I have been trying all morning to get this fixed. Yesterday I went to my Hawthorn Bank to check my acct. it wouldn’t bring anything up just said I had to update , I tried but it wouldn’t except my email address or password. So I call Hawthorn bank and she gave me a couple suggestions , since my IPhone is a 7Plus. I m not that good on the internet , but I tried and could get any satisfaction. I am 83 yrs. Old and I don’t need all this stress, so if you can’t figure it out I’m left to transfer my money to a bank in Texas where I live.
I essentially would compare it to Bank of America. Their app is much more intuitive than HawthornBank. I frequently have to get with customer service to find any new thing I want to do with my funds but usually can resolve it that way and figure it out. I have not tried using the auto pay or any of those features, as I only have a loan with Hawthorn Bank.
I truly just love the people that work at this bank! The app is amazing! They response fast and answer my questions! Truly never had an issue with this bank or app
Too many ways to set up a payment. There are 3 different ways to set up a payment. Had a recurring bill and tried to update it only to create 2 more payments in addition to this one. This causes unnecessary payments to be pulled even when you call for help with this. Took 5 people to straighten this out. They weren’t even sure how to fix it and said that it was a confusing process. Fix it.
My app hasn’t worked for a week now. I have deleted and started over and still no luck. What a pain that I can’t check my account. No one at the bank has been able to help but said others are having the same issues.
Sometimes you can make a mobile deposit and sometimes it takes 2 to 3 times of crashing the app before it will allow you to take a picture of the back of the check.
This app was very easy to use now I can’t even activate my new card from the app. I absolutely hate this bank for all the trouble and problems it has caused me with my OWN MONEY. You are worth nothing in this world not even a star
The percentage of interest you get on large amounts of savings is just laughable!!! And it can take 1-3 days for a bank to bank transfer! Most banks can do it within a day!
