! It was already free! Nobody gonna pay for something you can get free. Erasing app...

Not User Friendly

Give us date order based on the locale setting of the device. Would not buy this app without the ability to scan lottery ticket bar codes.

Not user friendly

You should just start over. Maybe review other states lottery apps and get some ideas bc this is way too complicated for a lottery app. You shouldn’t need a tutorial to check lottery tickets! And charging? You people are crazy!

Useless

I have not been able to see it work. Aborts during the load stage. It is advertised as optimized for iPhone X , which is the one I have. So optimized that wouldn’t load.

Worst app ever!!

This is the most un-user friendly app I have ever seen! I use the Mo Lottery app all the time, so it’s not like I’m unfamiliar with lottery apps! Hard to describe how bad this is!!! Don’t waste your time is there only advice I can give!! Ugh!

If you truly believe that people would pay for this app, I would be glad to recommend a very good Psychiatrist for FREE, because you are completely mad to think that this app is anything more than a useless, worthless, scam! 👎🏼😝

Terrible!!!

An absolute waste of money. First of all you can download Florida Powerball app and it will scan the barcode of any ticket. Actually that was what app I thought I was buying. But this piece of junk doesn’t even work. What a scam.

Horrible app

I paid for this app and it still tells me that I am in a trial. Will not allow me to crop my photo or while taking the picture. Have not been able to find any good help about this app!

App froze

Good evening, today I downloaded the scan app and attempted to utilize its functions. The app loaded quickly however it did not respond to the give commands which was scan. I quickly deleted this app.

Do not want

Downloaded accidentally. No way to contact that I can find except this review. Need a better way to contact, especially if this costs money. I was only visiting Florida and wanted to check scratch offs

Worthless

I bought this app mistaking it for FL Lottery Utilities App. I tried it and every time I tried it I had to put the numbers in. Very aggravating. Do not recommend purchasing or even trying it.

Go to colorado lottery app and see how they do it. That platform is so much better. Hire those people to redo this app.

Way too many steps that no one understands. Just read the barcode. Can’t believe the Lottery doesn’t offer it on their website like so many other States!

This app doesn’t appear to show the most current winning numbers. I am not paying anything to scan my tickets. Good luck with that.

Wrong game

I selected mega millions, scanned the ticket and it comes up fantasy five telling me I have too many numbers, so the wrong game keeps popping up when I try to test the mega millions.

Lottery

This is not a convenient app to use. I’m having difficulty login in. I’m from PA a backward state and the lottery app there is easier. But then we have in PA an idiot for a Governor.
