Been at this for many rears

I don’t do reviews very often. I have purchased from JM Bullion many times over the last 10 years and have never had a problem. If you change your shipping address, billing address or bank account, they will send you an email, making sure it was a change done by you and absolutely no complications or headaches there either. Rest assured, you will get your package on time, if not a day early. I can’t say how things go when there is a problem (because I haven’t had one), but I do trust that they would take care of anything or any hang ups one might have. Thank you to the team at JM Bullion that i never have to think about if my package is going to arrive no matter how large or small of an amount is in the package.

Making The Process Easier

Am relatively new with JM Bullion, as I try to learn about a market I really had no one dead or concept of how to go about buying, pricing, shipping, etc.! Thank goodness JM Bullion made that process very easy with excellent service, there to speak to you or you get a call right back, as well as very competitively priced products! No pressure to buy, updated prices, discount in quantity, this firm is undoubtedly one of the industry’s finest in assisting the consumer in the purchase of bullion whether you want to buy a gram of gold, an ounce of silver, or any other mainstream bullion! Solid company terrible customer service

I was a reoccurring buyer of a couple hundred dollars of gold every 2 weeks. Eventually one got lost in the mail tried to make a claim and was told need to file a police report along with additional information and then another email requiring 30 minutes of video before and after the delivery. This was to my house and motion sensor camera do not provide that info. When I contacted the claims department I had referred to the email that required the information and the fine print on my purchase receipt. I understand that but when questioned that this was only a couple hundred dollars the claim dept not only said it was required but also threatened and said that I was required to provide it. Never filed a claim before and will not ever again as with this type of service I will not buy from again.

My opinion

I recently purchased from JM Bullion for the first time because of the 10oz @ spot promotion. I received the buffalo rounds quick,however, the coins looked like they had been previously owned. Some of the coins had gashes out of the face and others had a black smudge that I assume was tarnish. I called customer service and the lady was nice and offered to exchange the product. I opted to keep the coins due to value not being affected, but wanted to let quality team know what was being sent out. I let her know I would be purchasing in the future and hope quality improves. She offered me a $5 coupon for my next purchase. Kudos to the service team for trying to make it right.

The Best of the Best

I am retired and have invested in physical silver for many years and gone through many dealers and sources. Started using JM exclusively in 2014 because of their high degree of honesty, integrity, value and customer service. I have never had a problem with them that was not handled in a professional manner, which I can not say for other dealers. All in all, I feel safe, secure and comfortable with JM to satisfy my physical silver investment needs. If there was someone out there better, I would be using them. They are in my opinion the Best of the Best.

Nice to have

JM is a great place to buy bullion. The online app has some issues, but they are just a nuisance, nothing that would cause you to accidentally purchase something. For example, when browsing, the ‘back’ button doesn’t work. It just recycles the page you’re on, so to ‘go back’ to look at the list of searched options for example, you have to search again and it doesn’t store your search, so you have to type it in. Still, there’s nothing else like it online so in that respect it’s great.

Copper and Silver Coins And Bars

I absolutely love the cheap price of copper and I absolutely love the cheap price of silver anybody can afford it silver is like 23 bucks an ounce copper is even cheaper than that that’s affordable for even someone who is struggling financially as far as coins and bars go collect them both hold onto them for 5 to 10 years if inflation hits that’s extra credit when you don’t have cash I absolutely love JM Bullion my favorite precious metal company 💯💕💯

Gets the orders in

Lately has been very nervous times with 1 US bank going under and now I hear they are having bank runs in China. I hope not but looks like the long predicted collapse is starting to happen. So I am constantly ordering. As it’s said only keep the fiat in fiat that you can afford to lose. Everything else in gold and silver if you want to keep what you worked so hard for . App needs work

while the app is great for checking prices when you click on the store, it seems to want to open up another page so I selected silver because that's what I'm interested in and then silver bars, you select the weight you're looking for for example 2 ounce or 10 ounce but then nothing shows up just information on the type of silver but nothing for sale. This was not like this when I first installed the app. I believe there's a glitch in the app needs work.

