My experience from day one-opening my checking & savings account and any time since -I’ve been treated by professional & friendly staff. If there was anything I needed help with-they were there to assist me. I am sooooo happy that my son (he is with Fort Financial Fort Wayne) recommended this Credit Union to me. A breath of fresh air after banking with a local bank that after my account was hacked and I asked them to stop all transactions on my debit card-refused to issue me a new one at my cost and said I wouldn’t be eligible to have one for 6months!!!! Yes I give Fort Financial ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The app itself works fine except for the Face ID. It never comes up to recognize my face. I have to put my password in each time. I wish they would fix it. Otherwise very user friendly and appeasing app.
I have a car loan thru them and not once have I ever been able to make a payment on the app or the website. It’ll sit there and load forever then eventually crash. Have not gotten a good response from Fort financial either. On top of that they won’t allow me to make my payment thru the drive thru anymore which is what stays open later so I have to try to make it in early on the weekends. Avoid this app and avoid Fort Financial all together if you can.
I have been a loyal customer since 2000 and their customer service has never been unwelcoming to me and I appreciate the customers service, especially to Diana with card service !!
It is a disservice for members to not be able to transfer funds from lines of credit to other financial institutions. Website is also down a lot to request loans.
This app use to be amazing! Then I got a push notification that the statement view got changed. Now whenever I open the app I only have about 20 seconds before the app crashes. Please Fix!
Face ID login is completely broken. Keep getting a “mobile device has not been assigned to a user error.” Tried to bypass that with auto login feature, and that gets me a different error. I use a password manager with very complex, and different, passwords and these features that I rely on for convenience just because useless with this last update.
Always seems to offline and unavailable to get to. Always get a bad request for logging in. 90 percent of the time it’s a pain to long into. Have to shut down the app multiple times to get it to work. Was only showing one account for the longest time.
In have been with this institution for over 8 years now and I must say that they have been absolutely wonderful. The functionality of the institution makes everything so easy without stress. Thank you very all you do.
I like being able to manage my banking in an app, but ever since the latest update, I keep receiving a “bad request” error whenever I try to log in. I have to completely close the app, open it again, and try once more. I usually have to do this about 3-4 times before it finally logs me in.
Ever since this app was updated, I have to uninstall and reinstall just for it to continue working. When I click on the app to open it, it won’t even bring up the log in page. Since I use the app so much to keep track of my spending and this updated version is the worst, I have even considered changing banks just to not have to deal with this app.
The app is great, when it works. It seems that the connection to the host is down anytime I need to use the app. I end up using the cumbersome online access instead. I love the remote capture and the Touch ID. Design is smooth and user friendly. Just wish I could use it more!
The latest update only allows me to see the first account the rest are blank blue bars. What just happen? It was great before the update a few days ago. ☹️
The app works great for me and allows for plenty of transfers and easy accessibility to my money. One downfall is that there is a cap when trying to electronically send in checks.
Lots of 403 errors, needed to register again and unable to use the same password as their website. I couldn't find the secure message part. Fort Financial has really went downhill; it might be a good idea to refocus on customer service and less on gadgets.
This app used to be good. With recent updates the app has become next to useless. It randomly updates your membership status making it impossible to deposit a check through the app over $500.00. Now the app won’t recognize any log in information even though I logged in earlier today to do some banking. When I go to reset my password, it just sits there loading until it times out and says an error has occurred so now I can’t even log in to look at my accounts or transfer funds.
I have never had issues but since the update I cannot log in. It tells me to put in a verification code but one is never sent. I have no issues logging in on the computer.
