The amount of errors, and inability to log into the app seamlessly is frankly inexcusable at this point. I have to call the bank every couple of months to get let back in, because all of a sudden the Face ID doesn’t work, and then the password doesn’t work. Other banks also send a daily push notification with current balances. There is no option for that, but it would be appreciated. Also, mobile check deposit would be nice.
Since I got this app, it does not allow me to pay off my credit card. I’ve asked multiple people in the bank about this issue and no one has a clue. It would make life so much easier to just be able to do what I need to do over the app instead of coming into the bank. This app is also super glitchy and crashes. This new update did not do much in my opinion.
Customer service chat tool is useless. Can’t transfer from external account without encountering errors. To set up an auto payment you need to fill out a form and email it. This app is dated by 20 years. To be fair, their website matches these issues. Customers should be concerned about their account security given there are no observable updates.
Face ID almost never works. Very sad. Just not as robust as other credit unions and banks. Need to reinstall application when it is updated. Credit union staff are not able to offer any help. No technical support available.
I have about 6 bank apps and this is by far the least user friendly one I’ve used. Very simplistic but still hard no navigate. I just updated so I hope they have some new choices.
The bank is fine the app is probably one of the worst I’ve used. They should find whoever developed usaa’s app and pay them to design this one as well!!!
This app is glitchy, need to hire some real software developers. You get to keep my money with hardly any interest paid and you reward me with this app? Psssh!
Constantly locks me out of my account and need to call the bank to fix it, repeatedly logs me out when facial recognition is set up, has been slow to the point where I will make a purchase and 3 weeks to a mounts later the payment will go through and on multiple accounts when that happens with double or triple or even spam charge 13 plus times of the same payment. And I can’t do anything about it because the place the purchase is made only show it charged once. But on my bank account says it was charged 13+ times, last night for example it spam charged me 191.77 for a 9.99 purchase locked me out of my account. Can access my card and need to wait until a weekday to call bank now and fix this and hopefully get my money back. Over all the app is 100% broken and 0/10 do not recommend using.
