Surprisingly wonderful!

When I first saw this, I was skeptical. Vampires? And historic figures as vampires? That’s corny! But I got it and it was absolutely amazing. Everything runs smoothly, the layout of the game is elegant and perfect, the art style is beautiful, and the story is touching! I took Arthur’s route and I just finished it. I highly recommend his route. His first impressions are annoying, which is why hardly anyone chooses him. Most people choose Napoleon or Leonardo. But choose Arthur! There’s a reason why he acts the way he does and it’s very touching and bittersweet. If you don’t like his route at the beginning, please play all the way through. Don’t judge him too quickly... There are a lot of characters you can’t choose yet, and of course there is an in game currency that is hard to get (diamonds) which is my only issue. But the story writing was well written and the characters have depth! I found this game so so shockingly well made! I highly recommend!!

Don’t spend money it’s not worth it

The main stories have been very good so far but my main issues come with the quality of the events and side stories. It is very much a gamble on whether or not the content of the stories will be good, especially paid things like the epilogues or popular character stories in the kiss events. I have spent plenty of dollars on this game and have been disappointed at the storytelling and “action” that they often promise the content will have. They also sometimes don’t even have avatar gifts for completing some story events like they didn’t have designs prepared or anything. There is also a completely useless money system of gold along with the diamond that you can’t use to buy anything but the normal bonus stories for the main storyline. I have an absurd amount of gold and absolutely nothing to spend it on. Also there is some noticeable variation in the quality of art of the characters. For example Arthur’s hands are atrociously large. Like a seriously absurd size. And it is noticeable the variation in the details they put into the characters design. Like some characters have shading and lines in their hands that others completely lack. It’s just a sloppy look that’s disappointing especially for us that choose to pay money. Don’t even get me started on the scene of the night sky with the stars over the black part of the moon. That’s such a basic thing they could have avoided with one single search... it bothers me to no end lol

Love but changing historical figures gender is problematic

So this game is truly amazing and the romance is incredibly written but one of the characters, who should be the Joan of Arc is changed into a male, now named Jean. This is so highly problematic I can’t even explain so shortly. Joan of Arc was a real woman and her entire life story and significance had a major impact on women everywhere, it is essential that she always is interpreted as a woman. Her struggles were one only women could face and her successes belong to women, not to be washed up as a man. If there’s anything her life story has taught us- is to GIVE CREDIT TO WOMEN. The change of her gender is not only offensive- it is highly sexist and tone-deaf. She did not die her death only to be later dishonored and even stripped of her gender. I get it that this game is trying to appeal to straight female audiences but why not just use another male historical figure instead of changing a famous female historical figure? This is very wrong. If you really want Joan of Arc, keep her gender and write it as a wlw storyline. A real romance writer will know how to work with that, and if you can’t write wlw or anything lgbtq related- then just don’t write romance at all. Again, the game is written beautifully but PLEASE diversify it. Allow the MC to be available in all races, and allow routes for different genders.

Intriguing, but costly!

I love the story and the graphics and sound effects are really well done! I wish there were a way to just pay a flat rate for the stories, because it seems unnecessary to have a social/battle aspect to this game. All in all, I would recommend this with a little patience because it does seems to be a great story so far. Unfortunately, chapters are very short and it’s costly to try and progress if you consider paying to move forward. I’ve paid for other games before, but I’d say this is more costly than others compared to the length of the content that you get. For the free options, you can watch ads to get diamonds, but you only get 1 diamond per ad and there’s a limit on the ads. It’s disproportionately difficult to use this method to get free diamonds when I don’t believe there are any paid options below 100 diamonds. They also unfortunately use TapJoy which is glitchy at best and scammy at worst. I’ve never seen TapJoy work correctly in other games that I’ve seen that have it integrated. TapJoy is one of those companies that gives you diamonds in exchange for completing an action or purchasing something. It’s great IN THEORY, but I have never heard of it it working properly and it’s unfortunate that it’s linked with this game.

So fun and charming! However...

