For the love of god, please add a feature to select all video files at once to delete. Having to select each one after video storage is full is crazy!

!DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! BEWHERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
Do not make the same mistake I did signing up with them. They have -poor customer service -low quality equipment -inexperienced installers that purposely mess up so you have to pay another team to come and fix them -cameras that work but not really -low quality doorbell camera For about 1.5 yrs all 3 cameras did not work and i paid them four times to bring four separate teams to solve the problem before the guy who installed it originally came back by chance with one of the teams and told me that he was told to install everything incorrectly. He was able to permanently fix the camera wiring in about twenty seconds after entering the attic. Again, before he came back, three different teams of people came and “fixed it” (which took an hour each). In reality they did fix it for about fifteen minutes before it broke again. So essentially you are paying for -no security system -being treated like trash -being told its “not our problem” by customer service Sign up with literally ANYBODY ELSE. This company is ROCK BOTTOM. Every person in my entire neighborhood makes sure that any new homebuyers know about this company specifically.

From Day 2, easy to use. Customer Service gets 5+ stars as they are pleasant, professional, courteous and answer all your questions-actually, the most pleasant phone call I’ve experienced so far. Highly recommend this service for your security needs. Easy to use, able to arm and disarm long range. We’ve had many alarm companies before in different states and this has been the best to date.

Awful, please do not do it
Please do yourself a favor and do not add this to your home! The customer service is awful, my sister has them too and she also is always so frustrated whenever she calls cause they are not helpful. It seems this business is just there to get people’s money. They don’t care once you sign the contract. The cameras are awful quality. Awful settings. You pay monthly but really for nothing because when you call with any issue they just always want you to pay them again.

Simplistically Perfect!
This app is easy to navigate and makes it extremely easy for me to monitor everything going on at my home from anywhere in the world (as long as I have WiFi or signal). The app has everything from my security system all the way to monitoring my air conditioning, easily the best security company and app I’ve used!

Manual Door Lock
I’ve had issues when I manually lock the door, the app will not show that the door is locked. It will work on occasion but for the most part it doesn’t work 95% of the time. Home pro doesn’t believe it’s the app that is faulty but it is. I got the door lock replaced once because of the issue and they said I need to replace the door lock again. Both door locks were brand new. I refuse to get a third lock.

User friendly
Wish there were demos on how to set up your app. I don’t get instant camera upload to see who is at the door. Previous company brought the camera image up immediately so I could see who is at the door without having to go search for the clip. Also, I can not see all 3 cameras at once. If there was a live demo that would help.

Worst service ever
I've had a complaint for over six months and no one has done anything about it. The camera that came with the house never has worked. The doorbell system works often on. Every time I call to make a complaint no one ever returns my call. Even when a supervisor called me back and says they're going to fix it no one ever returns my call! They are a rip off at horrible service.

Issues
I clean the garage, it opens, rooms are constantly disconnecting, battery is already giving me errors to a garage door opener, the alarm doesn’t always disarm and now it says my back door is open when it’s clearly locked. It’s getting frustrating. I tried to email support through the app and it says I don’t not have access to do so when I send the email!

Home Pro App
I really don’t like this app. It doesn’t communicate with my system when I’m away from my house. I always get a “command could not be verified error.” Other systems that I had in the past allowed you to have more control over the entire system including notifications and this app does not. So far I’m not too impressed with this system.

Zero Stars
Don’t waste your money on this alarm system. I HATE this alarm system. It stops recording if you pass your monthly allotment of uploads. Deleting them doesn’t work. Do you know how many times in an hour a bug or spider web or car headlights from across the way will set off your camera??? WAY more than you could ever imagine. WORST ALARM SYSTEM EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Smart features are hit or miss
I am enjoying the smart feature capability. But it doesn’t always disarm when it should which leads to a LOT of triggers when I let the dog out.

Home pro my eye
This is the bottom of the barrel in home alarm systems. I have had service , if I’m lucky, 1/4 of the time I’ve been paying for this lousy service. The second my contract is up I will never give you another dime and maybe nobody will ask my opinion of your company. I’d hate to be so honestly negative!

App receives notification 5 min late!
Worse than total connect after they upgraded to 4G and cut to this app, just tested and confirmed the delay since arm set to receive the notification on the IOS phone app is 5 min, a lot can occur already.

Homepro App makes it difficult to find what you need
I only have this because the doorbell and service was free from the builder for the first year. I’ll be replacing it as soon as I can. Home pro makes it difficult to do anything on your own so that you will have to use them and pay a tech fee every time you need assistance. Over priced from all I have seen and heard. Advice to Homepro: Hire a User Experience Specialist to help with the usability of your app. It shouldn’t be this difficult to find what I need.

Scam Company
Absolute scam of a company. System breaks everyday. They lock you in years long contracts and don’t fix anything. Horrible products and even worse customer service. Truly unbelievable they are aloud to remain in business.

Delayed response
I have been having problems lately with the app. I tried to disarm/arm the house with the app; it would take up to 30 min. Today everything stop working, I had to manually arm/disarm at the panels.

HomePro Failure
Honestly my app never works to arm my system. They say there’s a new antenna needed because my alarm panel keeps saying remote network failure. Over and over again the beeping of an error. It’s like hearing Fran Drescher laugh. Do better HomePro.
