New update is horrible. On the bulletin boards where other residents post ads or messages, you no longer can click on a picture another user posts (just in case you want to see details of an item), and if another person wants to respond to a post or ad, you can’t even see who it’s from nor respond to them privately
Recently the app has started requiring reactivation with emailed code plus separate login every time it’s used. It has started hiding/deleting outbound messages in message conversations, meaning it deletes the resident half of the conversation history and makes the messaging feature unusable. Every few weeks the interface has more bugs and crashes, which is frustrating since it’s the primary communication tool used by our property.
i haven’t received my code after trying about 8 times . i turned my phone on and off and even deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still didn’t work.