Solid but slow

This company has been reliable, and the products are exactly as advertised. But it sure takes a long time before I receive my order. It seems to average about two weeks from after the money leaves my account to the point where I’m holding something in my hand. Also, the prices are competitive, but not the lowest out there.

JM offers fair prices and ships promptly

JM is one of three metals dealers I trust. Sure, any site is happy to process your money order (that’s my preferred method of payment); getting your order out afterward? That’s a whole different story. And when you’re waiting on several thousand dollars-worth of product it’s nice to receive it in a timely fashion, packaged properly.

Need’s GSR alerts

I downloaded all the silver and gold apps, and tested them all out. This is the best one by far. No spam, or sign ups. It gives you the spot prices and the gold to silver ratio as soon as you open the app which I love! The only thing it’s lacking Is the ability to set alerts for the GSR (Gold to Silver Ratio) that’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Veteran’s Beware!

Joined their military/veterans discount program by sending in several sensitive documents…DD214, Veterans ID card (front and back), Veterans stamped State drivers license…I followed their directions EXPLICITLY! Waited for confirmation email/approval before making my 1st purchase…clearly saw the discounted pricing at checkout. Then BAM! No discount at checkout! Total bait and switch. Sent them several emails with photos & screenshots & time stamps…nothing! No biggie…savings was about $8. TBH, it’s more disappointing that they advertise this program with the U.S. flag in the background.

Amazing

Jm Bullion is the best online retailer for gold and silver bullion. I can order something at night and by the time I wake up in the morning it has already been shipped. Products always come as described and never disappoint. I have placed about 10 orders now after my first one a couple of months ago.

I have collected coins for years and wanted to start buy metals. Once I found this app I decided to look at buying gold, silver and platinum. They’ll show you spot values and even offer different metals on the same app. I’ve learned about metals from this and have even made money by watching the spot values. GREAT APP

Investing

In the sake of diversity in investing, and currency not dependent on electricity or computer tally’s. It’s wise to store some hard currency. Cash loses value daily and several percent annually, so it seems to break even is still better than loss although much speculation exist, I’m sure it will prove to be average to above average investment.

My review

JM Bullion is one the best priced (if not the best), very prompt, and their customer service is really helpful. For me, they also offer bulk prices for Vets, which I’m truly grateful. Another benefit is that they are so established and have a great buyback process as well. No other place compares, I’ll be purchasing through them indefinitely.

Was shopping for 10oz bars. I downloaded their app and signed up for the email. Just got an email for sovereign 10oz bars for 3 nighty something over spot. Looks like my Christmas shopping is done. (Yes I’m the crazy person who gifts silver).

Good app, but sessions are WAY to short

The entire reason I got this app was to track gold for buying and selling. I set up alerts at price levels, but the session timeouts (only a few days), mean that my notifications are constantly turning themselves off waiting to be logged in again. This severely curtail the use of this app for me.

Exactly what they say

It is exactly what they advertise it to be every time. I’m not a collector so i can’t say anything about the rare coins. All I want is the weight and they seem to have good prices on their weekly specials. I have bought many coins from here.

So far so good!

Purchased my first Gold bars. Prices were accurate from spot to purchase. ACH was seamless. Communication and tracking extremely good. I use the app to get updated spot pricing, specials and new products. I will be buying again soon.

App is very buggy

App will not completely load pages, gets stuck mid stream even the iOS mobile version of their website fails to load pages upon pages. With as much money they deal with on a daily basis I demand better quality content this is just not a good way to do business do better!

JM Bullion Rocks!

I started buying silver from JMB back in April with a starter pack of 10 1oz coins. I already had some silver Eagles and Maple Leafs. But since April, I have been able to buy over 170 ounces in coins and bars in 1, 5 and 10oz weight; all of them on sale! I would recommend JMBullion in a heartbeat!

Uncertainty

There are several sources for metal values. The values given on each site varies one from the other. This seems so like the old pink sheets for OTC stocks, before the integrated NASDAC posting of the best bid and the best offer. Is that the case here with metals.

‘Go back’ doesn’t work
