I was NOT looking forward to submitting my claim. I thought it was going to difficult. I decided to check out the app and see how it worked. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to use!! I was able to submit 3 different claims in a matter of 10 minutes! Very easy to use!! Thank you for making this simple!!
HSA Features Are Good - No Investment Account Access
It would be very convenient if it were possible to view the investment account from this app as well. Even if it simply launched an in-app browser window, since the investment site is technically different than the HSA site. Unfortunately, you still have to use the web browser for this option. Also, the App Store description states that one of the features the ability to transfer funds to the investment account. I’ve been through every menu option and this is not available as described.
As a customer I would like to have account activity alerts (email, SMS, etc.) whenever a transaction meets my alert criteria (i.e over a certain payment amount, or my balance is below a certain amount ) so I can monitor for suspicious activity and maintain a budget. I’ve not seen a way to set this up in the web app or in the iOS app. I feel if I had this type of notification I would have been able to catch the fraudulent charges on my account sooner.
It is nice to have an app so easy to access your health account and see your activities. Giving insight of every transactions. I also like the fact you can deposit to your health account separately from what come out of your paychecks. I recommend using the app.
I don’t understand why all authorized family members are not available in the dropdown menu. I have to choose Other and then manually type my spouse’s name in. Why isn’t her name already available in the dropdown? Also, the app should “remember” providers previously submitted so that you don’t have to manually type them in each time. Thank you.
The app is very easy to use, but could be improved with a couple of changes: 1. Remember the names of family members in the drop down list. 3. On the FSA Activity list distinguish between when a reimbursement is being reviewed, approved and denied instead of requiring a drill down into each request.
It’d be nice if Touch ID is set up to automatically prompt for that when the app starts. Opening the app just shows the login button. Why have to click that when that’s the only option to move forward. A minor item that would be nice. Be nice to have a bit more detail on the investment side of things. Thanks!
I’m giving the app 4/5 because it works nicely. While I can’t manage the investment portion of my money, I am able to see how much there is. Also, if I could get Further and Mint to work together I would be extremely happy. Select used to work with Mint but since they switched it has failed to work.
I’ve had this app for about a year now and when it works it’s great....but it only works about 45% of the time and when I try and log in, all I get is a Home Screen and nowhere to log in. I’ve been trying to log in for 4 days now and I get nothing. I have much better luck with the full website but the app is worthless half the time.
Was a fairly decent app until it QUIT WORKING. When I try to open the app it just stays on the “Hello” screen indefinitely. I finally just give up and close it. This app is now worthless and takes away all convenience as I now have to go through even more steps to upload my receipts instead of being able to just do it straight from my phone. Thank God I am changing employers and will no longer have to deal with this company and I can just delete this app altogether.
It would be nice to have a tab for all the setup payee. Very hard to select the payee in the payment page because the app doesn’t show the full name and it’s very hard to tell if we are paying to the right place.
There is not any pull down to get reimbursed for mileage - that is frustrating, as with the other program, members were able to get reimbursed for mileage. In our area we travel 80 miles one way for some doctors.
Other similar apps are aggravating and quite a bit difficult to navigate. Further app takes me immediately to where I need to be and is easy to understand
I found the app really useful but I can’t get it to open now. It just sits on the open page and nothing I do will change it so I can get into my account.
Love the idea I can keep track of my deposits and payments. Just wish the payments made through the app was electronic and processed faster to medical accounts!
I see reviews from months ago and it seems it’s not been fixed. Is anyone trying to fix it? When I get to the page to review privacy policy, etc. it stays loading until I delete the whole app. Oh and by the way, I’m unable to leave my own separate review..it only gives me the option to edit, unless it’s an old review I did, which I can’t tell. Added today: Still haven’t been able to get signed in.
The screen needs to be fixed. The select fields all go blank. I can see the dollar and tax year values when selecting them but then the fields on the screen are blank except for the fixed text and the radio button is not available to select.
I love the convenience of this app there are a few bugs with my iPhone. Passcode to sign in is never very responsive and selecting things sometimes isn’t either. Otherwise very easy to use.
This app gets the job done but is inferior compared to the mobile site. I’d prefer date selections from a calendar view and overall the information is limited when viewed in the app. It seems futile to download an app if the mobile site is more user friendly.
Similar to all the other reviews, app gets hung up at the “read and agree to terms” section and never goes anywhere. Obviously, you are aware of the problem as replies have been made from you regarding this specific issue. It’s been several months since you first acknowledged the problem...when will it become important to fix it?
Thanks for the new app! The couple former processes used to request reimbursement were not user friendly. Thanks for taking the time to update your app to be super user friendly!
I download the app and waited for it to load it’s just at what appears to be a homepage it does not have any options to login or anything for that matter. I thought that the app would work better for me than the website but I can’t get the app to open so I’ll continue to use the website until a better app is created for Select account now known as further.
They’ve done a great job creating a very practical and useful app. So good in fact, I wish they would think of creative ways to increase the functionality of it.
Both people in our household need access and we are never able to use the mobile app or get into our account online on a phone or actual computer. The entire system needs to be fixed! Very frustrating especially when you want Your Own money that is due to you!
I like that I can submit claims with the app which works fairly slick, but to verify Further received and is processing the claim is not clear. It’s also hard to navigate & see your account totals. It’s like you have to go through a bunch of back doors to get to that information.
Latest update broke it. When I hit sign in it does nothing. I used the app for the first time today and everything seems to work great. But, at the login it asked if I wanted to turn on the fingerprint scan for login...on my iPhone X (which has face, not fingerprint scanning).
I have put in my user name & password multiple times, press continue & it does nothing. A minute or so later it tells me timeout waiting for user response. Response to what??? The only option I have of responding is to press continue which I have tried repeatedly. This app is worthless. Sad when you can’t even get past the sign in screen.
This app is completely broken. I can no longer log in even though I’ve had an account for almost a year. Stuck on the loading screen and customer support pretty much said there’s nothing they can do about it. I will be switching my HSA to another provider for this coming year.
No longer lets me log into my app anymore and if I long in through a web user it doesn’t show me my balance. Hopefully there’s a number to call for a balance on the card. Otherwise I’m telling my employer to take me off of this.
This app used to work fine. Now it won’t even let me log in. Just has a sign in button and no place for user name password. Click on sign in and says they switched to a new platform. 3 hrs later go to sign in and it works fine. Seems like they need to update the app ASAP!
Good app when it works. Won’t let me past the terms and conditions screen....again. This app is poorly updated Update: they sent an update through and now it pops up that I was logged off due to inactivity and won’t let anyone log back on. This is becoming a joke!
Your app is a nightmare! It stalls out on the sign in page. I had a pleasant experience when i called your company live, but the inconvenience is not working for me.! I will likely be moving my funds to another HSA who values me as a customer and can provide easy to use web based options.
After the switch to Further the app was working although not all the time. Fingerprint login was great. But I guess there was an update and now I have to reregister my device. I can no longer get past the registration section. It just says “loading” an does nothing.
The good is that you can see your HSA balance, transactions, eligible products and more. The bad is that you can see your investment balance only, and no more. No ability to change elections.