So far the game has been very entertaining and heartwarming, but a few things bother me. It’s quite crowded. You have to go to two or three places in order to get a mission done, which is easy to understand after persisting through it but very confusing when you don’t understand why you didn’t get the reward for completing something. The chapter tickets are very patchy, maybe you can do to them like you do with the stamina? Get a few tickets every few hours, just to keep players interesting. And everything is too expensive!!! You have to spend 300 diamonds on ONE gatcha! I understand that as a free game you need to make money somehow, but it’s clear to see that the game panders to those who are willing to pay a lot for diamonds and tickets. I’m fine with getting caught up for the fun of it, but if having diamonds and gatcha coins are required for beauty points and intimacy points; and all your in-game items cost 5000 diamonds when all you give us is 50 at a time? At some point we’re gonna hit a stand off where I cannot play until I get enough diamonds for the item required. Please just adjust the messed up in-game currency system if anything else, that would make the game(s) 10x better!

Can't even play it 😐

I've had this app downloaded on my phone for almost a month now and in that time i've tried countless times to play this app but I can't. The screen that first pops up when you start the app comes on fine but after that the screen goes completely black and won't load or anything just gets stuck on a black screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app countless times but it's not working for me. Amazingly just today I managed to get past the black screen to the part where you have to agree to their conditions by either clicking okay or cancel I hit okay but the okay button grayed out and the screen got stuck again and wouldn't do anything. I just deleted the app and reinstalled it again for the millionth time but if it doesn't work after this i'm deleting it for good.... i'm VERY upset that I can't play this app because 1.) i've heard such good things about it (so good in fact that i've been dying to play it all this time) and 2.) I play two other otome apps that were made by this same company: Ikémen Revolution and Ikémen Sengoku and I LOVE both of them so it was a no brainer that this otome would be just as good. Bottom line is don't get your hopes up too much when downloading this app because what's happening to me might happen to you too 😞

Love the game but need to work on the diamonds

I truly love this game if I could give it a higher rating I would but I have several issues with the game and they are the diamonds in order to complete the story or different muse you need to get more diamonds to do that and that requires money, now not everyone is made of money and can’t constantly buy 50 dollars iTunes cards to be Abel to get more diamonds, I wish you would make it easier to get larger number of diamonds when you play the game, I don’t like the tap joy free diamonds or how you have to get them that is very uncomfortable to just send your info out there, the free diamond if you watch videos need to be like 50 diamonds or higher than just the 1 diamonds you get when you do that option, I would also like to see the different set you do for event to less expensive and easier to get along with doing the events for longer times so people like myself will have more opportunities to play the events and get the sets with each event, I think you really need to make it more affordable and easier for your fans to get the items and merchandise for the game especially in the USA.

Too expensive but you can make it up!

I’ve been playing the game for a while now and I’d give it five stars, but the diamonds are a real problem, they cost a lot of money and make you put your personal information, first of all I’m not made of money, second of all I wouldn’t be putting my personal information on any website unless it’s required, I can’t even get the premium story because I never have enough diamonds for it, and if you ask me “why don’t you save up” well it’s not like I haven’t tried that, at this point diamonds are so hard to get I always end up giving up, but you can fix this, at least put ads that make you get 400 diamonds or something, I also wanted to talk about another thing, the chapter stories are too short, but hey thats okay, if only I had more diamonds too buy more tickets, it’d be fine, but no I can’t even buy anything with diamonds. I don’t want to seem as rude, even if I probably did right now, I won’t play the game unless this diamond problem is fixed, it’s making me go insane, this is the first review I’ve written and I really hate writing reviews, so please hear me out on this one.

Missing relatability

Hello! The game is a very wonderful and fun game and I like the aspects that differ it from other otomes. I love the battle feature incredibly. And, personally, I like the fact that we are only granted one chapter a day. It makes sure that I don’t stay on the app for hours upon hours. Now, I’m going to focus on a rather big, yet small aspect of the game. That would be the avatar customization. Perhaps I missed a way to change this but, I feel as if there should be a way to change your avatar’s ethnicity. Otherwise, the game lacks relatability for many. Granted, the player is described as Japanese, but I don’t think that’s a good excuse for lack of skin color choices. I would ask for a more gender-neutral aspect of the game, but I don’t believe that, at this point, is possible, since the game is almost halfway done. These encounters do not effect me, but I can see frustrating situations occurring for others. Those are my biggest problems with the game so far. Otherwise, I will keep playing and eagerly awaiting the stories and updates.

I love it, but I have a problem...

