It won’t let me make a payment on here. I have to go through the website to make payments. It used to, but now it doesn’t. It’s really annoying and there’s really no point in having it if I have to go somewhere else to make my payments.
The update is absolutely horrible! I have tried for over a week to sign in and make a payment. Couldn’t do it. I called about 6 times for assistance. The customer service people were worthless. Told me I have to re-register with a new password. I have tried over and over again to re-register. As soon as I try to enter the birthdates it won’t accept it. It will only keep the current date. Called back two more times. I’m at the end of my rope. I’ve had two policies for over 30 years. Called back. Same story. I waited the two days each time they told me to before trying to sign in. I just deleted the app again. Fix this app, please.
I don’t get it , we count on them to cover us yet their web page never works and neither does the app. Usually can’t even log in to make payments. A couple of months ago they cancelled my policies and my brothers claiming we called to cancel them when we didn’t , what a mess that was to fix . We have been paying on the policies for years so we couldn’t just let them go. I don’t know what’s up with globe but I’m having a hard time trusting them and worry daily if i will be able to make payments when payments are due or if they will accidentally cancel us again.
The app won’t let me log in most of the time. I’ve had to change the password every month except this one but I’ve had to log onto my computer to pay because the app no longer saves my bank account number. It changes the numbers to all *’s and then tells me they have to be all numbers. This month, also, it won’t even let me finish typing in the numbers before it tells me there was a problem and to retry. I’ve tried it three times. Please fix your app.
If it were possible to give a “0” star I would! This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever come across. I’ve changed my password, when I know it was correct, several times. Then each time I change it, I get a message saying, “Email or Password is not on file” This is seconds after I’ve changed it; and I still couldn’t open the app to pay my bill. I had to use phone automation for payment of bill.
It so frustrating, i pay all my policies online at the exact same time. I come back have my policies aren’t dated the same! Ex; paid to date 3/3 & paid to date 6/2. This I obviously a major factor in paying your policies on time. I even paid some policies twice in on month thinking i missed something. But the payments are on my banks statement as being paid. This app is JUNK!! And needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!
When I try to sign in to the mobile app to pay the bills on my policies, I get a message that this version is no longer supported and to download the latest version from the App Store. When I go to the App Store, the only version showing is the one I currently have. So I can’t get into the app to pay my bills. Will have to mail them in this month. Not a happy camper right now!!
It is very frustrating to continuously be denied access to my policies. Every time I try to login it states wrong password. I email request for password and it’s the same information I entered. I try it with the email sent to no avail! Too much time being spent trying to login. This is a SERIOUS problem that NEEDS to be fix. Globe life your app is a part of customer service to your policies holders.
Since the new update it won’t let me pay my bill even though all my banking information is correct. This is a major inconvenience why have an app if it doesn’t work or do updates if it makes things worse.
I also have tried and tried to sign to make a payment and it goes back and forth from reregister to change password again. I hate it. I never had any problems getting in and paying my premiums before this new update
I have tried to make a payment for 3 weeks. It tells me every time to redo my password and still will not connect. Customer service is no help. I am so frustrated!!! The app will not open either
The website and app have consistently been unable to sign into for months. Has to be one of the worst IT departments. Updates and additional authentication have not helped. Have to mail payments.
Since Dec 2020, I am not able to update my payment information. I called Globe Life and was told to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that to no avail. Called again to find someone in their IT department to help. They have no App support. This is awful and frustrating 😳
Cannot log into my account to pay my policies. I’m using the right information for log in. I hope your insurance policies are better than your App abilities. Maybe time to find a better communicating company. No?
Very frustrating experience for me. It refuses to log me in. I thought the app would make my life easier than using the online eservice but no I was completely wrong. It’s way worse....
This is terrible I have issue every month to pay you guys and then you take so long to take payment that on of my FIVE POLICIES NEVER GETS PAID THEN I HAVE TO DOUBLE PAY
This app does not work. Doesn’t matter how much you try the app will not accept password. Click on forget password and nothing happens. Totally worthless!
It tells me all the time. That I have the wrong sign in information that it does not recognize it. I double check what I have down. I even had them send me a email of my password. It's all totally the same but yet it will not let me sign in at all. I tried to contact the developer of it to tell them. But months later I continue to have the same issue. It's Junk.
I’m having same problems as well, I’m not a member yet but waiting for what they have offer, that why I Tap 1 Star due to difficulty in Login and I did sign up with my name, address, select age groups, also I didn’t add any Children just for My Wife and I, also about year ago I find this Globe Life Insurance and I decided to call them as I was on hold for 50 minutes or so, then I hanged up, then next day I try call again, again, again repeatedly same thing on hold forever, so I will try again and if same B.S as year ago then I contact BBB and go from there, Honestly it’s complete ridiculous for put on hold forever as to me it’s more of mind games which is not needed. So Wait and See. Here another thing I notice is that On Top There Globe Life Insurance Phone Number BUT it’s Cover Up With GLOBE LIFE INSURANCE ON FRONT OF NUMBER AS I CAN’T EVEN SEE THE NUMBER YOU KNOW, Why Is That ?
