We moved here a month ago and love the apartment, spacious and modern, and the location is perfect. Jose and Deanna have been very helpful and responsive with some move- requests and they are very nice. As soon as the smoke issue clears we’ll start enjoying the amenities.
The management and staff of this rental property have done everything in their power to help the residents of this residential property to get through the most epic event My wife and I have ever encountered while being in an apartment. I have told them and now telling everyone else of the caring they have showed. If you ever have the chance to live here I can only hope you will remember my words of gratitude we feel for this team. I have communicated with our office managers with ease. Often a visit to speak with management may result in a return visit due to guest. Sometimes my intentions are to speak with management and I forget or my time is not good one to speak. To have a Mirabella app to communicate on the spot is awesome! To have a ding from the app to inform you of what is going on is great. Please do not get me wrong...the Bermuda Dunes complex managers are the best and during this time I miss them greatly! They are the best.
This newest version of the app malfunctions often. I always have to resign in and/or update it. I prefer the older version from before this “improved” one. It never was a problem the entire 2.5 years that I used it. Annoyed even more now because management response on the issues I post in the app go ignored for much, much longer - and seems in line with the app being glitchy, overall giving FPI a bad look and feel.
App gets the job done for other functions but one of the most important just doesn’t work most of the time. Whenever I try and view messages the bubbles don’t show the full text and only the first couple words. Very unfortunate when trying to view previous convos with the management office, maintenance, etc
Love that you keep in touch through the portal. Only comment is that last few messages are in very small print and unable to enlarge. Have not been able to read them.
App is great, if it were ever used by the office staff
Don’t get me wrong, the app itself is great, but how great can it be when it’s only ever used one way? Don’t bother writing messages to the office, because they don’t read or respond to them, EVER. You can put in an infinite amount of service requests and they won’t ever get to them. Waste of time and effort.
I can’t see any of the messages I send to my property. I only see their responses. I need access to the messages I send due to a legal issue I’m dealing with. I’ve tried logging out and also deleting/re-downloading and neither have helped.
Since this bldg has been bought by new buyers the maintenance crew is NONEXISTENT!!! I requested maintenance on a clogged, disgusting, smelly toilet and after 3 urgent maintenance rqsts and several tries later, on the 8th day we were able to unclog it ourselves. They actually shld have zero stars for review.
Hands down the worse apt complex I’ve ever stayed in. Up chargers on the rated rent, service fees ie. (work orders, accidental lock b/r doors) package handling notifications, office workers don’t care about your situation.