I like love the game! With the graphics and everything, it makes the whole storyline come together. I just have a problem with wanting the premium story. I understand that you need the money for the development of other games, and that’s understandable. But for some people they can’t buy the diamonds or use any of the offers to get free diamonds. It would be very helpful if you were able to get affordable offers for diamonds, such as playing a game until you reach the main building to level 10 or something around those lines. I’ve said the things about other games, like Destiny Ninja 2+ and other Shall We Date? games, thought they have fallen into the same predicament, not having affordable offers. This is just a problem with me, but I would really like to be able to play the premium routes and not have to pay for the diamonds. I do love this game and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the diamond problem. I hope to take my suggestions into consideration.

An engrossing storyline, a gross paywall system

The different stories and varying options are amazing, even despite the short story chapters. You get five free story tickets per day, the bachelors have 25+ chapters with 5 parts per chapter that cost one ticket each. You can buy more tickets with diamonds, which are outrageously expensive. It would take at least 25 days to finish one bachelor’s storyline with the free tickets—except there are even more paywalls hidden behind “battles” and “avatar challenges” where you must buy cosmetic items or wait hours to have enough stamina to battle to accrue more points, etc. It’s a very exhausting system and too much to keep track of. The general story is overall very cute and intriguing, but I wish I could just pay a flat price for access to the whole game and all of the stories. If you compare this to dating sims on PC or console, $40 for the whole game is about the most I’d pay for such a thing. The devs of this game are undoubtedly raking in much more than that thanks to whales, but for those of us who aren’t made of money, it’s a big obstacle with no way to get around it. All I want is to read the story. :(

Avatar Challenged From Hell

I’m going to start off with the good aspects of the game: it’s a unique story line, each character has a different personality and the art and animation are very good. I’m even okay with 5 tickets that get me through 1 Chapter per day. With that being said, the avatar and intimacy challenges are hell!! I couldn’t care less what the avatar I never see looks like. Why should I spend 22K gold or 450 diamonds just to buy the REQUIRED “normal” outfit that won’t even unlock special features? It’s ridiculous! I’m currently stuck, unable to move to another chapter until I change my avatar and I have nowhere near enough gold or diamonds to do that, even if I battled for gold throughout the week, so my 5 free tickets will go to waste for all those days. I spend thousands on another otome game company where my money actually goes into the story and not some avatar, so I am not inclined to purchase an outfit for this one. I had high hopes for the game but am quite disappointed with this gold/diamond/avatar system. I will be uninstalling after finishing the first route.

First off, how in the WORLD did y’all come up with this idea??? I saw an ad and didn’t pay attention to it at first but after like the 5th time seeing it, i downloaded, cuz you know, vampires. BUT I HAD NO IDEA THE VAMPIRE ARE DEAD PEOPLE. When MC was surprise you KNOW I was surprised too omg. Aside from that, here is actual review. If I could I would give this a 4.5. The game is easy to navigate, you can easily get to a point where you want to go without any trouble. Everything is well made and the voice actors did an amazing job. Mc In Leonardo’s route does not seem to be weak like every other Mc in a game. Aside from that, the art style is amazing. And money wise? Its fantastic how we can get diamonds without paying because I’m broke so.... Furthermore, this game doesn’t seem like it’s complete because the other routes that aren’t done yet -that’s one reason why I say 4.5. The Other reason is, the events need to be more... eventful. I’m not going to be toooooo effify with It now because you guys have to finish the other guys first (there’s like 7 more). Other than that it’s a cool game. High recommend you to download it!!!!!! I cant say much for plot because I’m like ep 8 Leonardo so... Also!!!! I love the card feature it gives the game more zing. Aight bye ;)

Great

I’ve been playing IkeVamp, IkeRev, and IkeSen for 5 months now and I love all three Cybrid games, but this is my least favorite (not counting Midnight Cinderella). I really love the art style and story events, but the main routes get boring after a while. I’m on my 7th route right now, and the plot line pretty much follows the exact same sequence of events for every love interest unlike the other games so everything is really predictable. As for the in-game currency and stuff that a lot of reviewers are complaining about, I actually don’t have any problem with it. Even though this is my 7th play through, I haven’t spent a single cent on the game. When you first start out, make 50 friends then greet them everyday to earn gold; it’s kind of a hassle, but you can probably stop after a month if you’re consistent with love lessons. Do love lessons every few hours, log in daily for the login bonuses, and max out the dramatic and romantic points to get 300 diamonds for finishing a route.

