There are several claims this app has that are simply not true. You can only view your account balance and transactions. You cannot transfer your money to other accounts even if they are within the same bank, there are no bill pay options, Zelle is completely inaccessible, most buttons in the app just redirect to a page that tells you to call their number such as the report lost/stolen card button. The deposit check feature doesn’t work. The only real use this app has is the ability to lock your debit card. Most of the apps “features” either redirects you to a phone number or it just states the feature is unavailable. It has been like this for over 4 years so I don’t see it changing anytime soon. This app has made me completely change banks because it makes having an account with them pointless if I can’t even manage my money without going in person.
I keep having to call and reset my account daily. This has been an ongoing issue for the last month which forcht bank can’t seem to resolve! I have never had this to happen and each time I’m told the same thing, which I have followed their guidance and still locked out daily.
The app is now requiring an update. My phone is a little older, so App Store provides me with the latest compatible version. Which Forcht refuses to let me use. Now I have no mobile access to my account. Not paying for a new phone because of this one app. Major flaw.
The app logs you out too quick, you can’t even look away for a second Bill pay is getting slower and slower about getting checks out they need to mailed much faster
When the new update came out I was no longer able to log in the app. It wouldn’t recognize any of my login info. I’ve forgotten my login info now and there is nowhere in the app to recover my password. Guess I’ll have to call customer support.
No stars! This has been, by far the absolute worst "upgrade". As far as I am concerned, it is a downgrade from the old app. Features have been taken away that made the older app simple and easy to use. Features have also been added that make the new app terrible. For example, every button takes you to a whole new page. The accounts are in a different order. The current balance is the only one that shows up until you click on the account, where it will then show the available balance. The available balance is also no longer at the top of the transaction list. I HATE this app. Had to go through customer support and did not have access to my accounts online or on the mobile for almost a week. Ridiculous!
If I could give 0 stars I would've. This app worked perfectly fine before the update. Now I can no longer enjoy the convenience of taking pictures of checks to deposit them, nor can I log out and log back in with a different account without having to delete and redownload the app. I never waste my time writing reviews, but if it can reach the app developers I will gladly do so. Please do something about this update. I have banked with you all for years. I use the app daily because I can never make it to the bank due to work. Without usage of this app, I should just get a different bank.
First off, I hate the multi-point login. "Verifying identity" then security question or password. I loved the old pin login. This method removes all convenience of why you would want a mobile app. Too complicated also. Old app was simple, to the point with needed information in plain sight. This app? To much movement screen to screen needed to access the information I'm looking for. I have since quit using the app. Just text for my bal and then transfer my balance to a different bank with an easier to use app.
This is horrible! The worst upgrade in history. It doesn't show you recent transaction history or even your up to date total. The old app was much easier to use and less confusing. I loved the old app. I absolutely hate this update!!!!
Has it been HACKED? Since a recent "upgrade" this app is literally (not figuratively) USELESS! Log in attempts are usually thwarted by "server errors" or "server temporarily unavailable" messages. Successful logins are met with incorrect account balances and no ability to access any transaction or deposit history. Just went through ALL (once again LITERALLY) offered details & menus and all either begin with "unavailable", "unable", or say "are you sure you want to leave mobile banking". Anybody home? Fix it or remove it!!
I cannot get the thing to work! So frustrating to have to use a computer to see my balance. I have had to call 3 times for customer service & I'm going to have to call again! The old app was great not certain why they needed to change it 😧
I only gave this app 1 star because I had to. I think this was a horrible idea. Ever since the new "upgrade" I haven't been able to log in, period. It instantly redirects me to a number for customer service. I think it would have been better off left alone.
This app like the bank itself is awful! Doesn't work and seems like they didn't put the time and effort into making sure everything worked correctly before launching!
I am not happy about the mandatory second verification step. I don’t want it and it should be optional. Using my password is good enough without having to wait for a text and enter another code. Please make this optional, not mandatory.
Horrible! Definitely a downgrade! It's useless! You can't do mobile deposits... Or I haven't found it yet! The old app was user friendly and this is garbage!
This app makes me want to find a new banking establishment. When I need to know my account balance, my account isn't available. I want to be able to access MY account 24/7. Go back to the old app. Online banking is completely screwed up ever since they changed it. HORRIBLE!!!
Unable to log out on iPhone XR after update to version 18.3.70
After installing update to Version 18.4.60 when I log out the app automatically logs me back in when it sees my face. It did not do this with the previous version. Other than this new issue I like the app. 9/12/2019-Just installed the latest update for this app and the above problem still exists. I have talked to their support people twice now and apparently they are not going to fix this problem. They told me to turn off face recognition on my iPhone so it doesn’t log me back in when I try to log out.
