I use it all the time for my travel, saved over $200 on a recent hotel stay. I used some of the business benefits too for my startup last year- very easy process to redeem. Love the new version of the app!

We absolutely loved Founders Card until we had asked if they were going to still offer Diamond status through Total Rewards one of their many Perks, the Manager who I must say has a chip on her shoulder said is that the only reason you use it? I replied, no but it is definitely one of the many reasons we pay your fee is to use the great benefits, she then canceled our account apparently because we use and loved this benefit and perk!! Wow! They seem to cancel accounts for clients who love the service , and honestly this was one of many reasons we paid their fees! They need to fire this manager because she was rude and obnoxious and I am surprised that Caesars Marketing will put up with a company who has zero customer service. I would believe they would want their clients treated the way they treat their clients!

I have had this card and app for a month and the one offer I signed up for and tried to have activated wasn’t even able to be used. The third party didn’t respond in the time frame they said, they didn’t respond to the proactive communications from me and the founders card customer service couldn’t even get them to respond. Be very careful, if that was my first experience with their “partners” I can’t see any value in holding this card or app at all.

Would urge members to double-check prices on offers before believing that what you’re paying for is a discounted price. I almost bought event tickets using FC’s “discounted” price—thankfully I double-checked by doing an independent search on the event pricing!! Learned that FC was charging 1.5 times more for the same seating area at the same tier!!! Better do some due diligence before you start believing that their discounts are real.

This is a very user-friendly mobile app and allows me the same functionality as through an online browser!

App is super easy to use when I’m trying to get in contact with my concierge for my request for my upcoming trips. Since I’m not really tech savvy it’s simple to use and to understand.

Love the card, the benefits, and the discounts. Well worth my two years of membership. The networking events are really great and have generated a lot of connections for me and my company.

The benefits it offers are often redundant and not useful. I travel quite a lot and all the status upgrades are not useful as i already have these. The price is definitely not worth it. Also it is impossible to get a refund and non trivial to cancel- luckily the credit card i added will expire before it renews...

The new app makes it even easier to access the wide range of benefits that Founderscard offers.

One benefit alone makes FoundersCard worth it! App is very intuitive and the new redesign made a huge difference.

I love FoundersCard and their service and partnerships! The website is very useful, and the new app update was fantastic... until recently it is just blank and there’s no information. Hope they get it resolved soon so I can use the app instead of going to the website for things. 5 star company with a 1 star app until it’s fixed.

As an ELITE Member, this new app makes it so easy to contact the concierge, redeem benefits, and easily access my digital card. Love it!

Can’t open most of the offers when you actually need them. Super frustrating. This will probably be my last year joining.

Founders card is great.. the updated app.... Not so much.. everything is blank.. it has been months and still Not fixed

One morning while walking the dog I got a call from a furious FC employee. They demanded information about a member discount I used (and told me my account would be terminated regardless). Then they terminated my account. Good riddance!

App has had a blank screen for at least 4 months.

Love the update! If you're an FC member, you're going to want this app. Streamlines the web content for quick access to the member benefits.

This is an awesome card with great perks with a great app to match. Very user friendly and east to find discounts.

Best app for a Entrepreneur Five Stars Love This App

The app is difficult to use due to content being cut off or non-scrollable windows. All of the content of an offer should be visible - but it's not.