Currency

I love the game, don’t get it wrong. But when you have to do the Avatar Challenge, the player barely has enough gold to even get the regular item(s), never mind the premium item(s). You could also purchase the item(s) with diamond, but the item(s) ask for so much diamonds! I understand you need to make money somehow but this is ridiculous. Once the player purchase the item(s) the player barely have anything left, then 4 or 5 chapters later you have to do it again but the player won’t have any good or diamonds left. (Spanish) Me encanta el juego, no te equivoques. Pero cuando tienes que hacer el Deaafío Avatar, el jugador apenas tiene suficiente oro para obtener incluso los artículos premium. Tambíen puede comprar los artículos con diamantes, ipero los artículos piden tantos diamantes! Entiendo que de alguna manera necesitas ganar dinero, pero esto es ridículo. Una vez que el jugador compra el (los) artículo(s), al jugador apenas le queda nada, entonces 4 o 5 capítulos más tarde debe volver a hacerlo, pero al jugador no le quedará ningún bien o diamantes.

The so-called ‘Avatar Challenge’

While I enjoy this guilty pleasure and it can be fun. It’s annoying when the Avatar Challenge comes up. One of the reasons is you HAVE to buy a digital outfit to even continue with the story. I do the battles every day to keep up the intimacy levels but sometimes I don’t have enough gold to continue, so you’re forced to have to wait or buy diamonds to continue. A clear scam. Furthermore, if you do the ‘normal’ attire, you can’t keep the story? That’s just rude! It’s like saying- if you’re not going to spend REAL money on our game, you can’t keep it! I get it’s fun but seriously, it’s a cheap and easy romance where a girl is surrounded by all these handsome men. I guess I’ll just stick with the battles because it’s nearly impossible to achieve diamonds unless you buy them and what about Gatcha? Good luck getting tokens for that. Again, another scam. Girls, don’t drain your bank account for something you can’t physically use. It’s a game that is designed to drain your wallet.

Fun but..

I found this game from playing their Ikémen Sengoku series and it’s been a frustrating transition. The battle system is unnecessary and confusing, and each battle gives you pennys in gold in comparison to what you need to buy clothing items for avatar challenges to progress the story. I’ve been playing for about 20 days now and have 2,000 gold, but need 8,000 to progress the story. Each battle only gives you 10-50 gold per battle, so at best I’ll have to wait about a week to read the story again if I’m consistently coming back to the app and getting perfect battle scores. I know this is their way of fishing for you to spend money on diamonds but it’s a little much. I will say though, the art and animation is way better than the effort they put towards the Sengoku series. I enjoy the story and the characters so far, but like I said I have to spend the next week grinding the app for gold in order to continue.

Another great Cybird game

I’ve played quite a few Cybird games now, and I enjoy Vampire just as much as the others. The writing has always been a strong point for Cybird’s otome games and it keeps me coming back for more every time. Each of the boys hit an archetype but also manage to be fresh and original through their own twists. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy Vampire as much as I did Revolution, Sengoku and MidCin. The idea of the vamps being real historical figures that a western audience knew was a little unsettling (I had the same problem for Sengoku but to a lesser extent because... those boys weren’t dead in universe) but the story is still very immersive. I miss the Sengoku early route split and I wish they would bring that back so there’s more differences between the romantic and dramatic routes. That being said, the events have been great, and I’m looking forward to the release of the rest of the routes, Dazai in particular.

Lovely! But too short and too costly

I love the story! It’s amazing the way each character is the thought through and how their desires are all different but the story follows a close story line but not close enough to be bored with choosing someone else. I just wish the tickets had a different way to be earned or bought. The prices are too expensive and you only get 5 a day which isn’t close to enough. You should try an hourly thing. Another game I play makes you wait 3 hours for one ticket but at least with that one ticket the story/part is long. Yours are short and we don’t even get that many tickets. It really is wonderful but your rewards aren’t that well either. Your gacha you have to buy which you don’t have for your other one. I still love all your games I just wish you would make it more affordable or make it so the tickets are faster to get. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this though!

Great Game!

