App has rewards and makes it easy to order

Works well. I can earn rewards with every sandwich

Does not support Apple Pay

The app makes you pick the time you want to pick up the order before you place it rather that when you check out or can even see the menu. Check out makes you enter a credit card to be saved on file rather than accepting Apple Pay, like most iPhone apps. Otherwise it does what it is supposed to do, but not as good as other order apps.

Works Well

Good app to use, very quick and doesn’t seem to have any major bugs and doesn’t crash. Only think they charge a $1 fee to order using the mobile app and if you get delivery the food arrives cold.

Loved the app…makes ordering lunch a breeze!

Just okay

Not the best app, but it gets the job done. The app is categorized as “lifestyle” though, which makes it appear in the “other” category of the App Library. It should be updated to food and drink. Also please add support for Apple Pay.

Good but not great

I’ve used this app a few times after moving from the other one. This one promises to keep track of punches but doesn’t show any despite the panini I’ve purchased. Otherwise, it’s such a great way to skip the line

Not very intuitive

It’s a difficult site to work through. Setting a delivery location is miserable. Ordering is ok. Paying with a gift card is impossible

Paninis are great, & you can creat ya own, 5 star sandwich restaurant. 💯

Not great

The app itself is fine but ordering delivery through it is pointless. Put in a delivery order for a certain time, and my order just sat at the story for 30 mins past the specified delivery time. There’s no way to contact support through the app, food got here soggy.

Not a terrible app, but I’d really like to see both heavier Panini customization and Apple Pay support!

Not fully functional app

Used the app to order online, it threw an error telling something went wrong and try again. So the order dint get placed, but I was charged for the order.
