Finally Free conference HD app

Free conference HD is a very good online conference call service. I have been using it for several years. Finally got this app to join or host a conference. It is very convenient. Now I can join a conference without a phone call. Thanks for doing that.

Fantastic App

I have used FCC for many years, even before the name change, and recommended it to many. It has been a free resource that has allowed communication before these recent companies. Unfortunately, the person in charge has decided to jump to Zoom after a glitch I don’t think had to do with FCC. I will continue to use FCC as much as I can, personally. But thank you for all the years. I will respond to the request to show gratitude. We had a daily conference for all these years. I hope you will continued to grow and do well.

Great App

It all works great, it would be even better if I could mute the last caller in the Queue from the same part of the App interface, rather than having to go to another screen. Other than that Kudos FCCHD development team

Recording

The sound and texture is fine. When I went back to check the recording it was stating that need another password and error had occurred. so if you can fix that, this will be an awesome conference call outlet.

I use to be able to see the name of each person who was on,but now I only see their number that I don’t who it belongs to until they announce, why did it stop?

Not happy

This new function is not like it was before, you can’t pause or place in hold and each time you transfer from headset to speak you have to redial in fix this problem then it will work great

Recording button

The recording button that was on the upper left hand side of the app is no longer displayed How are you able to record

Great Application

Easy to use as tool to manage multiple group conference calls. I have programmed different call in numbers and access codes and can now select the group and dial in automatically. Had difficult time programming existing account into application is why four star rating. Easy to send invitations to have others be on call.

Not too shabby

At first I was distraught by this app. It kept crashing. Apparently you have to press sign in first (button on bottom left) before anything else. I'd like to see a pop up for pressing elsewhere instead of the app simply crashing. The app is pretty good. I'd like to see more of the things available online available on the app as well. It is certainly a start. Thanks Free Conference Call HD!

Worked for me

Logon took like 30 seconds but then it was smooth sailing. The call quality was superb and I called on using the Internet.

Could Be Better

I wish the app could be a duplicate of the computer... I would love to see those on the conference call... Hopefully they would update this app ASAP...

Crashes every time

You cannot add your account. It crashes every time. I've deleted and downloaded the app several times to fix it but nothing works.

Doesn't work on iPhone

It crashes when adding phone numbers and there was no use trying to reinstall.

Crash with new IOS 8.0

CALENDAR ISSUE - it won't allow "ADD TO CALENDAR " function. It just freezes and won't allow you to select yes or no. Please fix issue.

Can't sign in

Looks like a great app but won't let me sign in with my existing account (which works fine in the other apps and online). Too bad.

Crashes

When push pause or mute or any other key while on the call i get disconnected please fix it i use this alot.

Can do better

I am a new user of this particular application, so, I may report new issues on the road, but so far works fine, at least for a basic conference call dial in number + access code, aside the issues below: 1) As others had pointed out the lack of ability to insert “#’ or “*” in the “Access code” (Add guest access). 2) Edit button also used to “add” new number, kind of confusing (interface wise).

Apps Disappointed me on IPhone!

I couldn’t get any commands to come up, neither was I able to see the guest! I have this App on my Android and it works perfectly! Very disappointed!!!
