Grunt Style

I love this company but I ordered a hoodie and 4 shirts, one of which being a pre-order item with the other 4 items being labeled as GS24. it didn’t tell me that the rest of the order would be held until everything is available until after I had already payed for, and confirmed my order. Now I won’t be getting the items that I thought would get here the 1st until after November 6th. A label in the description of a pre-order item saying that orders will be held until every item would be available before shipping would be nice. Other then that I love your products and I will be sure to shop with you again in the future.

I like to look and everything and add items to my cart I want then go to my shopping cart and eliminate items until I’ve met my spending budget. But the ap isn’t showing pictures of the items in the shopping cart so I had to open in browser and search for item to look st so I could decide which ones I wanted the most. Frustrating for me. I’m disabled and it’s painful to type and hold my phone for very long. I even refreshed the shopping cart to see if the pictures would show. They would show for a split second then disappear. I also had issues browsing in the individual sections. I went to Womens then clicked on a sub link and it was blank. It did that in men’s also. The only way I could see the products was to click on “view all” then I had to scroll more than I wanted to dye yo pain. So these little glitches will deter me from trying to order again until I know I can handle more pain from having to search more for what I want to buy and that could make it not worth the effort. The zip up hoodies run small. I like to wear men’s shirts. Usually a large in men’s is too big but not sloppy. I got the zip up hoodie in xlarge so I could wear layers under it and still have room but it fits snug with tanks and T-shirt under. So I ordered an xlarge regular hoodie and it’s HUGE!!! So the sizing is not true between the different types of sweatshirts. I noticed this with the different T-shirt’s as well.

I had originally planned to make this purchase yesterday (5/25) but for some reason my credit card(s) were not being accepted. The deal I got yesterday included free shipping. I’m not going to dwell on it, matter of fact, if you think I am entitled to a refund, I would prefer you put the money in whatever fund supports our troops who have given their all for the freedoms we enjoy everyday. I am more concerned that there was no way to determine what was wrong with either of the cards I tried and were denied. Then the phone number was not working. Hopefully you can find out what happened. Today’s transaction went right through. Please keep styles coming that are not specific to those who have served as I didn’t but am proud to support your brand because of the support you provide to our proud service veterans. May your Memorial Day be filled with the many memories of those who gave everything for their country. May we not let their sacrifice have been in vain. Steve Campbell

I heard of grunt style roughly 8/9 years ago when they were a small business, I was always hoping to keep them to myself and the few elite people who would ask, where did you get that shirt at.!? However, it didn’t last long, I buy grunt style for everything! Their shirts, shorts, hoodies, glasses. My wife is always saying you really love grunt style.?! I say when you find a shirt that fits perfect , always and all the time, you do everything you can to keep them in your drawer lol. GRUNT STYLE KEEP IT UP! Always representing till the wheels fall off.!

So they preach that they care about vets and good business reputation. They are part of a “life style” 30 day to get an order 6 states away. Wish send junk from China on a ship across an ocean faster. Customer service makes you wait for absolutely nothing to tell you there is nothing they can do for you every time even tho all 3 experiences are getting worse every time. The app had one thing in the cart at check out. Press send and sends me the complete wrong order. I bought 3 items in the app check out. The send me two items one that I replaced and one never even made it in the box and one item was right. Made me sit on hold to tell me there’s nothing the can do. All this said I still like the product and will make a few last purchases. Ultimately I will not spend as much money as I planned on nor will I recommend the company to anyone else.

