- when swiping between images representing a property, you often accidentally swipe out of it (back to the list) because the same swipe action is assigned to “back” if you swipe from all the way on the left. Very, very annoying. - your search query often isn’t take over. For example type in “Utrecht” and hit search. Nope it still searches by the old town name. Instead you have to type “Utrecht”, wait a second, then tap on “Utrecht” from the list of results. Why not simply prevent me from hitting search until I make that selection, or don’t have this problem to begin with? Very, very annoying. - Funda is a lot behind the actual sales status. In many occasions the property was already sold weeks ago. Make sure this improves even if the content gets edited by third parties! Very, very annoying. - Unlike some other property search sites in the US, you can’t browse through images in list view. You have to “enter” and “exit” the property all the time. Very, very annoying. There are more examples but Funda will have to start paying me as a UX designer (they should have done that already but apparently they stopped investing in the app years ago)
I have been using the browser site and it works wonderfully. I downloaded the app thinking it would add something but there are no English options on the app. So I will need to go back to using the browser version instead of the app and will de-install the app.
Once the map feature was added this became really great and useful app. But now the iPad app only appears in portrait mode. There doesn’t seem to be a way to use it in landscape. This is very annoying as most people use their iPad in landscape, not portrait. Please fix this!!
Ridiculously slow version of the app. Amazing how a property on the map can disappear when you zoom in on it. Funda need to maintain the status of properties available. Really poor user experience.
I think this app has gotten so much better since I started using it in 2017. There are two suggestions I will propose; 1. I suggest a “hide from view “ button next to the like button, because I know which houses I liked since they have a heart shape next to them but don’t know which ones I really didn’t like. This would be very useful. (Redfin.com has it, if you’d like to have a look) 2. The second recommendation is a way to sort the saved houses by “availability”. I want to be able to see the ones that I like but I don’t want to look through pages of saved houses. I hope you find my review and recommendations helpful. Thank you.

Op de kaart kun je een woning even snel ‘previewen’ door op de marker te tikken. Lijkt het je wat? Dan kun je daarna natuurlijk ook gewoon álle foto’s, 360° foto’s, video’s en plattegronden van het huis bekijken. Extra handigheidje: je kunt nu ook zien welke huizen je al hebt bekeken op de kaart. Dat maakt het een stuk makkelijker om te zien welke woningen er nieuw bij zijn gekomen! Je zoekopdracht instellen Je kunt al je persoonlijke voorkeuren instellen in je zoekopdracht, zodat je in de lijst of op de kaart alleen huizen ziet die écht bij jouw woonwensen passen. We zijn continu bezig om de app nog beter te maken, door het toevoegen van nieuwe functies of door het verbeteren van bestaande. En daar werken we elke dag met veel plezier aan!
