Idle Cinema Empire: Idle Games

In general, this is an excellent casual game with attractive painting style, many kinds of interesting buildings and scenes, and many upgradable projects, several of which can be upgraded every day. Watching my movie theater being built little by little, the audience is increasing, and I feel a sense of accomplishment while playing. It seems that I created this world and people here like the environment here, oh, I really like this kind of game. I can play it whenever and wherever I go to and from work every day. It can start at any time and continue my previous play history. I am not a heavy user, I just want to increase the interest of life through it, so for example, when the upgrade list is stuck, I solved the problem by clicking on the upgrade of buildings. I hope the project team can continue to optimize and produce more scene maps to make the product more interesting, I am looking forward to it

I’ve owned this game for just a couple days, while the game play is very addicting and right up y alley as I love idle games, this game is Deff not very “idle” in the sense that other games use it, For example, other games usually let you spend the currency you make in game on managers or things to give you boosts while your away this game on the other hand wants you to pay 6-11$ multiple time for certain boost, for example you can watch 6 ads on adventure capitalist and you get 24 hours worth of rewards boosting without having to spend any irl money, this game you watch 6 ads and only get 1 hour worth of boost, if you want a higher boost you have to spend irl dollars. Any boost you want your watching ad, which is pretty standard, but the amount of ads you have to watch since your boost are for such little, you end up watching way more ads then you would in most other idle games, 15$ to remove seems hefty, and personally way above what I would pay. Season pass is 6$ which again is far more then I would pay, but I’m not a season pass person. Final words would be addictive gameplay gets over shadowed by pay walls and ads every corner you turn. Maybe if the developer offers some sales down the line I would be inclined to pay something.

Only things i really have problems with are the fact that it takes SO long to get the ampunts of gold coins they want for upgrades, i understand not wanting it to be easy, but 700 coins just to open a new theater? Thats like days of just watching the coin making businesses and grabbing them, not even to mention if you dont have the microtransations to let you grab the things on its own (which is what it should do normally). Also this isnt as much of a deal since ive now finished the first city, but you can only get idle profits in one theater at a time (the one you closed the game on) effectively getting rid of the whole “idle” experience. If anything the only thing i feel like needs changing is the insane incentives towards watching ads (i get that it makes you money but come on the whole screen is littered with pop ups about things to buy) and possibly the amounts of gold coins you can gather, or stop making the upgrades get to the point of needing thousands of coins just to upgrade your karaoke area. (EDIT) I just bought one of the dumb microtransations thats supposed to “automatically collect your gold coins” but guess what, it doesnt even do it while youre offline, so it’s essentially useless. Very cool!

normally i don’t leave reviews whether i dislike or like the game, but this game scratches a special part of my brain. other games make me feel like i have to purchase something at some point in order to make the game more enjoyable but i don’t feel the same with this one even when i watch ads. my only suggestion is a way to collect all the stars simultaneously as it’s a bit finicky and slow when you have to click each one to collect.

As a cinephile and as someone who used to work at a theater, I was super happy when I saw this game come up. Positive thoughts: It’s super addicting. I love getting new movies and upgrading older movies. I love the knock off titles for films, cracks me up. But, unfortunately that’s where the positive thoughts end. Negative thoughts: I don’t mind ad supported games, at all, but this game is one that takes it to a new level. And it gets in the way of the, actually really fun game that’s been made. Also, not enough movie titles pop up quick enough to fill up your auditoriums. I recognize it’s part of the game, but with all the REAL movies that are out. I think there is a better system. Right now it seems like you’re working with. C and up titles. I think there should be D titles as well that are filler films basically. Films that don’t duplicate as much which makes it harder go upgraxde, but you can fill your theaters up without having empty time slots anc I think it would help the progression of the game. Everything else is great it just needs 1 more lower tier of films and more titles in general. Fix that, and maybe revise the ad structure a bit, and you have a perfect game. A perfect game for film fans. All in all, even with my issues I’m addicted and can’t wait to see how far I can get my theater.

