This is a great setup Guidefitter has going. It a one stop shop for all of your needs. As a Veteran, you see all the companies that want to support all of our military service all the way through to first responders and others that make a sacrifice. One of the most impressive things I have found is the hunting and guide fishing services. All of the services is at your finger tips. Most important Guidefitter’s is NOT AVAILABLE to everyone you must qualify to belong. Thanks to Guidefitter and all the other companies that participate.
I have not purchased a lot from Guidefitter, but I appreciate two things about them. First, their prices can’t be beat. When looking for something I’ve never found anybody offering a better price then I got from Guidefitter. Second, their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question. I’ve used their chat. Almost immediately, I get a live person, who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Defiantly worth the download! If you’re serious about outdoor activities and hunting then this is the place to go. They also have a great social side that bring hunters together on their bragging wall! Great prices and products. With all this being said I do wish they had more products. Also (no their fault) but there is a lot of products out of stock/on back order. Demand seems high then supply can keep up.
Guidefitter has been the best resource for me as I researched, reviewed, and purchased my hunting set ups. I’ve never been a hunter so getting the insights and chatting with outfitters and other like minded individuals has been incredibly helpful for me. I’ve been gearing up for an elk hunt in CO and I have based my purchases off some of the lists outfitters have provided. I will continue using Guidefitter as my hunting journey evolves and I open my mind to other hunting trips.
Been using Guidefitter for quite a few years now. I was a little skeptical when they first started out because they really had some no-name brands on there. Over the years, they have really developed some great relationships with some premium vendors to offer military and first responders some great discounts. I am extremely grateful for what they have to offer us. Keep up the great work, Guidefitter!
Many of the apps do not have not worked for months. Many of the products appear to be marked down at great price until you do a internet search and will find comparable prices to possibly better prices. You need to wait until company’s have sales which can only be a day or 2 long. Many times items have taken 10 business days just to ship. Still waiting on items from a month ago. Have been questioned on purchases many times for myself by guidefitter. If your going to question people and not trust them, why have the program at all ?
I’ve ordered a few items from Guidefitter and am very happy with their customer service. There was an error with my very first order, but it was promptly handled in a pleasing manner. My only complaint is that so many items seem to be eternally out of stock, and it’s frustrating to repeatedly check items that are never available. I’ve registered to be notified when many items are available, and I have not yet been notified of a single item. If that gets remedied, I’m all in with five stars for Guidefitter. But until then...

If you’re into the outdoors and quality for guidefitters discount it’s a must have. The amount of money I’ve saved on outdoor products is astronomical. Everything from camping, hunting, fishing, and everything in between there’s deals on here that can save you money. We all know how expensive the outdoor industry is now-a-days. Get name brand quality gear at a fraction of the price
I just want to say this app is all around garbage. It’s more of a social media site than it is a veterans discount program. The verification process is very annoying, they will not verify your veteran status with an ID card, like pretty much every other site in existence does and then they take days to let you know you’ve been verified. Next, I ordered a vertx bag from here at a great price. Unfortunately two months later and always being given the runaround as to why I still don’t have the bag I’m pretty frustrated. I will not be buying anything else from Guidefitter and I highly recommend that anybody that sees this review doesn’t either.