Great company and awesome clothing! I truly enjoy all the clothing I have purchased for myself, as well as, the items I purchased for my family and friends. The only issue I have encountered is while using the App-it moves slow, blinks in and out causing me to start my search again and takes quite awhile to download photos of the item. I understand that you are constantly updating/changing products and information which may attribute to the issues. It will not deter me from shopping and patronizing your company. I been buying Grunt Style since last year, and to tell you the truth, is been a Great Service Fast delivery and Awesome shirts, that's why i keep coming back for more and my closet is full of the most Patriotic GS shirts, usually i been ordering from fb because i followed them, and never had an issue when it comes to shopping cart, i have downloaded this Shop app and Grunt Style keeps me updated when the package is going thru states and takes them three days to be delivered and if you ask me, that's Fast Thank you GRUNT STYLE 🇺🇸🇺🇸🤘

Three times in a row I’ve had them deliver a small instead of an extra large. I’ve made sure I’ve always hit that button but they always manage to send me smaller sizes and this has happened to several friends as well. I’ve emailed and called explaining and nothings been done. I’m done with grunt style, which I absolutely hate cause they have super cool shirts for us vets but their attention to detail is just horrible. UPDATE: their shipping was horrible for awhile but now they don’t have any sizes that are the most common. I’m about done with grunt style and their shenanigans. It’s getting old. This company in the day was good but has gone seriously down hill in the last two years.

I love everything about this company, they support our veterans and are American-based. The only thing I would like to see is some sleeveless T-shirts as I love to wear sleeveless T-shirts in the summertime. I have bought like 17 grunt style shirts and all of them still have the sleeves I just can’t bring myself to cut the sleeves off and I cut the sleeves off all of my T-shirts in the summertime. I just feel like it would be a disgrace to the company the veterans and America to cut the flag and their brand off. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee who can beat that? These guys bleed red white and blue.

This app is made easy and efficient for users to navigate the Grunt Style website whenever they want to go shopping online. Plus, the Rewards program from Grunt Style gives a good discount for those who are loyal customers. While the payment methods have improved over time, I recommend that you keep your options open, and familiarize yourself with the app before making the decision to make any purchases.

My experience with this company has been nothing but 5 star from day one. I really became a fan when they started making shirts that are approved by the United States Marine Corps. Being a Marine, I can appreciate that they took the time to contact The Marine Corps and get there approval for Grunt Style to sell licensed merchandise. That means a lot to me and I’m sure to everyone who purchases the Marine Corps shirts. Thanks for the great experience and you have a customer for life.

I’ve purchased a few items from this company in the past; as well as been gifted a few items by my fiancé who happens to be a vet (68 Whiskey to be specific) that her and her colleagues have all praised this company. Every shirt I have is still like new, despite being worn countless times. Supporting this company, the men and women who operate it, is incredibly important. So I think you all for an incredible product, great customer service, and more importantly; thank you to the ones who have served, and made this company all of what it is!

The clothes are awesome and my son and I will be customers for life! This app is terrible at checkout tho. I tried multiple times to login, same account info for years. It tells me invalid and asks if I want to reset my password. I say yes, enter my email, it says no record found. Try to start a new account thinking maybe it wasn’t syncing with the website, it tells me my email address is already registered. The same email address they just told me didn’t exist for a password reset lol! So I ended up checking out as a guest. But we love our grunt style merch, in spite of the app checkout debacle!

Huge fan of their shirts and hoodies. Wear it everywhere every day (except to church). Their customer service is beyond reproach and I’ve used their “Beer Guarantee” a couple times with stupendous results. My three star rating comes from trying to use the app. Why do I get a pop up prompting me to download the app when I’m on the app????? That and the pop ups to “spin the wheel” or “how did you hear about us” as I’m trying to check on a delivery status is beyond irritating. Save the pop ups for check out and let me do what I came to do in peace!

Let me just start off by saying, I love grunt style. The patriotic and humorous apparel is amazing. But the past few times I’ve ordered from there my packages have gotten lost. I’ve ordered from other sites and businesses and no issues. But for some reason the past 3 times I’ve lost my packages from grunt style. Last time my package was marked as Delivered but I couldn’t find it. When I called them it hadn’t even left their packaging facility. Now my package has been stuck in Detroit for 5 days. I understand we’re in an ongoing pandemic but why is my package stuck in Detroit?

