In The Middle

Hi! I like the App I think it’s set up nicely and runs smoothly, and it has a good amount of games.. What I don’t like is that I play many other casino apps and this app rarely gives you any big wins or exciting moments. I’ve played these apps for months and I’ve kind of figured it the way they work.. and it’s okay you guys don’t win often, you’re a casino.. but compared to other apps you don’t win that often. So I don’t find myself playing often on this app. And your free spins through June was a good idea but it’s June 25th and I’ve only won I think about 3-5$ on the daily spins all month, and I spin every day. I’ve also spent a good amount of money on this app, it would be nice to be rewarded for it rather than just robbed of it all every time.. So my opinion is in the middle..

Too bad…

I was really excited to try this app. I love the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo and was super-excited about the live craps option. However, there is no good way to play this app. The play is super wonky. My sound is on and I can hear clicks, but I can’t hear the dealer making the calls on my iPad. So I tried to play on my phone, and I could hear the dealer there, but it’s way too small to make the correct bets. Both iPad and iPhone I was not able to remove my bets. I tried to hold and slide it down as per the directions and it didn’t remove the bet, it increased it!! I also tried to hold the undo button to remove all bets, and that did not work either. I’m just throwing my money away. I then tried to use the site on my laptop and my PC with no luck being able to get the geolocation services to work. I do play on other sites, DraftKings, Barstool Sports and MGM and do not have these issues. I guess I have to wait for them to get the live craps. Disappointing to say the least. Do better, Four Winds.

Took money without consent

The app kept rejecting my payment. I spoke with the chat agent and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work. I did and it did. Unfortunately I woke up the next morning to see that all of my failed attempts had gone through and my bank account was reflecting the charges. I was then told I’d have to go to the casino cashier to get my money back. So I started that process which said the money would be ready in an hour. So I drive over an hour to the casino and when I get there I find out that it may actually take a couple days to get my money out. So I had money taken that shouldn’t have been and then when I tried to get it back I was sent on a wild goose chase, wasting my time and money. Stay far away from this app. And the cashier manager was unbelievably rude talked over me and wouldn’t even let me tell them what happened. They just said it may take a couple days over and over.

The good and the not so

The software runs smooth easy to navigate and not overly complicated. Easy to load money play and cash out. That’s the good. A plus there. The not so is more from the lack of promotion given and the return/ value received at least for me compared to what I have spent. As well as the playback from the games. I have played quite a bit on the app and never had the lack of bonuses and playback as I do on this site. Received a promotion for free spins on their million dollar deal. Last time I got 36 I believe and won 3 dollars. It cost some money to get those 36 spins. Other than that no points to help for when you play in casino. Wish that would be possible. I would recommend this app just not over going to the actual Casino.

Middle compared to others

I like your app. The login is nice because you can use the Face ID and not have to put in a password every time. The games are fun and most of the time easy to use. What I don’t like is not a lot of big wins. When I first started playing I think I had some decent ones but since then nothing. Maybe $20-$50 here and there. I see all the same people on some of these Facebook groups getting $4k-$8k wins multiple times. As much as I have spent on this app I think we should be rewarded once in a while. Yes I know it’s a casino it’s supposed to take my money but I’m all fairness is it really that random when the same people are hitting it big like that multiple times? I liked the June free spin promo although I don’t think I won ever! I mean come on not even a $1? Also I had bonuses that were in my account that I never got to use after contacting customer service they added some of them but not not all. So you could work on being able to redeem those easier. Lastly your games freeze a lot and they go to blank white screens all the time. Kinda annoying. Maybe try and fix that. Oh and get more game choices!

Game freezes

While in the middle of play I will get a error message and have to go out of the game in then back in it happens more often than not!!! And also on the app my favorite game isn’t available 88 fortune!! But it is if I just go to website really odd!! It was in app at first then one day outta nowhere it disappeared tech support told me to uninstall in reinstall app but it didn’t fix it!!! The issue has now been resolved and I am able to play my favorite game as on the app!

Not good odds

At first when we started playing, we hit and won. One time my husband and I both hit “decent”...and since then, I believe they have put a block on both of our accounts to somehow prevent future winning for us. (I’m sure they’ll deny being able to do so but I was hitting so much before on multiple slots, and then after I cashed out I can’t even hit for a free spin). So if you hit once and win decent, don’t expect to win anymore after that. Cash out, and try a different casino app. We can’t even get a bonus/free spins anymore. They like to make you believe you will keep winning, but you won’t! ESP after you cash out. This was my favorite app to play, now I hate it. Can’t even enjoy playing anymore because you lose money so quickly, and don’t win AT ALL!

