I’ve had this application for almost a year now and found it does work well most of the time… However I have had problems where I just writes the same thing that I typed… I’ve tried to contact customer service and it doesn’t exist… I have had a year subscription and it expires May 31st and now the application won’t even let me use it even though I have six weeks left on my subscription… it keeps trying to sign me up for a free trial… When I really need it not working and no one is there for support… I won’t be signing up for another year… There’s plenty of other companies with the same service and probably better customer service…

Wow. This app has been so helpful and life changing. I have taken on a role in my career that requires me to be more involved with sending emails to from a district to a region. Let’s talk about anxiety. It use to take me hours to send emails and proof reading.. When I saw the advertisement on social media, I immediately downloaded the app. However, I did not move forward with purchase because, most apps are bit sketchy and I’m a believer that app’s can enable people to stop learning.