The product and the people are great. The designs are amazing and the customer service is awesome. The app and ordering process is funky. The scan credit card option doesn’t work, adding details to new cards carries over other cards information like dates, but the app is easy to search. Shipping is horrible. I have made at least a dozen orders and only two of those orders arrived within 3 weeks. Three orders were preorders so that’s understandable. The rest have delivered closer to two months and this has nothing to do with pre-orders.

After several washes the quality is still 5 stars and feels comfortable and like new. I’m a former first responder now working in healthcare as I continue to recover from an unfortunate near fatal massive stroke. Your apparel, that I continue to wear adds fuel to my already self motivated lifestyle. Love your products! I wish you guys offered a mental health shirt and additionally apparel for stroke survivors such as myself.

When u shop grunt style online, they give u the option to check out with idme, which if your not aware gives military first responders fire emts discounts on all kinds of products, including grunt style. The app does not have this option for some reason. It makes it pointless for someone like me to even use the app. If possible can you guys add this feature to the app. 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

Just wanna do a shout out to Grunt Style because I know not every time you’re going to have an item and they were very customer service orientated when they were offering me a either a gift card or exchange for another item and they were very prompt with the emails and clothes are phenomenal also.

I just ordered 8 item. Had many questions and texted the number they gave me notifications with. They responded instantly. Wasn’t a machine but a person. They had amazing service and great products. They answered all my questions and shipping will be just on time. Would absolutely buy again.

This is perhaps the greatest company that I have seen in some time. These people put together great graphics, quality, and customer service above all else with a guarantee. Who does that? I have purchased tees, hoodies, sweat pants from these people for over three years. Never had a bad experience with anything. Get their APP, join the Grunt Style club.

I wish y’all would make more hoodies I go hunting a lot and I loved the stuff everything you guys put on but I want more hoodies that would be amazing tbh and are good for cold and hot weather and have some awesome designs on them I love the American war flags that y’all put on where there torn because it just always reminds me that America will never give up and I always wear a hoodie as well

So scrolling through and click on Merch is great. However, the reason for the 4stara is because when trying to check out the interface to put in CC info is slow. Also, when trying to search it would be better off to be able to filter results off a drop down menu vs everything at the top. Other than that Great

Happy with everything I’ve ordered from them. However the app has some issues, tried to charge me shipping even though I’m a Club Member. Also shipping company they use (Fed Ex) constantly delays my orders. Perfect example my last order was supposed to arrive this morning. It sat in a Fed Ex warehouse for 3 days. Got a notification it will arrive 4 days later than expected.

If you want great veteran made clothing this is the place i go . If you want to express yourself an don’t care what people think like me get it an express yourself who care if you hurt their feelings,like I say to them you must be a democrat. Love this store. Downloaded the app because, I too, am a veteran and wanted to support this brand. Was going to search through some hats and tees and every time I look through the catalog and select a tee or hat that I want to see further detail of, the app crashes. I’ll change my review rating once the developers can fix this bug. The brand is fantastic. But the app needs to be fixed.

At least twice a week I find myself wearing these shirts, hats and hoodies. I do so with pride. I have never been disappointed with a purchase from Grunt Style. As I write this, I am wearing the America flag shield hoodie. I just purchased woobie hoodies for myself and my girlfriend. We can’t wait to receive them. AATW.

T-Shirts just have always been a main theme of my casual wardrobe. Grunt style T’s are just rewriting my design in red white and blue casual wear. I feel great every time I put one on. Love those shoulder emblems. What pride those banners give you. Thanks great selections and updated styles. On current events. Pride and style along with durability. That’s true American know how and craftsmanship.

Wow, why did no one tell me you guys have an app?! I can’t believe y’all would do me like this. For months I’ve had to shop and look on your online store which isn’t as smooth as an app base system. I felt so primitive because of y’all. Smh Looking forward to buying a Space Force Shirt with ease and less complexity.

This is my favorite clothing company, next to Under Armor, but the app could use some work. I spend time looking and adding to the cart only to have things not show up, then when they are re-added the quantity doubles. The speed of the app is slow to download images and checkout. I have ordered from multiple WiFi networks so it’s not the connection since the same things happen each time. Again, the company gets five stars, the app gets 2.