So when I first signed up I won about $1,000 but then you had to have wagered so much until you can cash out and I cashed out with $600. So the wagering amount is fine print so be aware of that. Second I’ve won nothing since! I’ve played over a dozen more times with no wins at all, my was gone within minutes. When I’ve gotten daily spins I’ve won zero. I understand it’s a casino and you take your chances by playing but by reading other reviews many people have this same issue. So I’ve stopped playing and went to another site where I at least win something now and then, if I don’t they make my money last so I can enjoy playing for a while. My suggestion is loosen the slots a little and listen to your customers.

Worst online casino I’ve tried

I’ve been trying a few online casinos and this was the sketchiest of all of them. Deposited $100 from my debit/credit card then had to download geolocation software to verify my MI location. When I did have a nice win, it stopped the game and gave me some type of “cease and desist” notice strung I was not in Michigan. I hadn’t even moved from my couch. You’ll be playing a looonnnggg time before you get a chance to get your original money back. Like another player, had some nice wins then the winning streak just stops. I paid with my debit card and it had additional steps for the chance to get my money back. In the end had hours of play with $0 back. I haven’t had an experience like this with DraftKings or BetMGM. Learned my lesson.

Legit the glitchiest, worst casino app

Like others, I’ve played on every online casino app available in Michigan. Caesar’s, Draft Kings, MGM, etc. This app is, hands down, the absolute worst when it come to accessibility and fair play. You’ll deposit your money, and find out after the fact that half (if not more) of the slots don’t work. My other friends have confirmed that they’ve had the same problems. On top of that, when trying to play the live dealer tables, the games won’t load. It’s not a connectivity issue as I’m easily able to access the casino, sports, and promos tabes…just not the live tables. I’m usually pretty optimistic with online casinos but when there’s an app that limits half of the options, it’s not even worth using. 1/10

Good casino

I was skeptical of this casino at first from reading the reviews. I opted into the sign up bonus 200% deposit match. I deposited $100 and they gave me $200. The wagering requirement was 10x or $3000 and I thought this was impossible to do. At first the slots were draining my money but then I would hit on some big spins. After going up some money I started betting $1 a spin and kept get $50-$100 wins on spins. I ended up cashing out for $500 so a $400 profit. Maybe I just got really lucky but to me it seems like a legit casino.

RUN, DON’T WALK!!!

Dear Four Winds, You should never have released this app nor opened your online casino without your customers being able to play each and every slot game available. The 200% bonus is a great lure, however you have to spend 10x that in your defunct casino, which is impossible when the majority of the slots don’t work. How disappointing this app is...I was so excited to play another new MI online casino, only to kick myself for not listening to the warnings from other reviewers. Take heed, don’t risk thinking you’ll be one of the lucky ones who the app will work for, because you won’t be. It’s not worth it. I promise. And the excuse ‘we are a new online casino-there will be bugs’ shouldn’t matter.

Promotions and Bonuses

I have been playing the app for a couple years now and it use to have some great bonuses and promotions, just about every day. Now, I NEVER get anything from FourWinds. I have to contact them and question it; however now when contact them I get the same response about l how they don’t have a loyalty program, the promo and bonuses are at random. I decided to take more of money to an online casino that isn’t so random and reward for loyalty. To bad I use to enjoy the games there casino. I did also notice that the games are tighter than what they were before. You have to spend $50 to get $15 payback.

Trusted local brand; Good variety and great player bonuses

I’ve played 88 Fortunes, Wheel of Fortune, DaVinci Diamonds and Gonzo’s Quest and some of my favorite games. The payout is super fast, like 2 hours fast. Had the money quickly. I used to play onsite and it’s so great that I can get the same great experience and services. I wish it can also support payment options like PayPal, but other than that, great online Casino from our trusted local brand here in Michigan, and 5 out of 5!

Account Closed After Winning With Bonus Funds

Made an account today, I was approved and made my initial deposit after playing for about an hour I had over $400, next thing you know I get an error message saying invalid currency and get logged off. I try logging back on and it said account suspended, shortly after I get an email that my account was suspended because they couldn’t verify my identity and that I would get a check in the mail. When I tried clarifying any issues they found I was not given the opportunity and was told that my check will only be for the original amount I deposited. ROBBED !

