App crashes and shutdown automatically when not able to refresh or if we tried to forcefully refresh from top right down arrow. And sometimes it takes too long to refresh account profile
When I first installed this app I didn’t have this problem. I love listening to music when I do my order. How do people listen to music these days? On their phone. I was able to do that through several versions and then one day, nope. It cuts off your music when you scan an item. I would give the app 5 stars if I could get back the ability to listen to music while I make my order. Visual confirmation is enough to let me know that my item has scanned. I’m not looking away from the phone like I did the scanner, I don’t have a red laser to guide me. Seeing my item appear onscreen is enough. Please, please, please. Give us an option to disable the beep so that we aren’t tied down when using this app. I can’t listen to the news, podcasts, anything. Just “beep”.
It’s much easier to do an order through your phone than one of the devices in my opinion, however I would like to listen to music while I’m making an order. Or making a phone call? It all cuts out when you run the app. If this was fixed I’d rate it 5 stars
