I’ve been “using” this app for a long time now and it’s been nothing but trouble. The fingerprint sign in has NEVER worked and neither has the “remember me” function. Every time I use the touch login, it locks me out of my account. I’ve never had to call a place so many times to have my account unlocked and even if you use the forgot password, put in your SSN and answer your questions correctly, nope gotta call. Soooo frustrating just to check my balance.
Constantly changing the app, the latest version as of November 2022 has a few features that are in Porten. It’s simply don’t work for example, trying to get information on your HCU credit card will be a waste of time. It’s simply doesn’t work. They’ve moved quite a few options now under your user account where they used to be right on the front ribbon, so good luck finding a lot of stuff this is supposed to be an improvement. I see it as five steps back in my opinion.
I think there’s been some updating done and now I get error messages and have to clear the app and sign in again to reset it. I hope this gets resolved as it’s quite frustrating.
The app is great... when it works. For weeks now I’ve gotten nothing but a loading screen and am unable to login, and have had similar problems in the past. I have no problem logging in on a website browser but the app simply doesn’t work sometimes.
This app is great and I use it multiple times a day with zero issues....UNTIL...this latest update from Apple. Now it crashes on me repeatedly and/or just continuously freezes. Please please please fix this bug issue
Seems like you have an issue with your app that several other customers have complained about. Since the last update the app will not load. Just get a spinning wheel. Very inconvenient during this pandemic where the credit union is working with reduced services. Let’s fix the issue so people can bank safely from home.
App is pretty good when it works. It has a tendency to change its viewing setup ever so often and when it does I can’t get any information for weeks on end.
The app was fine! Why update the bill pay???? Now you can't see when you last paid a bill, get kicked back to the main menu every time. It's clunky and hard to manage. I left my last bank because they screwed up the app. Now you've done the same thing! Why????
I Check Log In But No Face ID Pump Up. Also, I Did Entering At Bank But Load 4 or 5 Times Until It Delete Then I Came Back HCU Update Download Then It’s Working. But Today Load Again. No Good. Please You Have To Fix Resolved Problem.
