Gionino’s Pizzeria

I would give a five star because the food is good and fresh but in the past I have ordered a regular salad that automatically comes with tomatoes and cheese. A week ago I ordered it with extra toppings and they forgot to put the tomatoes and cheese that goes with it. Then I ordered later that week they forgot the tomatoes that suppose to automatically go on it and my onions. I ordered today and hopefully it will be completely right this time especially when I am paying for extra toppings. Yes, I checked my order online and those toppings were on there so they can’t say it wasn’t on my order.

Tried to order through the app. The coupon for the small specialty wouldn’t apply no matter what I did. So I had to switch to online. It was annoying trying to navigate through it. I think it’s silly that you charge for extra sauce on the pizza that is already going on it to begin with. I ordered two bbq chicken pizzas previously and they were so dry you couldn’t even see any sauce on them to begin with. It was the same for the specialty pepperoni piccolo pizza. Online, I was asked to submit feedback for ordering online and it wouldn’t submit the feedback because I used special characters. Apparently periods, commas etc are special characters. You don’t like proper English? I tried to delete them all but it wouldn’t let me go back through anything I typed unless I deleted it all and started over. I was so annoyed by the time I came here I wanted to throw my phone.

I love there’s an app to submit orders. It’s a bit confusing the way the buttons are labeled as “edit order” in red. I wasn’t sure if I was navigating around the app correctly. Maybe try different verbiage to walk our minds thru the app my intuitively & no red buttons. They feel alarming.

Like many others said, this app will not allow me to creat an account, saying google maps can not find my location. I tried using several different addresses, just to try to get it to work, and I got the same message every time. I read similar reviews from over a year ago. You would think that after a year, that this issue would be corrected. Also, when I click on “app support”, to seek assistance, all it does is take me to Gionino’s website, for ordering and viewing the menu. It’s very disappointing since I order online from Gionino’s all the time. It would be nice to be able to use the app.

I would give 5 if it would tell you what all goes on the food instead of guessing with like the pasta. And the prices. Also if I told you the delivery time before ordering would be great too.

If I order a pizza on the website (which doesn’t work well on my phone), I can order it with light sauce. When I downloaded the app, it only lets me order with regular sauce or extra sauce. Make light sauce an option in the app!

I would like to be able to pay with both my credit card and gift card at the same time Also given the option to order more than one sauce at a time

With all of the negative reviews about Google maps not being able to verify the address location, you would think that the app developer would either address the problem with a solution for people or fix the problem for people. I see no response or replies from the app developer and the problem certainly hasn’t been corrected.

You can add the deal on the app, and it still won’t work lol. Other than that everything is good

I’m unable to create an account. As others have mentioned, I just get an error that Google Maps can’t find my address. I wanted pickup anyway so I tried to checkout as a guest and it didn’t recognize my or any local ZIP codes or city/states, which I’m positive were entered correctly. Don’t bother and just order online or call.

I use it three times a month. I love that you can both, repeat and save as favorite. I use both features often. 5 stars.

Hundreds of orders and they’ve been fantastic 95%of the time. Only once has the pizza been a little overdone the rest have been great! Recommend to anyone!

We have never been disappointed in their food! Wings, pizza and sandwiches are all very good, would recommend!!

I believe that Gionino’s is one of the best pizzerias in Mentor. I’ve tried several of their food selections and have loved them all. I recommend them highly.

The app gives me locations in the Cleveland Ohio area when I live in Mansfield Ohio an hour away. Now it won’t let me log in. Says info is incorrect. I clicked forgot my password and it said it sent me an email but I never got it. I’ve tried this 3 times. I’ve had this app on my iPhone for about a year and have never been able to use it.

It appears lots of people have an issue with app. I don’t know why it says google maps can’t find my location on the app, I just used google maps and they had a picture of my house. Clearly it’s not google maps.

Clunky, unintuitive, absolutely not responsive. This app is really awful. The food is so good but ordering online and using this app is an absolute chore. Please get someone to rebuild this app, add user profiles, save orders. It goes through a web portal. This app is very 2004 at best.

I order at least once a week! Love their Italian dressing. Have had some minor issues but overall a great place!

Gioninos app is very easy to use. Makes ordering fast and easy.

Pizza is great but the app isn’t listing the Ravenna Gianinos location as an option to order from despite the store being open.

This app is saying “you are not in our delivery area “ when I certainly am. This started 2 months ago after using for several years. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail.

The pizza, chicken and subs are always good! The people are friendly and the food is always hot!

It’s pretty easy to use but could use some improvement.

Can’t order through the app. Keeps saying needs credit card info even though it’s already there. Need to fix the bugs.

Can’t create a profile because it keeps saying Google maps can not locate address. It’s a bug in your system because Google maps finds my address every time.