I've had a lot of fun with this game, today marks one week of playing it everyday. However, I'm noticing that it does not do the things it's supposed to do. If I log back into the game after not playing for 2 hours, I'll typically have made 2.4 million dollars in the game. When I go to bed for the night and then check the app when I wake up 8 hours later, I will have made 2.1 million dollars. Why does it cap how much you can make? This doesn't make sense. Also, for some strange reason, it's like the app knows when I'm home. You can watch ads in this game for different prizes, and for some reason, it won't let me watch ads when I'm home. In the car? Sure. At work? Absolutely! At home? Not a chance. It just shows a loading animation anytime I've tried watching an ad while at home. Also, at the end of everyday, you get a bonus for being at a certain place on the leaderboards. Well, the time you get the reward is at 2300 central time (when the leaderboard closes). However, if you're not awake and on the app at that time, they don't give you the reward. You like going to sleep at a decent time? Tough luck, you're not going to benefit from the time you're putting into the game! I've enjoyed this game a lot, like I said. However, if these things don't change I'll be deleting the app soon because I've spent too much time on it for these little frustrating events to keep happening, it's making me not enjoy the game anymore.

I really like that you can play this game offline and that you’re not forced to watch ads if you don’t want to. The graphics are fun and colors bright. Fun concept for a game. My biggest complaint is that if I’m spending gems or even real money to get a movie for my theater, it should be guaranteed to be one I don’t already have. I get lots of repeated movies, no matter how I select them, which wouldn’t be as big of a deal if I could just put it in one of my other theaters, but this game doesn’t even give you the selection if it’s a duplicate. You end up wasting your gems or tickets. So, my tip would be to not spend real cash for gems or tickets. Otherwise, great game! Only a couple minor manageable glitches.

I have played this game a lot, ever since the newest update I can’t play ads to ear stuff. This is frustrating because I enjoy the ads to make it solely pay to advance. I like doing it for movies or the little hammers to unlock new things, or even quests when you can watch an add to do them/get more. But ever since the most recent update I cannot watch ads. I tried to uninstall it and redownload it DO NOT TRY THAT. I lost all progress. Which makes not being able to see the ads more frustrating. Still can’t watch ads even after redownload. I’m not sure what the error is but if fixed I would give this game 5 stars.

So, I got this game about 2 months ago. It sits in a carousel of games I charcoal nightly before bed. It’s a fairly typical idle game with a WAY overblown game economy and a short life span. I’ve gotten to the end of the 2nd area, which is the last one. The map has said “Coming Soon” for the next area since I started. Apparently the word “soon” has lost all its meaning to app developers. Or, they have no intention of updating it and just collect whatever money you spend on it. DON’T SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. It’s not big enough or long enough to spend the RIDICULOUS prices for in-app purchases. I have almost every movie you can collect, I’ve maxed out on money, no tasks left and no where to go. It’s fun, but not for long, unless the devs want to do something with it. Willing to change my review rating if they add on, or at least temper the level of pricing they’ve set. Seriously, does anyone, who’s not a launderer, spend $60 and up for crappy temporary boosts in a game that barely lasts 3 weeks if you play it right? This was a fun game and I enjoyed playing it for a bit. I spent money to upgrade and to bypass the ads. Very much worth it at first. I then got halfway through the second level. Have millions of coins, but there is no way to upgrade my power plant anymore. Everything is greyed out and, though I have enough money to buy more generators, the game just won’t allow it. When contacting the developers multiple times, I am asked (in a very poor translation) to be patient with them and then they go back to ignoring me. Could be a fun game if they actually cared. Unfortunately, this game was just quickly developed to steal your money. Just like all these new games Chinese-developed that have flooded the market. Avoid this game.

Once you unlock the second location you can only earn income from each location at a time. I understand why the currency shouldn't mix because you would have too much acquired from the beach and building the city cinema would be too easy. BUT you should still earn the passive income from the beach location while you are selected, and working, on the new location. Also, when you close the app you only earn income from the location you were last on which makes it impossible to upgrade both.

I love everything about the game the controls are pretty simple it isn’t complicated I do feel like the money flow is not that fast even with a lot of upgrades another thing is the ads do get really annoying but it really does help if you get the no ads purchase because you get instant reward which is really nice but so far it’s a really nice, relaxing n time consuming game.

It’s cool reason only 3 stars is that it doesn’t refresh the game in the background (I left the app in the background last night then when I opened the app this morning it just basically unpaused and didn’t give me any offline rewards) then to top it all off the rewards from yesterday’s leaderboards didn’t go into my account per se it showed the notification/popup of delivering the reward but when I go to the store page to use the gold ticket to get a new movie the ticket wasn’t there. Please fix thank you (I was first in yesterday’s leaderboard)

I started out loving this game. Completely addicted. I was playing this game for hours every day. But suddenly it began glitching and won’t let my buy more power for my cinema. So now I can’t complete tasks or level anything out because it maxed out the power. I have the money for it in the game and it basically put my game at a stand still. It flashes low power at me IN THE POWER STATION instead of letting my upgrade the power station to fix the situation. I’m really just not sure what to do after investing so much time in such a fun game.

