When the new app was rolled out it seemed to be glitchy but has been updated and seems to be running smoothly. No more bugs or crashes and touch-ID works fine to log in. I love being able to quickly check my account balances quickly from my phone and depositing checks remotely is easy and convenient! I would recommend anyone with a FNB account to get this app.
It's nice when it works. Touch ID is so fickle and hardly works then when I type my password in it tells me an error has occurred. Super buggy and needs a big fix!
The banking system is often down, and there’s never any indication if it’s on the user end because of a bad or expired password or if the system itself is down. I often cannot access my accounts or money because the system is down and there is never any communication from the bank that they are having problems! It’s gotten ridiculous lately, I’m about to switch banks so I know that I can access my money when it matters!
This app is great when it ACTUALLY functions properly. It seems like there is always a big or something being fixed which causes me not to be able to access my accounts or even log in sometimes, very frustrating.
The constant password change is very annoying. We have several bank accounts with different banks and FNB is the only one that is so inconvenient with the passwords.
I really loved the last app. When they did the big upgrade, I was excited to see what newer technology we would have. Since the upgrade, its constantly crashing. The Touch ID no longer works, just crashes the app. Half the time it tells me it can’t verify me as a customer and to call. It’s to the point it’s no longer useful. I’d love to see some work go into this app so it can become a tool in my life again.
