Not perfect, but good overall

I do like that the team is constantly working to make improvements and the customer service is very responsive. I’ve been using this app since it was under FXCM, so I’m a really long time customer. There have been snags when the market moves fast and trading doesn’t keep up (it freezes the app); I’ve generally gotten reimbursed for losses in those situations (and I’ve noticed now they automatically reimburse when they should/app crashes). Chart refresh is still lagging for me (hence my rating), but otherwise I like the app and use it daily. It’s the best I found in this field so far.

FOREX IS A SCAM

They keep deleting my feedback that’s why I am able to submit multiple feedbacks. Forex is stealing money by scamming. They playing with the margin by removing money from your account while you are inactive on the app then they will give it all back after your margin dropped below 100 on weekdays and 120 on the week. If you buy a currency on one account and sell on the other, they will suddenly freeze it and adopt a fake graph that they will use to steal the money that’s why as soon you buy or sale the stock start going the opposite way. DO NOT SPEND ALL THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT USE HALF SAVE HALF for your margin always make sure your margin don’t drop below 120% but forex will decrease your money all the way passed the amount you invested in matter of one day to two just to steal your money but if you good on margin they freeze your stock on a straight line hoping that you will buy more and then when you have less money in your account, they start dropping your margin 1% per cents which is a scam and a scam is a crime. I have evidences that they are scamming and stealing people money—- I got a lawyer who is reviewing all my evidences and so far she is happy with it. Time to lawsuit these scammers

Scammers! Beware!

They have kept me lock out my account with all kinds of technical issues warnings and pop up when trying to login in. Oh yeah they are doing shady shady business on the app. If you want them to take your money by keeping you out when your up and only after they get done taking your funds you will get access back. Mind you I use Face ID to log in and all yesterday I was getting pop up notifications saying my password is incorrect. How when I never charged it and I use facial recognition to login. So why was I unable to access my hard earned money ? Well it’s simple.. they are manipulating their system and stealing behind the keyboard. And here’s the kicker. I had a old closed off bank account on forex that I haven’t used since 2021. And the money I just recently funded my forex account came from a completely separate account. Tell me why is the system trying to split my withdrawal fund and send money to a account I haven’t used in over 3 years…mind you I just added funds in2024 from a new account. Their system says all the funds are going to go back to the original payment method but that’s not the truth.

Way to many bugs

I’ve used this app for months and I’ve always been minor problems with it every once in a while but recently it’s been really irritating me. I’ve entered multiple trades and somehow the app will close my trade randomly right after I entered the trade and I’ll lose money, this has happened so many times and at first I would think maybe I accidentally closed it but it’s happened too many times on the new and old app. Not to mention the app crashes a lot of the time and won’t even let me choose indicators so I have to restart the app. I usually never leave reviews but I think it’s ridiculous that it automatically closes my trade one minute after I enter it with no stop loss or me closing the trade and I end up losing money.

Why can’t i get notifications?

I dont understand why i cant get notifications, whether its alerts or trades or news, i cant get a notification. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing. I get a pop up in the app to allow notifications but then once im in system settings theres no option to allow notifications. I dont know what to do about it so here i am. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.

Please stop trying to reinvent the app instead of just improving it

1. The fonts are too small 2. Total profit or loss should always be displayed with account balance 3. Please bring back trades in terms of pips. The app with the blue logo allowed you to follow trades according to pips gained or loss, please bring this back as it is much easier to track positions 4. Please listen to your customers in the reviews. I love this broker but they come off very tone deaf as to the wants and needs of their customers. We don’t need new apps with new problems while retaining old issues. Please allocate more resources to fixing ongoing issues while keeping new issues to a minimum

Inflation

Customer service never responds. The app crashes won’t connect won’t let me log in It’s there to steal you money and to keep the yuan from making profit. It’s just seven dollars idk who Powell and Yellen think they are Update: my bank account was closed by the bank and the forex team told me to get a letter from the bank, each person at that bank denies be able to provide me with a letter closure of my account. I am not allowed to update my bank account in forex and my money was lost. If I could sue or go to your offices and open fire I would. You write one thing from the developers but do another in the bank office. I’m done. Enjoy my money, thief

Still Buggy after all this time.

I have used all the apps ever since they were introduced. This update has many features but price representation from chart to execution screen never in sync. Also historical chart prices don’t often show correct placement of buy points previously set up. Old apps used to have trailing buy or sell capability, a very convenient feature, please bring it back. I have to change each pending order buy price every time a pair moves too much in one direction.

Amazing

I’ve heard starting your trading career on forex is harder than trading other stocks, but I’ve had an easy time learning and working through the app and the website. I could use help in the app for the pc but honestly they have done such a good job on designing everything from the apps to the website and make it pretty easy to navigate. I definitely recommend tbh

Easiest app for Forex trading

This app is better than all the other apps I tried. Making or stopping trades and viewing and monitoring the status of the trades is easy and straightforward. Only a few things I would like added, one, the margin of each trade should be easy to see with the trade, but I went on line to see this. The charting on the app is difficult for all phone screens but may be better on iPad.

