Whenever I’m out and I have to show my VIC card it would be nice to not have to log into this app directly. I wish I could just go into my Wallet app on my iPhone where are all of my digital identification and payment methods are. It would definitely make my life a lot easier.
If this account ever breaks, and you have an issue or if you ever get a new address and you have an issue you are host I have moved from Kansas to Colorado and had to and when requesting to update my ID and they won’t the people there don’t seem to understand I’ve called customer service. I did their verification and their picture and their video and I cannot get the assistance I need to go in and do what I’m required to do so I just turned down a job because I can’t get verified to this stupid platform so I will no longer apply at any job that uses this horrible system and that’s that you know you guys just don’t seem to figure it out yet. You know I don’t know what else to tell you horrible system, if you set it up your first account and you have no issues with setting up the first account it’s great. It works the way it’s supposed to but God forbid you move or God forbid you lose your phone number. If you do any of those you’re absolutely hosed.
Downloaded the app for convenience, but it keeps prompting for logins with in-app browser pop-ups. Defeats the purpose. I understand if pop-ups occur for security settings change, but to logout, it even pop-ups for browser login. You can’t cancel, just keeps popping up login window over and over again. You can’t go back in the app even after closing the app; it goes right back to login window in the app. It seems like QA process was skipped, and causes doubt for a secure platform performing id verification to not pay attention to details. I will just use the web site for now if the product is still useful, but any configuration workflow within the app is not up to normal software standards. Hoping it improves!
I’m having trouble getting everything verified because I just now moved a new address then the next day was a try again I have to start from the beginning and then he’s needing something else so I’m not really sure what’s going on or if this is even real I’ve spent a week trying to get him just to verify me and it’s going around in circles and I feel like you just getting my information so you can get into my accounts and when it happens it I will follow suit because I’ve heard about these places and I thought this was your night still think it’s legit but why is it so hard to verify Ma identity when you clearly have done a face scan I showed your bill with the address on it I’ve done everything I can do I’m not gonna keep doing it and it’s wasted my time the Mets name is Robert
Unfortunately, the app is pretty lacking when it comes to features. In addition, I highly recommend NOT using two factor authentication because the app forces you to sign in again every time and there’s no way to turn two factor authentication off. This is an issue because cell service is often terrible at sporting events (because so many people are there) so it’s impossible to sign in to show one’s proof of vaccination. The app should be able to work offline without having to sign in every single time.
No direct contact phone number. They take for ever to reply back on email And they can’t even solve anything.. what’s the whole point of having customer service if they can’t help with literally nothing
This is the worst service I ever experienced, I need this service to verify myIdentity so I can receive unemployment mine isn’t working correctly and I’m not able to speak to a a customer service agent no one will contact me back online I have left several open cases no contact you it’s been over a week no one has contacted me is holding up my funding I have four children and I cannot afford not to receive my unemployment this is been a very frustrating process
Using the app I find myself having to login about every other minute just trying to upload documents to verify my identity. And while using my PC, the front of my license uploads, but the back twirled for over ten minutes before I just quit and closed the page. I have used other security programs that are FAR more user friendly. Just who did you blow to become the chosen security protocol for the federal government???
This app seemed to have tons of potential. But it’s unfortunate how the app carries such a “secure” philosophy for just a persons identity information. Can only carry one account across multiple devices if you’re using a single state identification card. I can’t have a card on one device without that credit card following on all my devices. Worthless.
Support is nonexistent, don’t bother with this crapp
Support takes a week to a month to reply and when they do it is never with anything helpful. You can only fill out a ‘contact us’ form to contact support, then they never get back to you. If you try to reply to the initial email asking them to follow up, they reply with an email telling you to fill out a contact form, but never reply to the initial support email, they ignore it. I have been waiting for a month to receive help regarding my account and still haven’t received it.
If u try to upload ID for unemployment instead of app allowing u to do that it dents you to help center how to do it. Is not helpful at all. Is also not possible to add address. It pull all out my Google account. What if I don’t want my personal address of phone number to be attached to Google account. This makes no sense.
It’s unfortunately your company has a problem with your app that needs to be upgraded or updated to use operate correctly. Unfortunately, your app does not allow. Anyone to sign in unfortunately through the app it comes up with an air report.
App over all is great however when signing in for an individual acct they have everything for teachers first responders and military etc... I just wanted for Nevada PUA SS# green card and state ID Looks like you have to contact support and that takes a while.
It won’t let me add my address or photo Id to my profile. I’ve submitted request for help since March and only get I’m sorry for delay emails. W/o this being verified I can’t get unemployment. No # to call either. Don’t start something that’s not ready
I have submitted my identification more than 20 times and the unemployment still can’t identify me or say it incomplete I’m tired and frustrated you can’t get a live person or nothin I can’t get my unemployment until this stupid thing identifies me.
I have been waiting for contact for almost 2 months to verify my identification for unemployment been without money for two months desperate get it together please we’re in a pandemic
They never call you back send you messages saying they will contact you and never do Not sure why Unemployment hired this company they don’t do their job like they promise
Unable to renew resident card in app and website. Takes you back to log in repeatedly when you attempt to renew. Two tickets submitted to help desk and no response.
Won’t let you sign up if they don’t like your email address. They want to take as much of your personal info as they can and sell it to whomever pays $$$ Ethical? I think not.
Customer service is level zero people are loosing out on benefit’s because there is no help. Oh and I need a nickname for this crappy review and they all been taken what a joke.
