We’ve been a member with F.M.F.C.U. for about 15 years now. Hopefully! Bank Supervision recognizes by our presents of still being apart of their financial institution. Must mean we are pleased with where we are at, and is a sign on how happy to be doing business with your staff. They are courteous, knowledgable and it is greatly appreciated of those good qualities. I’d like to pick out just one employee to say stands out the best. But can’t, we’ve been treated as equally by one as we do all working members in many of the branches, that we visited. Outside of doing business with F.M.F.C.U. it’s been a pleasure having nice conversation as well. Thank You!
I have been a member for over 30 years (and I’m still young). LOL. I love the credit union and I love the app. The app is very intuitive and user friendly. I recently signed up for Zelle and love that too. We’ve don’t car loans with FMFCU as well ~ with very competitive rates. Secure your loan before heading to the dealership ~ thank me later! The only thing I didn’t like was I have a Black card with the credit union years ago. Then, the card was sold to Bank of America and they downgraded me. Outside of the credit card incident, FMFCU is my credit union of choice. Cheers to 30 plus more years…..
Being in business for myself, I used to go to the credit union around 3 days a week. Since the beginning of the pandemic I’ve been using the app to deposit checks, move money between accounts, and make payments. It’s very convenient - a great time saver. And I haven’t had any technical problems! As a computer support person, I’ve been gratified at the security built into the app. Thoughtfully developed, well-implemented app.
I don’t know what’s been going on with the app lately but it’s been very slow. As soon as I attempt to log in, it stays on the loading accounts page, almost indefinitely or it freezes and showcases my accounts in a unsynchronized order. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app once already and it’s messing up again. Then I try to log in via the desktop version of the site from my phone and apparently, I can’t do that either. It freezes on the app, too. FMFCU needs to get their website and their app in order. This is ridiculous. There’s not even a number on the back of your debit card to call into your account to simply check your balance.
App is ok but not as easy to use as some other banks. I’ve had issues multiple times with errors when depositing checks through the app. Oftentimes the camera just doesn’t pick up the photo of the check but sometimes the app just crashes all together and I have to wait until another day to deposit funds. This is not related to the app per se but are you considering increasing your daily account transfer and deposit minimums? Makes it extremely difficult to bank with FMFCU due to the low minimums for daily money transfer.
All offers all the same services available as the big bank apps. Easily take a photo for direct deposit, Face ID for login, instant transfers... the list goes on! Best part is that this app has the same interface every update, making it painless to navigate and do your business despite multiple safety & innovation updates.
Love this app. Helps me so much to manage my finances and deposit checks! My only concern is the capture image part of the check deposit is often wonky. I line everything up correctly in the window, and the image comes out like I standing far away. And it often won’t accept those images. I try everything to fix it, I add more light, move it around, refresh my tablet, etc. but sometimes it’s just a circus and it’s frustrating. Other than that, this app is fabulous!
I enjoy the app. It comes in handy when making quick transactions, checking balances and other transactions. Works well. The ONLY thing I wish could be different is moving the accounts around the screen. As in, which account is displayed first, second etc. When I go to click to transfer money around and hold the button too long, it moves the accounts all around.
My top complaint is the deposit check feature. It used to work seamlessly but ever since they did the “upgrade” it gives you error messages 90% of the time. It took me literally 30 mins to deposit 3 checks. The most frustrating thing is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to what the problem is. It could be any number of a handful of error messages for the same exact image. It would have been quicker and less stressful just to go to the bank and deposit the checks. Who knows maybe that’s their game plan so they don’t have to close branches >:<
So convenient and always available for use, day or not. I love the budget feature and the fact that I can link other accounts from outside institutions including my IRÁ and investment accounts. The mobile banking feature is awesome. I put a check in and the funds were available almost immediately. It really has brought an ease to my banking experience.
FMFCU offers a great, convenient app - we can make deposits, transfer funds, and manage our accounts in an organized way without leaving home! Their budgeting features are so helpful, we can mark and manage all transactions (which are then categorized for our convenience) allowing us to see where our money goes! Well worth it!
I’ve been with FMFCU a long time. It’s the best in Pennsylvania! Great customer service, great hours, a lot of good locations for walk-in, ATM and drive-thru service. All the services it offers - car loans, student scholarships, personal loans, cd’s, children accounts and much more! I sometimes forget it’s a credit union and not a full fledge bank! It’s community oriented and it’s serves our community well!
FMFCU has always maintained stellar service to members. Their app is a continuation of their commitment to making member’s needs a top priority. Many great features offering all (my experience) the services as do the Branches. User friendly and always updated with increased Security. Graphics are outstanding, screens are uncluttered, and navigation a breeze. Well done!
A fine app which does most of what I need it to. Best of all, I work with a bank which does not charge hidden fees and which treats its customers well. They always pick up the phone when I need something and don’t outsource their call center. I have been a customer for 17 years and am not going anywhere!
Easy to navigate I wish I could send a payment through bill payer anytime! It is frustrating when you log in an you need to change the date of payment because it is after banking hours! Everything is 24/7 why can’t my bill payer be also?
For some reason it’s not working like it use to. I always loved it but now it keeps logging off for some reason. I go to do a transaction and I’m just about done and it logs me out. I don’t know what is going on. They must of made some changes cause it’s working now. I love the app it so convenient and easy to understand.
Information easy to find. Deposit of checks simple. Transfer of funds great. Only complaint is log in. Takes longer than most other sites. Have to type in ever single character. Continually causes incorrect information notices requiring you to have to start over. Was locked out of account on one occasion which required call to office to get reauthorized.
being an adult is tough, I’m super thankful FMFCU’s app makes my life a little easier in regards to being able to move my money wherever I need to with ease. you can also cash checks just by scanning pictures on your phone! I’m genuinely happy I can reliably trust an app to respect me and my funds without nearly any issue at all. much love to FMFCU ♡
FMFCU app is always improving, intuitive & user-friendly. We move to Florida in 2017, and still do all our banking with this app. They even have affiliate credit unions here if there is anything you couldn’t do with the app. The tech support & customer service are top notch!