Hunting at its core is a way to feed your family with your own skills. Skills that were most likely passed down for generations. From the moment you shoot your first squirrel or rabbit and throw it on the grill. It’s in your blood. Guidefitter makes it easier to find the tools you need to pass those skills down to your kids and grandkids.
Very convenient for shopping all that guidefitter has to offer with those deals that constantly has you coming back. It’s not the only membership/opt-in discount type online shopping I have access to, but it’s the only one I routinely order from.
Over all you can find some pretty decent deals on select brands. I have purchased several items through Guidefitter so far and have been very pleased. The app could be a little easier to navigate and search through but the deals you can get are worth dealing with less than par app navigation. Overall pretty pleased.
This is a one stop shop for nearly anything the outdoorsman could ever want or need. All centrally located right at your fingertips. I’ve been a member for 2 months now and I spend more time on this app then any other. Great selection, even better pricing! Highly recommend to everyone I know!
The app is great and I’ve had no issues with it. I do think the idea behind Guidefitter is great. Just make sure you order with plenty of time for shipping. Double check the return policy for each vendor. Don’t expect much help from Guidefitter if you do need to return anything. Most companies offer the same discount on their products through a pro program, shipping is faster and cheaper.
The app can help network you with people are knowledgeable of hunting and has a unique “brag” wall you can post your hunting photos. The deals available are great and really help you maximize your dollar with industry leading brands. If you don’t have this app, you are literally missing out.
This app is amazing. It’s more than an app. It’s a community. I do not have a lot of hunters in my life and this is a place I can go to see and share the joys and rewards of being a hunter and outdoorsman. I find inspiration in story’s I read on here. Just great, no lame promotional codes! Just deals all day every day Only suggestion is when you buy, buy big because shipping is usually the same flat rate. I’ve ordered everything from first lite, workbench, fenix lighting, and mountain ops. They all do a fantastic job shipping.
Products and prices are good, but for the amount you have to pay extra for shipping it shouldn’t take as long as it does. I bought a new bow case almost 6 weeks ago now and still haven’t received it. 4 weeks after purchase and not hearing anything I emailed customer service to see if they had an update. They contacted the brand and said it should be sent out any day now. That was 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received a shipping notification.
Hands-down, one of the best apps in the Apple store. This is one of my favorites and I always find great deals, I am so grateful that the people from Guidefitter put this together and work with all these great companies. I could not recommend this more.
The stores listed on the Guidefitter app are somewhat limited at this time, and I hope the other brands become operational soon. If all the brands were operational, I would give it 5 stars. I’ve only ordered Badlands gear so far, and I’m very excited to use it! Badlands claims to stand by their unconditional lifetime warranty, and it appears to be a high quality product.
I’ve found some product that are actually cheaper than other retail stores (Cabela’s, Scheels etc..). In fact all prices are cheaper but with tax and shipping fee, it cost as much as buying in local stores. If you’re lucky, you’ll find some product that are cheaper than local store after tax and shipping fee but majority of products are same price as local store after tax and shipping fee.
I was skeptical when I heard about Guidefitter. But, I cannot be more pleased. Simple verification process for my veteran status and I was able to shop and save on some amazing products from some wonderful companies!! Thank you Guidefitter!!

Overall a decent platform, but if you are hoping to save money on smaller ticket items you should do your research because the shipping is insane. I have never seen shipping fees this high on any other platform. Was going to buy some knife sharpeners and a boot dryer, all were cheaper elsewhere once shipping was tacked on.
It’s an OK app but it could be better. It’d be nice to see some additional features that allow members to interact - more like a forum community. Also, it’d be nice to see both guide/outfitter members AND non-guide members. There’s only so many pictures I want to look at but being able to converse, raise topics of discussion and answer questions would get me to spend a lot more time on the app. Just sayin.
It’s nice to have a one stop shop where I know I’m getting my equipment at a reasonable price without shopping around and waiting on sales. Only reason for 4 star rating is the lack of stock and availability on certain brands which probably isn’t Guidefitter’s fault.
Initial signup was great. Ordered a few times and when items were actually in stock I got them no problem. But lately much of what is listed is either "out of stock" or "no longer available". Now, I've been trying to renew my membership for the last three months and keep getting rejected because of "insufficient employer credentials". Absolutely frustrating. Customer service was no help.

I like the functionality of the application but I do wish there was a search feature to find certain items. For example if I wanted to find a weapons holster, then have a search bar to place said item into the search bar.
As a big game hunting guide, I do like how lots of different brands are associated with this platform but the verification was a little ridiculous and then having to verify each brand individually was a shock after the already tedious initial verification of the guide licensing and associated information.
I really love Guidefitter for their appreciation of first responders and the deals they offer. They don’t have every brand, but that wouldn’t be their fault. Overall, extremely happy with the app.

I love and appreciate the discounts through Guidefitters but you loose a big proportion of it through shipping cost. A lot of times I can come out better cost wise by purchasing directly form Big Box Stores. Need to do a better job with lower shipping cost options.

Decent app good discounts biggest complaint I have is some companies have different discounts based on your credentials and if you have multiple credentials you have to pick one thing. Which might help you with some companies but hurt you with others