So... I have a pretty pleasant history with this game overall. Well, not just pleasant, I have an AMAZING experience with this game. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, probably 9 or such. I understand that you guys need the time and such, but can you guys extend the overall plot of the characters? I mean, I love how each character has a story, but overall the events need to be a tad bit more eventful. Just a suggestion, otherwise this game is great! I know all these people complaining about the ticket system but the truth is, one chapter per day is really sufficient! I always like that system as it feels like you’re treating yourself to treat every day, instead of dissolving it all really quickly. Besides, the chapter are pretty long overall. 😊 😊😊

So far so good until..

I started playing the game yesterday immediately after it was downloaded. I was very exited, I liked the characters’ designs and voice acting. But after finishing the prologue chapters I couldn’t do anything, the game would show the loading screen then a pop-up appears saying I have connection issues and I need to restart the game… I did what the message had said and restarted the game but nothing happened, the loading screen would keep going and the message pops up again. I restarted the game multiple times- I even uninstalled it and installed it back again but nothing changed. I’m not sure if it’s something on my end or if it’s a bug/glitch but it makes me really sad that I can’t experience this game until this problem is resolved…

Easiest Ikemen game to play free

Of all the Ikemen series games, this one is the best to play if you are unsure about spending money. You can do well in events if you play frequently since it’s not as popular as some of the other titles and the characters and stories are great! I didn’t expect to spend money on anything in the game but I grew so attached to a couple of the suitors and appreciate the English team so much I decided it was worth it. Luckily, the game is easy to play free so I was able to come to that decision myself instead of feel like I had to pay to enjoy the game at all. If you’re interested in trying mobile otome, this one is a good pick.

Kind of Fun

This game is kind of fun but it’s so incredibly difficult to earn currency, free or otherwise, that it will take me forever to earn enough free gold and diamonds to get past the part of the story I’m in. Yeah, you can do the actual story for free with the free story tickets you get each day but with the avatar checks that require gold or gems to pass- and you can only earn gems through watching videos for one gem each or completing surveys that take 20 minutes or more and earn you very little reward in return. And the only way I’ve seen so far to earn gold is through battles with other players, but you get maybe 50 to 100 gold per battle. I’m at a point where I need 20,000 gold and it’s going to take me a literal month to get that far. It’s actually making me want to delete the game, because I just don’t have that kind of time and energy to devote to a game that supposed to be free.

LOVE but

It has nothing to do with the system just kind of the story line. I really don’t like how they took one the strongest and oldest female figures in history (Joan of Arc) and turned her into a male for the sake of the game. There’s so many strong males in history so many that one might believe history stands for (his)story. Why not choose a powerful leader of the past? One who’s already male? I’m aware this is not history class and it’s just an Otome game but I guess knowing that there was so many options and yet they still chose to make one of the only woman that they even add into the world history curriculum into a man. It didn’t sit right with me. The renaissance had so many powerful men they could’ve chosen one more from that Era. Or an emperor or something.

Fun game, just watch your wallet!

From the people who brought you the otome classic Ikemen Sengoku comes a tale of a contemporary travel agent who ends up time-traveling to the 19th century and being housed in a mansion full of hot vampires. Furthermore, each of these bloodsuckers was a famous historical figure while alive. This otome is well-written, the graphics are gorgeous, and the heroine has some backbone. There’s only four routes available as of this writing, but more should be coming in the near future - I started with Leonardo’s, and it had the mix of romance, drama, suspense and a bit of humor that makes an otome great. One caveat - it can be tempting to spend money on the mini-games within the game, especially the luck of the draw gatcha game and the special events - but try to stay away, they can become a trap pretty quickly!

Please fix The Diamond Issue

I’ve been a player for such a long time now and I’ve dropped and picked up the game recently. But just to remember why I stopped playing in the first place, the diamond system is so sketchy and completely absurd because it demands information and if not, a lot of money for what it has to offer you, it isn’t worth spending on this game. And alternatives are just unsafe for those who aren’t willing to submit information that is confidential. I have no problems with the characters or anything like that. Games have their ins and outs. But the overall risk factor the diamond issue brings is completely dumb. People shouldn’t have to risk leaking information just to get a few diamonds for a game. If anything, make the ads give more than just 1 diamond. At least in the hundreds would be good and fair.