Can’t change your debit card often on like most apps you can turn your card off so you don’t go below your account balance they seem to love to nail you on overcharges oh well like it this is going to go somewhere
This Franklinmint app. really helps me keep track of my finances. I really appreciate the time they put into it. I can always look at what I purchase what’s been withdrawn and if someone is trying to scam my account and I thank you for that. Yours, Truely James A. Brodie 111
I really love that I can see all of my financial information in one place. The app allowed me to bring in two retirement accounts from different companies and two other banks. Thank you for having that option!
This app is much better than when they first put it out. Updates keep making it better. Easy to check your account and of course mobile deposit which is a must. I use it all the time.
The FranklinMint app is super convenient, if you’re someone who doesn’t want a whole lot of Facetime. The app makes it easier for your to takecare all if your needs. I applied for my car loan, and Line of credit all from the app. All it took was one day.
This app is a major upgrade from the last app. The online and mobile app finally share the same log in, which is a plus. I found it easier to navigate than last app. Its nice the online banking share the same view
I only wish that there was a turn on and turn off button for your card or cards thank you very much. I appreciate being a customer to Franklin for many many many many years.
This site is convenient and easy to use. I never had a problem with accessing this website and I can look at it anytime and the transfers and deposits happen in the same day.
I really like the convenience this app provides. I can do a mobile deposit, pay bills, check line of credit all without having to go to a branch office. The best part is the ability to categorize my spending LOVE THAT!

I appreciate the ease in using this app especially when it was time to access my holiday fund which I easily transferred to my savings account to purchase gifts. Things transfer immediately for your convenience.
Parts of the app are nice. But parts won’t work for me. Tried to connect to another bank account to pay loan and multiple attempts failed. Can’t pay with a card or simple account connection like many loan/credit card companies. Makes it difficult sometimes. Pleasant people to talk to on phone though.
I love this app and bank. It allows me to view my account whenever I need to, the staff is very courteous and helpful no matter what I need help with. When ever there is a breach of security I am always notified and told what I need to do keep my assets protected and I apply.
I can not thank you enough for providing this service! I don’t have to leave the comfort of my home, I am saving money on gasoline, and I don’t have to worry about social distancing because I am banking from home. Thanks for this Great Banking Service!
Really love this app for my banking. Easy access to all my banking needs. The one thing I don’t like is you have to manually delete your messages. They should delete within 30days or more.
When I sign in, I swipe downwards to see my accounts and balances. Once I stop, I click one of my accounts and the app freezes for about 5 seconds or so then shuffles my accounts out of order. Pretty frustrating because I like to have my accounts in a certain order.
Not only do I love Franklin Mint FCU & their staff, but the app is so easy to use! I can easily check account balances, transfer money, pay bills. The search filter is really great and I’m always able to find what I’m looking for!
Long time FMFCU member. This App was perfectly fine for the longest time. I don’t know what they did during the updates but it’s totally unusable at this point. It usually freezes on my account screen, so I can at least see my balances - but now it won’t get past the loading screen before freezing when I try to log in. This needs to be fixed. Honestly thinking about switching credit unions over it.
I like this app because just as some of the other apps I previously had they all broke down things when anything was purchased or pending. I don’t like that they don’t deduct the amount when something’s pending but I overall think it’s a great app to have
App uses same tool as Citadel and other credit unions. There are opportunities to modernize the web and app offering, but once I took the time to review and understand the app UI I was able to easily use the app. There are a few things that I can’t do on the app that I need to go to the website to complete.
They work with you when you really need the help in numerous ways. I was without a job and they made me a member and it helped my confidence and I am pleased with their services, even the ones I am finding about on this our second venture together. App does what it needs to do but is clumsy to use as it seems like it is a port from the website version which is no better. It is slow at times and it’s flow is not intuitive. Also, sometimes you need to logout and back in to see updated data which is cumbersome.
I just want to tell You all that the app is a great tool for life’s busy times. But it is good to be able to conduct busy events when you are away or not able to get out.
This app has let me do all the things I needed to do with banking. Also even informed me when temporary maintenance would be done and app could be running slow. Has been helpful.
Just started using this app & so far, everything works great. Nice clean UI too. This is half the reason why i left my old bank. My old banks app was almost unusable & had a 10 year old UI. Loving all the details that are in plain view & logging in via Face ID w/ zero interaction is awesome !
I love the changes you made to the app! Much easier to use and navigate on mobile devices. Much more robust than the old app. The only way i could be happier is Apple Pay. Oh wait, you did that too :)
Over a month now I have been having major issues with my account and the app. Is become slow and doesn’t take the money out like it used to. Also adds money that you don’t have.. went from 51 to 100 to 29 all in a matter of minutes..
Much better than the previous system. Aside from not informing you of the mobile deposit limit of (I believe $4,000) before going through the whole process then denying it, the App is very good.
I use this app all the time. It’s very user friendly. Perfect for my mobile device and lifestyle. I love it as it is but FMFCU is always working to make it even more useful, if that is even possible.
I have been using this App for a while now and don’t know how I lived without it! It’s easy to use and does everything you need it to do. I love it!! It makes my life so much easier!!
I really don’t like that chat icon that doesn’t move. It’s alway in the way. It use to move but now it doesn’t. It would be better if I could shrink I completely out of the way. The financial tool worked but not well. I found that it did not show me all of my transactions for a particular store. It did it for every store.