If you like to pay to upgrade things it’s very expensive. They have two maps out - and that’s it. Hoping to see more soon, but I finished the maps weeks ago -while I can daily log on to get my away money, and download more movies, there’s little else to do. Developer- do your job and add more maps!

I have never played a game like this before some things in the advertisement aren’t real like for example, I saw in the advertisement you could change the prices for the tickets for each film, which is not true . I would also like to see instead of the people leaving the building after they watch one movie you would think the customers would stay until they watched all the movies . Instead of moving to a new theater after you complete the first one they should have done a timeline where you start of in 1919 and continue on for 110 years.

Loved playing and completing the first theater and after all my playing time I was excited to unlock another location. Unfortunately I was beyond disappointed. 1st the locations have no connection your money doesn’t cross over. 2 when your on one theater you don’t make any money from the other one. Super annoying and frustrated. There absolutely no crossover between the two and just seems like a lazy way to keep people playing. Hope this game makes the changes needed, and I would HAPPILY play again.

I’ve only had this game for 2 days and it’s pretty good so far. The only thing that is really really annoying is the arrow at the bottom of the screen pointing at the +50% button that has you watch a add. It pops up every 2 to 3 seconds. It is extremely annoying. I don’t understand why the developers found it so necessary to put it in the game.

Overall, the game is really fun, the only issue I have is, it is the amount of in at purchases that line the side of the screen. I don’t mind them having the app purchases since it is a free game and it’s actually very fun but the problem is it takes away from the actual game when they’re all over the screen with different offers.

I’m being 100% honest when I say there is 0 ads. The only time you get an ad is when you choose to tap on one to get extra benefits and even then they are really short. (Btw I didn’t pay for the no-add thingy) anyways it’s really well made so I would recommend trying to and see for yourself

This mostly ad friendly game. Is entertaining to say the least. Once you get going it moves pretty fast. There should be a way to upgrade or have a new game plus. The ad free version is $15 which I haven’t spent on but the ads are fairly undistruptive and don’t interfere with normal game play. The movie titles are hilarious too.

Like other idle games it will hook you in the beginning with building your cinema and the loot box mechanic for acquiring movies to play in your cinema. But once you reach the second cinema the game introduces a third currency and the game slows to a crawl unless you’re willing to pay real money for the currency you’ll need to progress. You will become disengaged and move on to something else.

I’ve been playing for a couple weeks now and have gotten to the next cinema being opened and really enjoy the game but I’ve been having an issue with it saying all of the movies have already been played at the beginning of the day, so I’m not really getting any customers in the auditorium. I have only been playing this game for a 3 days, it's very addicting. I have not been able to get my extra money or points through the ads for 2 days now. You get 6 movies free and extra money daily, however where the button to redeem them is not working. There is a circle the keeps swirling around and around. It's been doing it for 2 days. I already deleted the app by mistake and lost all my progress.

I feel like this could be a good game but it feels more like an afk to get good type of thing. It relays on ads way to much and if you don’t watch ads, your gonna be siting there waiting for your movies to make money. Not to mention how good the rewards are for spending money. I think people want a game wheee it’s is still fun and a little more playable without spending money or watching ads.

This is such a fun game! I’m addicted. I’d give it 5 stars if the customers didn’t get angry and leave because there’s no movie showing when there absolutely is a movie showing. Also the scrolling ‘Now Showing’ time bar at the top always says no movies showing today but I have a full schedule. Sounds like technical problems rather than user error, I think. If that wasn’t such an annoyance I’d give it 5 stars.

It’s a okay game not too exciting not too boring. I will say times to build things become a little too long and it really is a pay to win or at least watch 10 ads to win. The prices for upgrades also become ridiculous but overall fun to play if you are tired of literally everything else.

The game is good, but when it comes to videos to earn money or new movies, you got a 50% chance it’ll actually work. I’ve gotten so many black screens after the video finished and didn’t get the reward, having to close and reopen the app to try again.

When I open this app when the people are going to watch the movie the people do not go to watch it and when I check the movie list the movies are already played and I got 0 dollars for that please fix it

I landed on both the 100k & 300k in-game currency rewards on the lucky wheel several times and was never given the amount due I liked collecting the different movies & rewards since they’re actually possible to achieve, but this was a weird loss on their part. I don’t recommend the ads for rewards cause they’re not worth it & don’t always give you what they’re supposed to.