Love this game

I’ve read all of Napoleon and all of Mozart and loved them both my only wish would be that the characters spoke in English or the accents of where these characters are from. I really think the characters are beautifully created and illustrated! Mozart’s story was my favorite because he was such an unpredictable character you didn’t know what he would say next!! And the customization with them using your name it made it such a cool experience!! I definitely will be waiting for more to read! Vampires have always intrigued me but with it mixed with incredible men from history it makes it impossible to not buy more diamonds to continue reading and interacting

Beautiful game

So I’ve recently gotten into dating sims after resisting for quite some time because I thought it would be weird. I downloaded this game and I’m pretty impressed. The graphics are beautiful and the voice acting is pretty good too. I don’t mind reading the story in short bursts cause I find it more exciting, but I do think the diamonds are way too expensive. I know that the developers need to make money, but I think they could at least be a little more generous with free diamonds and other items. Maybe a daily mission system?? Overall, I don’t regret downloading this game at all. Yes the MC is kind of annoying and it’s cheesy at times, but which one of these games isn’t? The beautiful illustrations, stories, and atmosphere make up for it.

I LIVE for Ikemen Vampire ❤️

This Otome game is so awesome with all the love triangles and the choices of characters. A huge suggestion that would improve the game is adding Theodorus because I know a lot of people like him since we don’t know so much about him. I personally want him and le Comté to be added because they are such amazing characters that need their stories told I bet a lot of people would really be happy if you added them in because they are the ones that we know quite a few details about but at the same time their background story and origin is still unknown especially for le Comte. So those are my suggestions that would make the Otome game even better! Thank you 😊

Okay… but…

The story is interesting, visuals are beautiful but only getting to read 5 small parts of a chapter a day (which can be finished in 10 minutes) before having to buy with real money diamonds to unlock another part of the story is ridiculous. Even if I spent $20 on this game I more than likely couldn’t even finish two routes of the many different characters. Unless you want to wait for the free tickets to replenish or watch literally 100 videos to get the 100 diamonds to read one single part of the next chapter this game doesn’t offer much of anything. I get on this app for maybe 20 minutes a day then I have to wait for my stamina to replenish and then more waiting to get tickets to continue reading. Such a large app that I barely use. Space waster 1.0

Great game! But...

So, overall this game is amazing and I absolutely love it! But I think the free gem offers are broken, maybe just a bug? I went to the free gem offers because I got an avatar challenge that required them, and I did one of the tasks that had a gem value of 2434 gems. I figured “Okay, maybe it just takes a little while to give me the gems I earned? It’s fine, I can wait”, but I came back an hour later and still hadn’t received my gems. Hopefully it’s just an easy fix and a minor bug, but it really annoyed me because I was super excited to continue the story. Other than that, this game is amazing and has a great plot and storyline (and all the characters are ADORABLE as well)! :)

The only reason as to why I downloaded this game was when I found out that Daisuke Hirakawa had voiced someone in this game (Which ended up being Shakespeare). When I first found what this game was about I was so confused and like, “What?😭”. The concept of historical men being vampires and drawn as anime characters was so funny to me until I got more fond of the storyline(and characters of course). Then suddenly…boom, I fell in love with Shakespeare…Isaac…Arthur…Comte…Vincent… Honestly, almost everyone in the game. (Yes, I’m ashamed😭) BUT HEY, at least I can laugh and hate on Will for being the biggest a-hole, drama queen, and the biggest stealer of my heart in this game. The story might be cheesy and cliché at times but it’s honestly worth through all the days of reading each chapter. Each and every chapter that I read just leaves me more hooked and it really just adds to the one of the reason why I’m still playing the game. (*Cough* one of them is will—*cough*) BUT OVERALL AMAZING GAME!!! (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

Not a lot of character development and backstories

I love the game a lot, especially with the animation, sound effects, and romance. However, there are two things that I want to talk about. 1.) Character development. The characters are shown to interact with one another and build upon these friendships in order to get ahead. However, there is not a lot of development with the characters individually. 2.) No backstories. The only times that I get to experience backstories are with either the loading screens with the characters, the interactions between the characters, or individually, as seen with Leonardo da Vinci, when he mentions Italy and the Fra Mauro map. Comte de Sainte-Germain, on the other hand, never mentions how he became a vampire.

Meh.