You are irresponsible

You are very irresponsible to stop the access to the app unless upgrade it. Maybe you don’t understand sometimes clients are in the middle of transactions involving hundreds thousands of dollars. I understand you want clients upgrade to the latest available app, but you should not stop the access to the app unless upgrade it, because that it could mean loosing a lot of money. I hope you will get this review seriously if you don’t want loose customers.

Great App overal

This is a great way to trade your funds! I love that they show you your margin upfront. Helps with risk management. The app is very similar to mt5 in the way that it moves on the chart. If you flip phone to landscape you get some trading view options. I wish the drawings did not disappear and you could draw in portrait. There is also a glitch in app that signs u out sometimes. Other than that its very intuitive very impressive app

Great app trading platform for smartphones…

Been using this app for a while now and overall it is reliable… It does have occasions where the data skips leaving a large gap between previous line chart to current line chart ( surmising it is from servers syncing data from different regions.) I would recommend this app but do not expect it to be as good as PC platforms. Goos for when in the road though. 👍👍👍🙂

If you use multiple computers you may not see a running order when requesting withdrawal

I use Forex on 2 different PCs and in my smartphone. Sometimes it is not possible to manage a trade because it freezes. I have requested a withdrawal and could not see that a trade was still open. That had delayed my withdrawal for a week. Until their support told me that

Solid Performer for any Trader!!

I have been using this app for years. The only trouble I’ve ever had is refreshing the feed after not using it for a few minutes while still logged in. Solid all around for your trading needs and would recommend!

I am loving it and the strategy Pip Quotient Formula

Since I learn to trade with the trading strategy Pip Quotient Formula on this platform I have been smiling consistently to the bank, the app is very stable and I never have problems with withdrawals. I recommend Forex. com and the trading strategy together if you want to start winning consistently as a forex trader and earn thousands daily.

Well developed platform

I’m using this app for 10 years now, and I witnessed the development of this app throughout the years. Great application, that clearly supports you trading goals. It has a lot of features that helpes in keeping track of your trades, and be well informed about the market movements. I highly recommend.

How is this ease of use!!!

The forex market is fluidly changing throughout the day. Yet with all the money and “prestige” you try to present to the public you can have an app that tuns smooths showing charts, with the capability to make trades on command, with orders that actually lock in at the correct value? Seem IG is the better of the two of you, it’s sad when i’ve seen children's games more advanced run smoother on phones five years older then with your service in my new iphone.

Greatly improved!

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed that the layout and response time has significantly improved for what I use it for. It’s easy to use (quite intuitive) and a lot better than it used to be.

Experience so far

So far the experience has been ok. I don’t like how the trade closes out automatically when you’ve hit past your margin I get it saves the account from risk but sometimes it hinders me because it may go in my direction after it pulls back a little further than I anticipated. At least alert me when my trade has been closed, instead of me being surprised.

Stole my money

Update . Created an account. Added my card and they asked for verification of the card. I never verified the card because i didnt have the physical card with me and i received like 3 emails saying that i havent verified my card. 2 or 3 days later there is a transaction of $100 on my card from forex and they did all this without me myself making the transaction and also without my card being verified. They literally stole money from me. Worst part is i dont see the $100 in my trading account

A little glitchy

I really wish this app would stop resetting my charts to default... Edit: sometimes it seems to reset my charts, but if I close and open it several times, my saved charts reappear. Sometimes the trailing stop doesn't trail, and I'm not sure if that's a system error or just a reporting error. Like maybe the stop us moving but the chart is not updating in real time.

Great trading app One thing I love about the app is their charting interface. Their charting interface is easy to read and navigate everything is not cluttered. Overall I give the app five stars because I never had an issue navigating or looking through their charts.

Watch out for the Spreads Changing

I was first happy with the forex app for the first week or so and then I started noticing the glitches when charting. Freezing when reloading. Finally, I noticed the spreads sneakily changing when you least pay it attention. Trade at your own risk. As of this evening, USD/JPY trading with a 20 pip spread. EUR/USD 5 pip spread. GBP/JPY with a 45 pip spread. I kid you not. These are the real spreads. I wish I could upload a picture of the spreads here!!

I really like the layout and organization of the app. It’s pretty easy to navigate around and easy to place trades and manage risks. However, it seems like the app was updated and it has delays. Sometimes it freezes and doesn’t let you exit a trade which can be really frustrating. Overall a pretty good broker, app needs a few updates tho

Uncanny

It’s uncanny how every trade becomes a loser. I’ve been trading for 3-4 years and still unable to be profitable on Forex. As soon as I enter a trade, it immediately defies all indicators and goes the opposite way and FAST. It always swings back after taking out my stop loss or liquidating my trade. I have a friend who makes huge profits trading stocks and says he will never try trading Forex again. For someone as profitable as him to say it’s impossible to profit on Forex really means something. He’s convinced it’s a scam. I’m starting to agree.

Don’t sleep on Forex

This app makes trading SO easy a caveman could do it. Don’t sleep on your money people. I’ve made money and keep making money! I’m telling you download it and see for yourself. I wish this was a paid review but Forex didn't pay me nothing ya’ll this is just an honest review.