I love the game however if you have multiple devices your purchases do not transfer over to your other device. Do you have to purchase upgrades for each device. Upgrades are expensive and there are a lot of ads as the prices were lowered or possibly even transfer purchases between devices it would be better.

This is one of the idle game that i actually have such fun time to play. It don't slap you in the face with ad every 10 second. Compare to other game i play this one pretty solid. U can watch add to earn more cash, as you please. One thing for sure is u're gonna get addicted playing lol🤭

This game is a very fun game and I could play for hours. The only downside is that you can’t even do or upgrade anything without having to watch an ad that is 30 seconds long and you can’t skip them either.

The ads are not really disruptive of game play, and if you buy any thing else it will end the game quickly. I maxed out the entire venue and have nothing to do now. It just stops. Uninstalling due to it being over. Great game while it lasted, though.

I completely love this game because I bought it one day because I was really bored but there’s one problem with it I was I was playing a ton of times and I keep buying game. I keep buying movies and when I go to insert my movies, one of the movies I bought isn’t there like I buy like five movies and then only like two or three of them there, so I only give three stars

Everything is nice and well thought of when it comes to mechanics and the movies everything is really fun except the consistent nagging to buy some boost or manager that will cost $5 but bring me a 15% increase of income it does tend to get irritating I just wish they would have it there but not constantly going “ hey buy my crap boost”

Yeah, fix your game please. At the snack counter, clicking on the customers to speed up sale of snacks is a nightmare. It keeps clicking on the counter itself and I have to go back and forth, in and out of the upgrade window for it just to advance sale. Annoying

I’ve been playing this game non stop since I got it. The wife and kids left a long time ago but that made me play the game even more. I now have the biggest theater world wide and am just better. (Sabrina come back please)

In this game there is a bunch of stuff to do! In all games like this you usually finish it in 2-5 days. Not this game! It entertains you for suuuucchhhh a long time! It took me 5 months to finish this game and I played every single day! You have to play this now.

Compared to a lot of idle games this has the better side of qualities it’s more unique and has more than a whole lot to offer I would definitely recommend this to even people who just stared playing idle games

It’s a really fun game you can play it offline I also like the time they put into this game the colors are bright and the game is really enjoyable I played this game yesterday for 5 hours and I seem to enjoy thank you to the creators who made this game. -Aiden Gerritsen

Game was all good and started out fun, but now it’s stuck. Says my power is too low and won’t allow me to upgrade anything even though I have plenty of money to update things. It’s been a couple of days and my power level at the top of the screen says it’s at full capacity but the power room still says it’s low and game won’t progress.

I would give this game 5 stars but there’s a glitch that won’t let me progress forward in the daily check in. I don’t know if it restarts after I sign in for seven consecutive days, but at least have a record so I know otherwise I just think it’s a glitch.

This is good for a past time. I have found one bug though with the Spin wheel. I put the 5X multiplier but for some reason with money specifically it doesn’t give you the full amount. I was supposed to get 6.5 million, and it only gave me 1X which was 1+ Million. Very frustrating and a waste of resources. Otherwise, fairly fun game

I’ve almost fully maxed out the second theater in a fairly short amount of time. I hope the dev team puts more focus on maps and less with the new features they’re currently adding. Overall a fun game though

I love the graphics and how on the top it shows what movies next and stuff like that. I also like how it doesn’t need WiFi to play so if I’m on a really long trip to somewhere this will be my game to play!

The ad provider forces me to remove the game. I believe it’s called Lyftoff. I was capable of clicking the corner “shield” that provided a privacy statement from the advert. This provider has made me take off ALL GAMES do to something in their optimization or coding, no clue. All I know is that the screen goes black with no way of returning to game or claiming the bonus. The provider’s “shield” and “X” show eventually, but exit won’t work.

Pretty fun game, put a few hours into it by now. 40% of it is add watching which can be a bit annoying at times but I really don’t care. Fun and satisfying game about upgrading your movie theater and making more and more money (mainly through adds) 4/5 stars

I wasted 8.99 of my money on the 1 season pass and when I got the tickets thing I kept getting the same movie I already had and including the free chest the same movie that I had so not worth the wait 2 hours just to get the same movies but the game is fun!

My customers are randomly leaving at the waiting area and I don’t know why all my movies are in at the time they should be but when I try to gain more money and upgrade the waiting area nothing happens what do I do?
