Loving the new app! Easy to use, great new features - I especially like the credit score and credit report option, and the financial wellness section. I’ve already used the bill pay option and that was a piece of cake! Glad to finally have all the same access whether I’m on my phone or my laptop. We’ll dome!
I love the user interface, everything is nice and clean, I can find everything I need from the palm of my hands. Looking forward to my future experience with INOVA
Loaded the app, put in the exact same user name and password I use for their home banking system (thank God I don't need another &@&:$ password to remember)....done! I think this app will replace my use of home banking and even branch visits because everything I need is in there. The check deposit thing works great and showed up at the bottom when I opened my app the first time. I saw that u have to b approved for it but that must be automatic because I didn't have to do anything it just worked.
The app works great for me. INOVA's home banking site is very easy to use. Free electronic bill pay. Makes my life so easy. Now the mobile app uses my same login information (same as home banking). The same login saves me so much time. I have enough passwords to remember. The app works really well on my IPhone 5s and my IPad. I can do my banking in a snap. I tried the "click" thing- take a picture of a check to make a deposit. So easy. I highly recommend it.
Like other reviewers, I had trouble getting stuck in the security question loop setting up mobile banking. I discovered the issue was due to user error, ME! I called INOVA and found them very helpful in resolving my issue. I find this ap easy to navigate and the remote deposit capture feature is super simple to use. It is the perfect way for a busy person to make a deposit when there's no time to stop by a branch.
From reading the other reviews there was some concern. After logging in and answering the security questions I answered in my profile successfully the app was easy. The check deposit clearly says coming soon and is available now through the app. As long as you remember your security questions that you set, this app works great.
I’ve verified my login credentials by literally logging on from a browser, but for whatever reason I can’t use the app when I enter the same credentials. I’m really tired of resetting my password for no absolute reason when I’ve got the correct password and being told I have to call in to reset the password. It’s even more frustrating when I am a joint owner on the account so if was to call into the credit union, no one will help me simply because I’m not the “owner,” even though I’m a joint owner. ....... I have to say I have lost all patience with this app, considering this happens almost weekly now.
Hi! I like you all as a bank and recommend you to others, two things I wished were easier, I wished the amount you pay for a bill posts as you make payment, even if the day is a couple away from it posting. I also wish I could transfer money to pay back on my heloc whenever I wanted, even if it’s not due. Not complaining, just offering reason why I didn’t give you 5 stars. Thanks!
I just tried to open the app this morning and it said not connection please connect to the internet when I have perfect wifi signal!! Not very happy when I can’t check my accounts
Seems like an ok app. But it says in the description that you can deposit checks from your mobile device and I certainly don't see where you can do that from. That was the whole reason I wanted the app.
Just because I have an iPhone 6 I’m no longer able to use my mobile banking. There’s no reason why you cannot pull out an older version which worked fine to continue working in addition to the new version. Many other applications allow this. Very disappointing Inova!!
Seriously this app is freakin easy and simple ...idiot proof... If you can't figure it out the problem is you homie... You log in with the password as your home banking and that is it. Love it.
It’s been a while since setting up my app security questions. So I don’t remember formats etc and am unable to use for YEARS!!! Support is like well “sorry” or “shrug”. I feel the same about this app.
If I click out of the app to look at another app on my phone, even for 5 seconds, I have to log back in. I hate many things about banking with Inova. I’ll just as this to the list.
