This app use to work very well But last many months it can not identify me, have had to change password several time which is a PAIN, sine I use many different browsers and devices so then all have to be reset. I deleted it And am now going to reinstall and see if that will improve its workability- with hope mobile tech service will call me back because of course no one is available on weekend’s or evenings!
I have been using this app for years- loved it! A few weeks ago, I get a message saying it won’t allow access to jailbroken phones. Thing is, my phone is not jailbroken. Went to my provider(T-mobile) to confirm and also talked to Frandsen in Lonsdale. They can’t help me. I use an iPhone 13 and keep up to date on updates. I can access my account on the web, but I want to use the app! HELP!!
The last 3 months, at least 4 of my bills were paid about 3 weeks AFTER the due date, and when I called to figure out what was going on, they just shrugged their shoulder and said the app has issues with bill pay and that it’s my fault. I’m going to be switching banks today. I used to love this bank, but this is the WORST. So many late fees from the bills that were late because of this app and company.
Bank has made a ton of money on insufficient funds on the same day my direct deposit goes in. A charge I didn’t recognize for 138 dollars wasn’t resolved and never seemed to want to help me After a few calls I just gave up. Had to wait 9 days because I had to freeze the debit card Didn’t like how I was dealt with so I’ve slowly transferred my bills and direct deposit elsewhere
Very frustrating App. Half the time you can’t login to mobile deposit. No matter what time of day or it boots you out once you are in it. Also, who knows when the cutoff time is to make a mobile deposit. No one at the bank seems to know.
DO NOT go with this bank. I’m looking for a new bank right now. The app is from the 90’s. There are such better options out there that are much more convenient and easy.
