Although it’s really way too expensive, I love Flyers. In part because they offer a whole wheat crust that makes a diabetic feel slightly less guilty about pizza! Whenever I’ve had an issue with the pizza (like onions when I asked for none), they make it right and have a good attitude and I appreciate that. I actually really like this app, too, except for one thing: it stored my credit card information, but it never offers it as a payment method...I have to re-enter my credit card information every single time. That was annoying enough that it loses a star. Outside of that: great app, great pizza!
Love the pizza, love the staff but the app not so much. I’m glad I can finally enter my credit card and pay via the app but having to re-enter the card each time is a pain. Since the pandemic I’ve also been tipping when we pick up and would like that as an option as well. I hope that is appreciated. I hate that your wait staff is penalized since there is no dining in. We live in Scioto Reserve and apparently you don’t deliver here as the app can’t find our address!

The app is pretty dang decent! If something isn’t working, it actually lets you know while using it. What other app does that?!! It Doesn’t keep my credit card information, which I appreciate as my other devices are all linked and I don’t always have them with me so my kids have access to them and who knows what all they would order if they could. Ha! So far, it suits me!
I live in the apartments behind one of the flyers locations and this app still doesn’t recognize the address despite the apartments existing for over a year and all gps apps that I’ve used can recognize my address. Geek squad had no problem finding us using their gps when they delivered my tv, the furniture place had no problem...dominoes has no problem....I suggest you guys figure this out because half to the incentive to order pizza is to have it delivered. Carry out is only beneficial to the customer if you pick it up on your way home from work. Fix this, and I’ll update to 5 stars.
Figured the app it quickly. They still have some bugs to fix but it’s fine and works. Flyers is more expensive then I would normally go for but the food is good and they are the only pizza place I can find that will deliver to our house so when I’m feeling like I want pizza they are the go to.
The food is always great, and the Old World pep has been a top favorite of mine for just over 20 years now. The app however leaves a little to be desired. It never remembers my CC#, and the expiration date selector likes to be fiddly and not stay put once I’ve selected the month. In short, it’s a pain that no other app puts me through and it needs to be fixed. It would also be nice if it could match a valid coupon to my order and suggest one, rather than requiring that I look through the entire list myself.
We wanted to use a $20 e-gift card webreceived, but the “split payments” option wouldn’t work properly. It would take only whole dollar amounts, so I could not properly submit the second payment. Other than that, the app usually works perfectly, and this was just a one-time issue that will probably never come up for me again.
Please add banana pepper option to app n is kinda hard to navigate. There’s to many extra steps or pop ups it’s like y’all made it more complicated than it needs to be. Not dumb by any means was just surprised of the way the developers made it n why??? Seems as if they were trying to milk as many hours as they could out of making it n added way to many steps to accomplish a goal. It’s like adding are you sure pop ups several times.
Another bug. App will not allow you to use an existing award. When you do, the checkout screen is blank. Nice to see testing was done thoroughly before releasing. Trying to use a birthday pizza reward that was added to my account prior to most recent update. This app has never been fully functional. Always something wrong. If you report it to the store, they don’t care. Just kids making pizzas. Should have an email address listed for bug reports. Might help.
This app could not verify an address when setting up a new address to order from. One which I have had pizza delivered to before. Then when I built a cart to checkout I got a server failed error. So I still ended up having to order old school, which is fine....except that they would not honor the coupon for ordering online even when I told them about the failing app. This is not good customer service or a good app. So much potential here....
Very good food, fast delivery, many choices! Since our local Pizza place closed its doors it’s been really nice having somewhere else to order from. Thank you for delivering to our area, which is a little ways out of the city! The only downside is it’s a little pricey but not too terrible.
All these apps use google and the mapping never works!! Even though I’m right here five minutes from flyers and all the other pizza places!! I always get a stupid irritating so sorry google cannot find your address!!!😡 So therefore it’s makes this app absolutely useless! Which is a shame because I love Flyer’s but apps are what I use!!! If I could give this and google zero stars I absolutely would!! Get your stupid mapping together and you might have more business!! Extremely irritated!!
