Update works just fine on an iPhone 11. If there are any issues a phone restart might help or maybe a text/call to your supervisor about it vs petty comments. Using another phone with no update would obviously yield poor results as the prior version is now overwritten, please do proper research before taking the time to write something distasteful. - Have a good shift.
The app would work fine before the update then I get an email from Inter-con saying to update the app so I do and now I can’t clock in, it’s says it’s January 18th every time I log in, and when Im finally able to log in using the post cell with the old app and try to log out with my personal phone it takes forever to clock out. I don’t know who you hired to upgrade this app but ask for your money back because it’s trash.
The app was working fine until this new update now I can’t clock in or out it doesn’t show my schedule and after my shift my pay doesn’t show in my daily pay anymore please fix ASAP.
App was working fine. Now my patrols aren’t being recorded when I finish. And I can’t do patrols on my personal phone. The option is there now but it doesn’t work. Needs another update!
Automatically clocks me out when I’m still working, can’t change my time and have manager approval. Shouldn’t. IT not listening to reviews. Terrible app, should have gone 3rd party
The app doesn’t let you clock in then your manager wants to right you up for not clocking in on the app. Should have made sure the app works before releasing it full force.
Can’t get into the app because the two factor authentication code is never sent to my phone number anymore. Started over the weekend and now I can’t check my schedule.
It was working fine last week, but now when I have to log in using my number it doesn’t send me code, been deleting and reinstalling but doesn’t send me nothing.
The app was working fine until this last update. Now I can’t even login because they keep saying the verification code is incorrect! I tried deleting the app then downloading it again, I tried turning my phone on and off.. Still nothing! I should have never updated it
This app doesn’t work. You clock in and the app just spins or says it’s clocks in and doesn’t. Refresh the app sends you a code to clock in on the same phone you just clocked in on. How ridiculous! Yesterday clocked out three times. Still clocked in this morning restarted my app clocked out again. Restarted my phone still clocked in. Still clocked in this morning for 23hours and 49 minutes and according to the app still not clocked in for my shift. Outstanding.
