If I could give you less than 1 star I would. Whoever does your design updates absolutely should be fired! You can not read what the transactions are. You can not find bill pay and if that’s not bad enough you serious made me a second class citizen in my own banking app by making it so I can not pay bills anymore because I am joint on these accounts. Literally zero improvement and made it harder to use. Not to mention treating me like a second class citizen i mean joint on the account I can not access my statements or pay my bills.
Touch ID impossible to set up, user I’d login issues
Unimpressed. App is poor to average. Impossible to set up touchID. Go to settings, toggle the switch, scan your print, get a success message, return to settings and the switch toggles off. Told FSCU special customer service rep about this issue months ago, obviously ignored. When logging in and using a stored password, the userid is pulled in twice, of course it’s asterisked out so you can’t really tell. Very annoying to keep having to delete the saved userid every time I login.
Before I was able to deposit checks and snap the pic myself and was done in seconds. Now since adding this new snap feature it hardly ever snaps the picture although its lined up perfectly. It’s just a waste of precious time and I end up snapping the pic manually anyway. Please go back to the way it was. It did the job andmore efficiently. Why change something that was perfect as it was?
Recently I received excellent service from Customer Service Loan Representative Ms. Mariana Bouchard. If I could give her a (10) it be easy to rate it. I’m wowed by this representative and a peace of mind when it’s all done. I live in the outside of San Antonio and doing business in Houston was never in mind but now I’ve found new home for my banking services . Accolades!!! Don’t know what she drinks but needs to be shared. Lol Working after the shop is closed got us a new car. Lots of patience and professionalism hard to find this days. Finally found how to setup Face ID access. There was literally nothing to show where to go, you just have to find it. Go to menu, then find the gear icon, it’s found in there. You would think they’d put in Profile Options under Security. The User Interface of this app is horrible. The Menu has 46 selections, that’s crazy!! And they put profile options way at the bottom. Change the Gear icon to a sign off button. Bring the Profile Options button up on the menu screen. Insert the Face ID and Settings option there. Group your menu options better. Why are purchase returns/refunds in the credit card transaction history shown as negatives and not positives?

I’ve expressed my discontent for any person that Work on developing this worthless upgrade, AGAIN Why can’t you follow tru with the fix of Non rotation when used on an IPad?!?! Yes still no resolution on this. Fscu service support team failure. Too ashamed to display this review,,,,,, I agree. Please I’m begging you to fix what y’all messed up. Still scared to display
One of my favorite features of any app is the facial recognition. The ease of logging into your account. It was working for a long time, and since the last hd late, I’m not able use it anymore. Besides that, I keep having issues with transfers.. I hope they have a team fixing this.
I can do so much more than I could before with the new app. I could not remember my old password, but it was easy to register again. Now I manage all of my accounts with greater ease.
I like the old app better. I have a business and personal account and for some reason I can only get e statements from my personal account. The old app worked so much easier.
I really like the new app a lot better than the old app. Love the new features. I have compared this app to the other three financial institutions that I belong to. Great app.
The latest version switches your iPad automatically to portrait mode even if you’ve locked it in landscape. Since I exclusively use landscape on my iPad I find this “improvement” extremely annoying.
App had been great until recent change limits password length and just ignores typing past the lint, making it unusable without a new shortened password (and less secure).
I keep getting an error every time I try to log in. You guys messed up a perfectly fine app. I can’t check my account from overseas. Amateur work, I will have to switch to a more professional bank.
FSCU phone app requires me to update. iPhone 6 not capable to update. iPhone also won’t update to last version that worked. App now worthless for people with old phones.
Why when I try to auto log in with my iPhone password protected it disappears? It won’t let me scroll to clip & populate to log in??? This very annoying
This app doesn't change you balance in real time like the other one did. I have to constantly check my balance and hope that it’s the right one. It fluctuates ALL THE TIME. Last app was 1000000x better. Honestly with such a bad app I’m thinking on changing who I bank with. BIG THUMBS DOWN