It’s okay

In my opinion the casino part of this app has dried up a bit. Used to with a little here and a little there. Now you don’t win anything. It’s been a really long time since I won’t anything. I actually deleted the app. No promos for people that spend money there. I’ve spent a couple thousand and haven’t received any promos. Not saying it’s a bad app because it’s one of the better ones but I have taken a break from playing.

Fair good casino app . Has lost of games to choose from but In some cases games will not upload. I would rate the bonuses at a 6 out of 10. This casino app has lots of potential but need some work.. hopefully with all these reviews coming in.. FourWinds casino will get the ball rolling and get this app to its %100 potential and get it to the #1 spot of all online casinos out there

Great service

I really enjoy your online program. You have a great selection of casino games available. It would be nice to maybe measure play on the app and get rated to come stay at your property for live gaming. My wife and I enjoy playing online and in person. Glitches logging on

I like the app. You can cash out winnings via cage at mortar casino or instantly to play plus card. One thing that definitely needs to be fixed is the log in. Many times it won’t log in for several minutes. It says severed connection. I clear my cache every time prior to logging in and it still has problems. Conducive to this I often spend my money elsewhere.

Trusted local brand w/ great titles

I’ve been going to Four Winds Casino since it opened in SW Michigan and it has been a great and beautiful property. The Four Winds online app does a great job of carrying over its trusted brand with a lot of different gaming titles as well as sports betting. On top of that, it is a local brand so I know I’m getting the same great customer service that I’ve received over the years. Looking forward to continuing to play on the FW app!!

Enjoy

I enjoy playing slot games. I never do it with the idea of winning so if I do once in awhile it’s a treat. I set aside a small amount of money that I can afford to play with. I can’t afford much but instead of taking a vacation or shopping for new cloths or going out for expensive dinners I use my “ play money” to play slots now and then. It’s fun and I enjoy Four Winds set up.

Scam and should be illegal. Stolen money

Put in 200 of MY own money for a 10 dollar bonus. Lost money but was able to get it up to 300. At this point I was done and simply wanted to pull my money. I was unable to and called to see what they could do over the phone. Call reps were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Stated I could terminated the “10 dollar bonus” and I would lose 170 of MY OWN Money. Putting me below my original buy in. I am beyond disgusted with this experience. Should be illegal and will never play again. Do not put your money into this app, it is a scam.

Worst app ever

I have played multiple online casino apps and this one is awful in not letting you win anything. The slots are rigged they will not hit, after playing $5.00 a bet on Double Diamonds and losing around $500, I won nothing.. no points, no bonuses. The slots also jump and spin to avoid hitting. Right when the other diamond is looking like it is going to hit the machine flips to a different symbol to avoid you from having a 3 symbol match..It is rigged and you win not win period! Go play a more reputable app like MGM… This app is garbage.

Started out Good

When I first started playing on FourWinds Casino online it was fun!! I must have been winning to much because I was asked to send in verification in order to make any future withdrawals!! After getting that all squared away, I started loosing every time I got on there so I slowed up on playing with them.

Only one of the slots load

Downloaded - tried to find a game to play , only Mad Monkey slot loaded , all the others give error codes or simply go back to the previous screen, I contacted support and the lady that I got said that some had glitches and that it is a developer/manufacturer problem and to check back , that was yesterday - just checked again and still none load so I uninstalled and reinstalled app - still the same issue - save yourself some frustration and wait until they have fixed their app before trying to play.

I actually really like this app. I’ve won a few times. Nothing big but a little bit to be happy about. of course we all wanna win bigger. I’ve even won the drawing a couple of times. The only complaint is I think they should offer more promotions.

Slow & Inconvenient

The app to slow to load to begin. When you try and register for a new account, their “automated system check” continuously fails to verify your identity whether you input the fields correctly or not. Then to further the process, you have to send in a copy of your drivers license and utility bill with your name and address to verify your identity. Completely inconvenient and waste of time. Better to just download one of the other apps such as BetMGM or FoxBet, they’re worth it and easy to register and access. Don’t recommend this app.