Agree w good overall

Easy to trade not complicated-sometimes kicks you off and you have to log in again - but still been using for years and would not go anywhere else to trade forex

Love it

It has a good platform that runs pretty smooth and has so many tools and different markets to choose from, definitely takes some skill and knowledge to start actually making money but perfect for learning.

Forex trading made simple

This is a quick and convenient app that allows you to try your hand at currency trading. Highly recommend, especially if your a newbie like myself. Definitely has helped me work through the concepts of Forex.

Buggy

Most of the time the app will not load past the fetching data animation. When it does it works so until you go widescreen on a pair then at some during your analysis while your using tier fingers to zoom in and out the chart, the price bar on the right disappears and time scale b the bottom also disappears. After that the app glitches further by zooming in on the chart as if you'd just used the magnification tool. Please fix this and I will give a better review.

Become Trade

On the phone better than on the computer! Easy to understand!! I use to using Meta4 ! But when I try real account than I got problems to login! If could add to my platform! I think I do much better! Because to that platform!

Horrible

Hands down one of the worst brokers available. Spread is absolutely ridiculous. We’re talk 10-20 pip spread. As a scalper that will never work. And why can’t I withdraw my money? It says I have to wait 5 days after deposit before I can withdraw. It’s been 7 and still can withdraw. It shows I have money available in my account but when I withdraw it acts like I have nothing and tells me I need to put more money in before I can withdraw. Total scam save your time and money

Good Features

I like the features and everything seems to work very smoothly. I only wish there could be more that 4 indicators on a chart and that saved charts could be used across multiple symbols.

Not for IPAD

This works okay on my phone but its not made for iPad. When I install it on my IPad Pro (large one) which I pretty much use like a laptop with Bluetooth keyboard, which means everything must be viewed horizontally, this particular app is only formatted to work on iPhone with only a stretched version that applies to iPad. I wish it was a bit more formatted for use with the iPad.

Good app but I somehow have two versions of it

It’s a great app. Love that it has dark theme. Plenty of chart tools. Low account minimums which is great for a newbie like me. But I do have two version on the app due to an update a few months back and I can’t tell which is the most up to date so I just keep both.

Good App

This app works well, sometimes better than the desktop version. However, unlike the desktop version, the mobile app lists orders in order of most recently entered instead of the order price, which is not as good.

Good effort but connectivity isssues

UI improved for the better from the previous version but connectivity is still an issue from time to time. It usually happens at login so I have to restart my phone. Tradingview is a welcome but wish the countdown to candle close would actually work. Overall experience is getting better.

Update

The spreads are usually very good, and the desktop app is very good. The mobile app on the other hand is a couple steps away from a nightmare. Have to constantly reset the EMA’s and the app zooms in to the chart and many times you have to close the app just to get control again. The mobile app needs a serious update.

Worst experience

Kept asking for more information after I had already provided said information & Proved my identity. Waited a full month for my application to get approved, Finally switched to a different platform that was approved the Very next day. Customer service is useless, and they just prolong your process. I reached out and told them to Unsubmit/cancel my application. Can’t believe I had to type up this Review. Very disappointed.

Knowledgeable platforms to get into game!

I like the way platforms works, it got almost all the tools needed to help you learn and be successful, easy understanding and easy to execute. I hope the add AI signals in the future, or maybe it’s there. Thumbs up

Fix it.

This app is trash. You can’t submit the trades on time because it takes to long to input it if you want to do scalping. Try to put it full screen and it goes to crap the whole app, the candle bars get so close and stretch out that you can’t distinguish. Also while having it “full screen” you can only see it on one half of the screen while the other half is all black. God bless you guys but pleeaaaasee fix this app.

Balanced

As someone who works in IT, it’s smoother and efficient. The capabilities to connect with external tools/languages like MQL, capitalise Ai makes this definitely a good choice. App is also continuously enhanced. People behind this are doing a good job and will have my support.

Needs a widget and more helpful notifications

I’m getting what I need out of this app for the most part, except it doesn’t really push helpful notifications (like significant price changes for positions). Also lacks widgets. It would be great if there was a small widget showing summary information like current margin indicator, P&L, etc.

Don’t get the app!!!

Hi everyone, I just want to say do not waste your time getting the app!! I’m not sure if it’s because of the market crashing or what, but I’ve put a lot of money into this for trading and now it’s saying that I don’t have an account anymore!! If you want to see if you have better luck that me then please do not leave your bank info stored in the app! I truly believe it may be a scam. Maybe...maybe not, good luck. ❤️

Took my money then closed my account

I put money into this app and then every time I tried to log in it said incorrect password and it said it’ll send a password reset to my email and never did then afterwards they sent me an email saying they will close my account if I can’t get access to my account and still have money in my account why would you close my account scammers

Stop misleading and evil notifications, slow and unresponsive platform

The the developers are becoming evil. Now they send these random notifications to get you trade when you dont want to! Like “EURJPY going downward?” Come on at least have an option to disable such notifications. Plus, why is the app extremely slow and unresponsive? I cant see the charts properly and cant navigate quickly
