Love the interface, color, and everything. So easy to use and it’s creators took their time. I have been waiting for so long and this is just perfect. One thing can be fixed though!!! Ability to see my *Routing, acc #, and etc...*
When Gold Coast finally came up with an app, I was elated! I must admit- it’s user friendly. But I do believe with some minor improvements, the app could be better. Can we get notifications when a payment was made? If I wasn’t a person who checked my account often, it’s pretty easy to find yourself with a low balance or even overdraft. Can you please add this?! Update: An new app was developed to see transactions. It’s okay but why can’t we just use one app that does everything? I can’t see my current balance, just the transactions. If you were to merge the apps, i think that would be great! AND frees up space!!
I love this new ap. This is really easy to use shows pending deposits and withdrawals. I have account access to all my accounts in one place including my sons acct. I can use facial recognition. So happy with the new upgrades!!
Every time for some reason after using the app for a couple of days to check i have to constantly change my password because it says its wrong and i know its right because i have them written down and after constantly changing the password many times im tired of it this app needs an update i haven't seen one of those in a while
I've been a happy Gold Coast member since 1997, and have always appreciated their customer service and convenient hours. But why can't the app just work? Nothing but error messages when I try to sign in. I've been trying for a month to deposit checks before they expire.
Getting locked out. Not getting the verification codes. I had payments with details so I knew which account it was. This has been taken away. Not able to add or remove payees.
Only allows one check at a time per deposit and requires a security question EVERY time. Anyone wishing to deposit money in my account has my permission. LOL
