I’m trying to transfer out of HW into an iPhone. I’ve tried multiple reinstallations, as well as multiple reconfigurations of the hotspot and where the SIM Card gets placed. Nothing is working. It would be much simpler if Incould connect via QR but the iOS app can’t even produce that when asked to. Pretty much useless.

There is a bug right now or something not working - I cannot click “This is the old phone” and start the process

This app worked great for me to transfer my stuff to my new Honor 8 very quickly. No problems with what I needed it to do. It could be made a little more simple for people who aren't very tech savvy and I wish that it could transfer messages and other types of files. Established a connection in seconds and bam, the things that it will transfer transferred quickly and problem free. Thank you!

I downloaded this app to transfer my things from my IPhone 5 to the Huawei Honor 6x. It took about 20 minutes for everything to transfer over. There was a picture that wasn't transferred over, but I just sent the picture to my email and transferred it there. Overall it was a pretty painless experience.

I tried to connect my iPhone 7 with my iPhone XS for 4 hours and never worked. Got the iPhone 7 connected to the iPhone XS personal wifi hotspot and never connected. Apparently the app does not work with apple devices even though it clearly says that supports IOS software. Definitely a waste of my time

I transfered my data from iphone5 to p9 plus and it worked fine. Nice app 👍👍

The app cannot transfer contacts. It says that I should allow the app to have access to contacts but in options there is only calendar and photos access

I currently have a 20 mate pro but my phone company no longer supports the device so I have to go back to my old iPhone 6 which still has pictures and other information on it that I want to keep. If I clone my 20 pro to my iPhone 6 will it delete everything old from my iPhone and I’ll only have whatever is on the 20 pro or will it keep all my old stuff and add everything from the 20 pro.

What a piece of garbage. Cannot detect that the phone is connected to the Huawei hotspot even though I can use the hotspot browsing with Safari

I try switch from iPhone to HUAWEI text massages and WhatsApp cuts are not transferring very bad

On “old phone” it promos you to scan QR code on “new phone”, but on the “new phone” there is no QR code to scan. If you attempt to sync manually, it prompts you to turn on mobile hotspot on “new phone” and connect to the mobile hotspot with your “old phone”, but even after doing that, set up indicates that it can not detect any hotspot. This app is a waste of time.

This program doesn’t have connect to android. Or instead of the choice of connect to other iPhone it should contain two option 1 -this is the new iPhone 2-this is the old iPhone

Fail 5 times already. Every time it take more then 10 to 20 minutes to build up the items to transfer. It will show information like 3 hours to complete the transfer. At start of transfer, program crashed. Be very aware of the OS platform switch. Just learn Android phone can’t just auto forward sms to another phone. Still trying out. Update - after waited very long at service center, recommended to use another apps CopyMyData. Managed to transfer photo and video.

Downloaded to iPhone 6. App scanned code & nothing happened.