I love the app, my issue is that it doesn’t not save my payment option and I have to get my card every time and it would be nice to see the $5 off discounts I have from the app rather than digging through my emails.
“Google mapping service is unable to locate your address” when making an account. And resolution is square and isn’t fit to screen on larger device screens. Can’t create an account on it. Please update.
App works okay but clunky. Split option doesn’t work (no decimal point option) and the graphics are not smooth. All pizza options are there and it is great to accumulate the points towards $5 off an order. Their pizza has become our family favorite so we use the app begrudgingly - it gets the job done but needs some cleanup.
I’m going way back but before the named changed and it was a one store in WJ behind the donut shop this place regardless of location has always been my go too and will continue to be. Keep up the awesome work
I was so excited about new updates because it seems that I can use my card on file and give a tip but I got an error message so I tried to add card again thinking I didn’t have correct expiration date or something but it say it already on file so I have to choose cash I wish it would work
I would rate higher but as of late I seem to not be able to use the app for ordering and any time i try to update my credit cards it pops an error message and is starting to tick me off since I cant order anymore
The app gets the job done but needs improvement. It doesn’t use a stored credit card, is not designed for screen formats after iPhone 8, and feels like a cheap app overall. But, it does work, so I continue to use it to place mobile orders.
This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I haven’t figured out how to use a coupon through the app and that’s disappointing. Having to enter CC info each time is also kind of a bummer. All of this to say that the app difficulties won’t deter me from my favorite pizza!
Easy to order using the app but NEVER takes gift card info so end up having to select cash and pay when picking up. Doesn’t add much time but wish the app worked as it should. Always been this way, try every time we order.
The app does not allow me to make a drivers order and gives an error of “Google mapping services is unable to locate your address.” I have used google maps, Apple Maps, WAZE, and all of them recognize my address. I want to order pizza from Flyers, but until this is updated, I’m going elsewhere.
Love Flyers and the app is very convenient. I would love it if the app did two things - allowed me to add a tip to my order and stored my credit card number (or pulled in the details from the saved cards on my phone).
Just downloaded this useless app. Tried to create a profile, it let me know that Google cannot find my address. Fine whatever, went to create an order as a guest. Allowed it to use my location, still couldn’t find me. Whatever, waste of time. Don’t put a nap out if it’s not gonna work.
Easy navigation and ordering, but missing 2 key features: (1) “Save” Credit Card Info (2) Add ability to Tip the driver (both features on their web site)
Does not store your credit card info and email confirmations are very delayed. There has been a time where my food was done before I received the email confirmation. Other than that it is a nice easy to use app.
im a HUGE fan of flyers and the fact i can easily and quickly get my favorite order and get it delivered at just a few button presses is amazing... a lil pricey but imo its so worth it
Love the pizza, but the app is frustrating. It’s too easy to delete an item or payment method. Please add “are you sure” confirmations. Also, there is no easy to add a tip. At least I can’t find it.
Love Flyer's pizza and the app is good but you can't add a tip for the driver. I don't want to interact personally with a live human! Nor do I have cash. What psycho does in 2021?
I can get it delivered fine over the phone, but can’t over the app. Once registered out of app works fine. Also no ability to add tip for delivery orders is rather inconvenient.
Keep getting error saying “Google Maps could not map to home address” and it won’t let me continue. I live there, I know what my address is. Need either to upgrade to a decent mapping service or fix this bug. Google has no trouble mapping to my address on my browser.
With the update you can no longer save credit card info nor can add a tip to your payment. I have used this app for a long time to easily order us, or my mil, pizza using different credit cards. This is a very disappointing “update”.
Tried creating an account and it kept telling me that Google maps can’t find my address. Wouldn’t allow me to skip this option. So I can’t even make an account to use the app. Pointless.
The app refuses to let you choose which credit card you want to use, and when you manually enter it, the app won’t let manually enter already stored CC info. Therefore, you cannot use the app logged in.
I have tried unsuccessfully to register on the app several times over the past few years. I will never register my address, where I have lived for years. And we are only a mile away from Flyers Pizza
While the overall app is easy to use, I have had numerous errors trying to enter coupon codes. They won’t load or come up invalid, so I have switched to ordering Donatoes or Papa Johns instead.