I’ve been a very active otome game player for years so this isn’t new for me. Played Leonardo’s route and after a few chapters, I realized I was bored out of my mind. Not sure if Cybird is just running out of ideas and characters, but this game just lacked a lot of spark for me. They’re trying too hard to keep things mysterious and I can also tell that Cybird has REALLY toned down any ounce of sexual excitement in their games from previous. It’s like they went from pg-13 to g (lol). Perhaps it has to do with Apple store’s strict app policies? Either way, I just can’t bring myself to play this game anymore (I’ve tried, several times)—the story and characters are just too bland, even if I throw money at them. IMO, there are much better otome games out there. 1 star because I’m a Cybird fan, 2 stars for the voices... not much else though. Really disappointed.

Longtime fan

A lot of the other reviews mention that this game is “costly”. This is definitely true if you’re trying to achieve particular paths, get higher ranks in rankings with other players, or have the ability to view certain choices. However! The plot and art are still phenomenal without these little things. I’ve played many of Cybird’s games including Midnight Cinderella, Ikemen Sengoku, Ikemen Revolution, and this one and never spent any money on it. If you strategize your items, you can get the endings you want without spending money! Seriously! These games are worth it!

Love this game

I don’t usual write a reviews about games like these however this one is really well done the stories are as wildly diverse as are it’s characters I also don’t often include their names. But in this case I’m going to make an exception because The preview of Mozarts story is as rich and beautiful as the very music which he composes. Each of these characters are unique and have personalities to match, not to mention that they are all really cute however Mozart is very very handsome I really like his violet eyes among other things. if you love stories about vampires time travel and history then you’ll love this app download it and check it out. This is amazing

I’ve never seen a game like this it’s amazing all the ways to customize your girl this game is like nothing I’ve seen I’ve played so many of these games before but this gives you so many options to choose from so many story lines I love how it differs with each boy it’s amazing although I’d love if you could add a reader thing for lager words I’m dislexic and have a lot of trouble reading so adding something like that could help out a lot but it just a suggestion definitely 5 star game I love it so much amazing work !!!

Definitely a charming game but..

I love the game and everything but I do feel like there are somethings that need to be fixed. The prices for about everything to the gachas, clothes, even the story itself are expensive and I get why. I think that there should be a gold option for every diamonds option there is, but it should just be a lot of gold instead of it just being diamonds. I’ve been playing for about a year and a half and I hardly have anything cause of the expensive prices. That’s the only thing that I find needs fixing in this game but overall the game is great and I would totally recommend it to all my friends

Absolutely love!

This game is amazing! It’s the very first otome game I ever played so it has a special place in my heart for sure. Mozart is hands down my most favorite, followed by Shakespeare at a close second. All of the characters are really well-designed and stuff, and even better than that, the plot had me at the edge of my seat every time I sat down to play! I would often get sad when I’d go through all my tickets for the day! lol! Oh and hey, here’s an absolutely amazing suggestion for you guys: bring some of your games to the Nintendo Switch! Super fun, but costly

The game’s super fun and I think it’s really well made except it’s kinda costly. Since there are avatar challenges and such, you have to use diamonds just to advance in the story, and there’s not really that many ways to earn diamonds so the only option ends up being to buy them, except, some people don’t have that kind of money so that means they can’t advance any further in the game without completing a whole bunch of hard missions and and such, overall, I really like the game but it’s too costly to play

Great Customer Support

I recently changed my phone around and was having issues getting back onto my account so naturally I contacted support about it. I do not think my first inquiry was clear enough so I sent another and the second response was a lot more informative and helpful about what was wrong. The problem was my faulty memory but they were so helpful and not too many games have helpful customer support in my experience. The game itself can seem pricey at times but the stories are so interesting to read.

Great game but expensive

The content is so good and interesting, but if you want to enjoy the game fully, you may have to pay. I love the game, just not how much I have to spend. You CAN play it for free, but you may miss out on events, and for regular story, you can’t read any premium. Everything costs diamonds in this game, and at high prices too. /: I can never finish all characters in events because I either have to wait to refill stamina or wait to earn more diamonds to buy more wine to play more battles for stamina. /: It’s really tedious. I do enjoy the game, but I just wish I hadn’t had to spend so much money to access the features that are considered the best part of the game.