Don’t waste your time

I’ve played on this casino for about two weeks now. You will win big and then lose everything. And when I say lose, I mean like 30-50 spins in a row no matter the bet without a win. Customer service is a joke. They literally read off cue cards and are worthless when it comes to solving any actual problems. The app crashes every other use and there are at least two games that to this day will not even play. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Anything over 1 star is a fake review

The welcome offer with Four Winds is not like the offers with the other casinos. All the other casinos match your deposit as well but they allow you to keep the winnings. Four winds “gives” you 200% of your deposit but first makes you use up your deposit first then use your bonus but you cannot keep any of your winnings until you play 10x your deposit. Plus you cannot use it to bet on sports. Don’t fall for this like I did. Total scam.

I’m Loving It

I absolutely love ❤️playing online…. Now I don’t have to worry about mask or social distancing. I was winning a lot in the beginning, now it’s slowed down, but I still enjoy playing anytime of day. I wish I could get the money deposited back to my card it would be so convenient.

Live dealers are amazing.

I read other reviews talking about how bad the slot odds are but what do you expect? It’s a casino for one and it’s also a slot. I highly recommend live dealers like blackjack and poker. You see humans shuffling the cards and not use a machine shuffler as well as the dealers are friendly and always rooting for the players to win.

Very disappointed that I deposited money on Christmas Eve morning ( 12days of Christmas) and didn’t get the $100 bonus money. Saw the notification after 8:00 pm that the deposit had to be between 5:00-8:00pm. Most people were celebrating at that time. Since then I have scaled back my deposits because of that. It’s not right!

So I get the bonus for new players and play a little on their antiquated 1960s slots. I put in 25, they give me a bonus of 25. They don’t pay of course and I try to cash out what I had left. They don’t allow you to withdraw until you play a lot more. So then, they just take my balance to 0 and say that was ours, you used yours. Seriously people, go to FanDuel or Draft Kings. These old school reservation places are a dump and a hustle.

You might win at first but take your money and run

Betting money at a casino you expect to lose some but you also expect to win some. I won big and due to deposit matching I had to play through and was still able to cash out a good profit. But since then I have not won anything and in game bonuses are never won! App has been deleted and I’ll move onto a different one.

Tightest slots I’ve ever played

I just put $100 into one slot at .20¢ spins and didn’t hit the bonus ONE SINGLE TIME. Said ok maybe it’s just not my lucky day. Following day, put $50 into another slot at .30¢ spins with the “extra bonus chance” and once again didn’t hit a single bonus. Have put probably around another $200 into separate games with absolutely zero luck. The absolute worst and tightest slots I’ve ever played. I would rate this zero stars if I could

Fair

It’s cool I guess. If you got it to gamble then try it out. Don’t take any risks you can’t afford. You win when you’re new. But after that, don’t even try. Find a different app to be new to. There aren’t really any bugs. Its designed pretty nice. So if you like the casino feel, you’ll like this…

I’ve tried all the sites available in Michigan and this one is by far the worst. It’s boring there is no up and down, no fun, not exciting at all. To make sure I wrote an honest review I tried several deposits over multiple days and it was the same experience each time. There are much, much more fun options for online casinos in Michigan. Update tried it again (to be sure my review is fair/honest) it’s accurate. Worst online casino I’ve tried.

Terrible app

Game always crashes and doesnt recognize my location even after i refresh the app, turn my phone off and on and after i turn my wifi and bluetooth on. I have put a total of $1600 into this game in one day and have literally tried every game they have to offer and havent won $1 since the first time i won using their 200% deposit bonus. After that the game just takes your money and never pays out

RUN! WORST CASINO APP EVR SCAM!

I downloaded the game and deposited my 10 dollars. Played a slot game won about 80 dollars and when I went to cash out it out I had to make a Play+ account and deposit more money into there to even activate it. Then it takes weeks to even get the card. Meanwhile on the app it’s saying I can’t deposit anything because I don’t have a play+ account! Complete crap I spent $20 and couldn’t even cash out I just deleted not even worth it

Worst betting app

I’ve used most popular betting apps, and this one is by far the worst one I’ve ever used. The deposit match locks your initial deposit in, which I’ve never seen before. Also, it is insanely difficult to do an action such as simply withdrawing your money. The app seems outdated and is slow. I will never use this app ever again in my life, and I suggest you do the same. I’d give it 0 stars if it was possible.

Wack az customer service
