I love playing but have had to delete and reinstall the app today because the screen froze. It did transfer everything accurately so I now know what to do if this happens on my IPad again.
An Insult to Longtime Players and FW Casino Patrons
FoxPlay is a disgrace and insulting to all of the longtime FW Online players- especially those of us who spent money on it over the last several years. The product has been dumbed down and diminished in every possible way, ranging from the platform’s poor quality with constant crashing, freezes, and less than a third of the games the other version had, to the nerve to try and charge $300 for such a low amount of coins with the gaslighting excuse of “adjusted betting levels.” The press release announcing this “new gaming experience” is pure buzzword comedy, clearly no one at the Foxwoods interactive division bothered to do a focus group with longtime users. I used my online gaming in tandem with my in-person playing for many years, so sadly Foxwoods is now going to lose a significant amount of business from me thanks to this pathetic “new platform.”
Ive been playing foxwood online for 10 years easy, weekly purchased coun packages and had over 500 consecutive days logged in. Feel like all that progress is lost. The format is dissapointing. I cant even get my profile to show my name in the app it shows guest. If i log onto Foxplay online it shows my name but nit in the app. Ive contacted support and the replies have been unhelpful and dismissive and Im still just a guest. There are some games carried over but not all my favorites all the Bingo games are gone. Im trying to give the new format a chance however I am not enjoying it at this point.
Not happy with new app due too the Daily spin & hourly bonuses are a joke. Also, no other way to get loyalty points other than purchasing coins. I’ve been playing for over 3 years & put a lot of time & effort into this just to have you ruin it. BAD FORM!!! Lastly: what happened to the SPOOKATHON event, since the changeover I haven’t seen anything about it. Did we lose that as well? Compared to the Quick Hit Slots app and Jackpot Party app this app is lousy. Daily bonus is usually 15k on the wheel spin if that and the chance to earn more coins without buying coins is almost non existent. I enjoy the other apps tremendously and rarely play this one anymore because of the lack of bonus coins. I tried to convert my points to actual bonus play live at Foxwoods casino and it kept telling me my email already exists even though I’m logged into my account with that email. I finally gave up.
I have been a Foxwoods online player for years. The graphics were nicer than most online games, easy to navigate, with decent payouts and bonus coins. I was expecting FoxPlay to be even better. Such a disappointment! High stakes and small payouts. Games are like cartoons. This new app is way too cluttered with information crammed everywhere that you don’t know where to look first. Foxwoods online casino was one of the best…FoxPlay doesn’t even come close!
No more amazing bonuses, no more promotional codes. Nothing like the old one, the platform looks like all the other casino games I downloaded over the years and deleted. I was on a certain level achieving my way through the casino and now all the progress is just gone. This was the absolute worst decision ever made by you guys. I haven’t deleted the old app in hopes that you would reconsider and recognize that not everyone is happy. Everything I worked on for years is now just gone. Sad.
It’s an ok app the Slots are similar to the actual Casino. However I don’t like that the daily spin almost always gives $15,000 coins even with buffs it’s not much. Second you only get 30 Foxwoods reward points 18,000 gives $20 in free play but you can only redeem that once every 24 hours. I’m level 53 and no matter how much I spin my VIP doesn’t move I shouldn’t feel pressured to buy coins to raise VIP.
I never write a review for an app but this so called upgraded app is exactly what the title says it is junk. I played the old app every day for years and this catastrophe they released is unplayable. The standard developer response is laughable to all the bad reviews. There plan must be hopefully enough new people that never played the old app download this one and is surpasses the number of players that think this app is now just junk and insulting to long term players.
Miss my points I had on the old format. Will take time to get use to this new app Not for sure what a report ticket is. I just know I had a lot of point and with new app don’t have hardly any. Still trying to adapt to new app.

Constantly disconnecting and if in a bonus when it happens, all coins of bonus lost—has happened at least 5 or 6 times—lost 400,000 coins the other nite when it happened. Never had issues until this new app was introduced! Aggravating enough to make ne stop playing
I m very upset because i lost all my coins! The max buttons are right next to the play button on most machines, so one little error in judgement and you bet all your coins😩. I Know its done on purpose in hopes that the person will buy coins. I worked hard to get all those coins. Now i m at the beginning again. I ll just play Mohegan!
If you don’t give them cash you’re not going to win. In blackjack specifically if you play with the free coins the dealer will get 8 21s in a row. Anything to get you to lose all the free coins. I’ve never seen a 6 deck shoe with 30 aces until this app.
This “new” Foxwoods app is horrible for the dedicated players from the original. If we got the same bonuses it would be better. I went from 1,000,000 every hour to 5,000. I’ve been playing for years. I have tried this “new app” for about a year and it’s not any better.

I have been completing my daily tasks but when I get to day 5 or 6 it resets and I go back to day one so I have only been able to get the 2x once. Seems like a scam to get you to purchase coins.
On many occasions recently when I’ve won a bonus play, I get kicked out before the bonus play is finished and therefore do not get my reward/prize coins. It only happens with the bonus play which is suspect to me.
Before this app went online we were told loyalty points would carry over. They never did. Can’t even log into my account. Lost like $50 in casino rewards because we were lied to.
Everytime I play slots specifically dancing panda and win free plays the app will crash and I lose all I’ve earned . This has happened over a dozen times