Slow Progressing Game, Average Story

Think about this. When you play this game, you'll want to pick maybe 3 guys to romance. That's 25 chapters per guy so 75 chapters. You are allowed to view 5 PARTS of a chapter for FREE in this game per DAY. That's 5 minutes of free story mode gameplay in my experience. Not enough time by a long shot. So you have to pay in order to spend at least 10 minutes even playing the story! Let's say you spend $10 and you buy story tickets to play for more than 5 minutes per day. $10 gets you 16 story tickets. One ticket works for one PART of a chapter however. So if there's 5 parts to a single chapter, your $10 tickets are only good for 3 chapters! I mean if you start using numbers you'll see that this game is kind of a rip off. Btw Ikémen, I gave you $50. So don't even say anything. I'm just telling the truth. For an average, watered down story and trying to milk people of money at every turn, it's really not worthy of 5 stars. Just trying to shed some light amongst all these glamorous reviews. It ain't all that! Go play a nice otome game on steam! Not a mobile money vampire!

I’M SHAKING! it was absolutely AMAZING; i thought that napoleon was the love of my life, but i’m having second thoughts with leonardo, his route have SO MANU FEELINGS AAAAKJFKFKK this whole game is just amazing! the stories, the art, the background musics, the events, every single detail is just perfectly amazing! you can’t not fell in love with every single character, because they are the best boys out here! ikemen vampire is definitely my favorite otome game and i’m just addicted! 🖤🧛🏻‍♂️

Love

I have been playing the Inkémen games for over a year. I have all five of the available English app versions. I wish I could read Japanese to have access to some of the other apps and unavailable characters in English though. Sengoku might be my favorite but I love them all with maybe the exception of the graphics of Destained to Love. But regardless all of the stories are so good! They are very well written and heart warming and sometimes steamy ;). I find myself smiling big, sometimes crying, and always enjoying the game.

Crashes upon trying to download

This otome game seemed kind of interesting to me. I was really looking forward to trying it out but unfortunately as soon as I finished the prologue, I was prompted to do a download. I couldn't wait to start playing so of course, I hit start download. It was running kind of slow but other than that I had no worries. It got up to 70% when it just crashed and sent me to my home page. I tried it multiple times with the same result. It just keeps crashing and sending me to the home page. My phone is running on ios14 and I have storage space so I do not see why there was an issue there.. I have given up on wasting my time and have decided to just delete the app. I am highly disappointed.

CYBIRD is top!

I play all the CYBIRD games that have English translations and I seriously hope for the others to eventually be translated! Their work is beyond compare. This one in particular is wonderful because it’s not your typical vampire romance—there is depth to these characters with adapted real life facts about the names and faces from history which I find marvelous and heartbreaking in the most beautiful way. The art and music are exquisite and the writing is brilliant. Yes, coins are a little harder to come by, and diamonds even more so, but it can be done for free with a little patience. However, I have gladly and repeatedly paid for diamonds and have never felt like it was a waste. Especially because this team of creatives and tech and support deserve it! I sincerely hope you give their games a try, because you will not be disappointed.

Creative, a bit money-grabbing though

This game is great! From the characters to the gameplay- it's creative and fun! However, it's a bit of an annoyance when the shortest time it'd take to finish one route WITHOUT spending money is around 25/26 DAYS. Along with that, gold (free currency) is almost useless unless you're willing to collect absurdly high amounts of it, unlike diamonds (the paid/rarely earned currency) that are spent in rational amounts but almost impossible to get for free unless the game is gifting you after a tutorial or something. Overall, I love the story lines, characters and gameplay but please fix the issue above if possible.

Uncustomizable MC :/

As a POC woman I don’t really like how the MC is already a character and it’s weird how I put in my name but it’s like I’m giving a total stranger my name and not like it’s from a POV standpoint. The characters are cool and very handsome but I wish the MC was neutral like other games or if they wanted to have a specific look for the MC they could’ve just given her a name already and just gave her her own personality instead of being an MC and make it as if we’re playing from her perspective versus adding a faux “personalization” option when really you’re defaulted as some reddish blonde pale woman.

It’s alright

I love the Ikemen games. Great series with great stories. This one isn’t my favorite. The earlier stories are good. But there’s a lot that doesn’t really make sense to me. A lot of the later stories’ writing was just lazy imo. MC is really dumb and oblivious at points and makes very irrational decisions in some routes, making her often unlikeable for me. Some of the LIs are very cute and some have interesting stories, and I still like it, but the other games are better. It’s also hard to get enough gold for the final attire checks.