If I have to pay more for shipping, you should get my order to me in a timely manner. I don’t understand why this is a constant issue for you. Nothing says “we support vets” like taking money away from Vets and not actually delivering on time. My packages shouldn’t take over 7 days to ship to my state from another state, and basically get LOST in transit with no updates? This is ridiculous. It’s happened on multiple orders and I’ve only bought one to two things per order.

I have ordered probably 20 shirts by now and I absolutely love them. On a hot Tennessee day at about 87 degrees these shirts breathe and are extremely comfortable. Lightweight and durable. Even working in the shirt they come clean every time. Great company, great customer service, and great buying experience!

What can I say? Best shirts and other apparel, super high quality... and who else can provide the Beer guarantee?! App works like a charm. Smith and reliable. Very professional!!! Update: GS has one of the best customer service experience oh hade to deal with. These guys just make me want to keep coming back. Can't say enough good things about this company.

The shirts/styles/designs are retry unique and definitely reflect patriotism mixed with the ability to laugh at ourselves. The app functions very well there's a great selection of categories that give you a lot of different choices. The clothes, gear, and accessories are amazing! I'm so glad that there was an app for this it's easier than using the website. Purchases are more fluent as well. Keep up the good work!

These shirts are alright, but they are totally cheesy and have become somewhat of a played out, just out of basic training type shirt. However, their return program is awesome, as it allows you to return shirts for a credit. I recommend them only for that, not the lame sayings they come up with.

The website won’t accept my change of address. I have attempted to update it several times now and every time I log on the site it still shows my old address. I never received my July shirt and probably won’t receive the August one because of it, and with that I will be $40 short and with no shirts. The app won’t accept my email therefore I cannot login, but I am receiving emails from you guys, which clearly means that my email is valid and my account exists. It’s frustrating.

For those who’ve served — regardless of branch — you are at home. Great bunch of warriors founded Grunt Style and a lot of veterans are glad they did. So wether you say Hooah or Oorah or Hit the Links or you’re always looking over your shoulder in the head, we vets are everywhere. Even in cyberspace.

I love the Grunt Style company and love supporting an Illinois business. I enjoy having an app for quick ordering and notifications about new products. I would really like to see this app be improved to show better updates on open orders and offered tracking through the App for my monthly orders. Aside from that I’m very happy.

I’ve used this app, ordered off the website, and over the phone. I recommend this company the everybody I know. This app is one of the best “app” experience I’ve ever had. Very user friendly but then why wouldn’t it, it’s a reflection of the company which is outstanding. Carry on.

I have bought quite a few items from GS using their app and their website. I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. I support the men and women who work at this company and am glad they came up with this business model. As a fellow retired vet a big HOORAH to all at GS! Keep up the good work.

I love Grunt Style! There hoodies are the best! My fiancé was Army Tanker and he loves the whole website and would buy it all if he could (Army related of course) lol. I haven’t had any issues with any orders ever ! Definitely purchase you won’t be disappointed .

I am a huge fan of their gear and I have servers of their shirts and have purchased hats as gifts for family. The hats and shirts hold up really well and are all around great. But the app, not so much. The app emptied my shopping cart five different times and it had a lot of issues loading their products regardless if I was at work, at home, on/off wifi didn’t matter. I almost called it quites on ordering anything.

Hey great job guys, except one thing fire fighters and EMTs are not getting coverage need to see more and make it easier to get the first responders discount I still haven’t figured it out and don’t forget the gold like people of dispatch. Super easy to use and navigate through the new app. Saves time searching the website and having to go through the links to get to other links. Awesome and looking forward to using more in the future!

I don’t have any problems logging into my account with Safari on my phone or my laptop but it doesn’t work on the app and although I’m registered, the app even says I’m registered, but my login credentials don’t work. My guess is maybe it is because the app hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks and I’m on the newest iPhone XS Max with iOS 12.1 which was released less than a week ago. Please update the app so it works and I will be happy to update my rating and change the review. Love Grunt Style!
