2.10.7 update bricked login. Feature request while I am here: Ability to view the tee sheet without having to go through entire “book tee time” work flow. Currently have to put in date, player count, time parameters just to show what’s available then click “tee sheet” tab. Would like a more accessible way to simply see a given days tee sheet.
We are new members of a local invited club and are new to the app. Our club so far is great! However, it is surprising and disappointing to see how terrible the app is! We get frequent errors (a red screen) when we are simply just clicking around in the app to learn about events it view our reservations or bills, etc. Once we make a reservation (for anything), you can sometimes edit the participants but can’t edit dates and times. Of course, if I’m changing the reservation, it’s almost never to bring a different wife or children 🤪 but because we are trying to change the date and/time. You’re forced to cancel the whole reservation and rebook. Quite annoying! Today, we can’t see or book Tee times at our club for today or any future date. We can never see the Tee sheet although this is an option in the app. The user interface is not terrible but the user experience is horrible! Really hope this gets revamped soon!
App doesn’t work after update, or sometimes in general.
Like the concept of the app, however it constantly has issues with loading, and once it does load, has issues loading the ability to book reservations. When it does load tee times, that experience is actually underwhelming. Really need to add the ability to mark 9 or 18, as well as riding or walking so that I don’t have to call my club after picking tee time to also give them those details so I don’t get charged extra. I’m aware there is a “comments” section, but i’d prefer not to have to rely on my club to make sure they see those comments and adjust my reservation accordingly.
This app is very unreliable. Connectivity is very spotty and the UI displays incorrect data about upcoming reservations. Half of the time, the app is completely unavailable. I spent a lot of money to join my club and the invited network, but this app makes me feel uninvited. Very disappointed in the experience so far and I really hope that club corp/invited will take an action item to get this app working reliably. It’s also remarkable that reviews from several years ago are expressing the same discontent with the app and there is still no remedy in place. Speaks volumes about the company as a whole! I’m a software engineer myself and the user experience doesn’t lie. If the developers/maintainers of this app care about the quality of their work, then they should take the repeated feedback about poor performance to heart. This is what you do for a living and it’s pretty embarrassing. Though, I’m willing to bet that most of their development is outsourced to cheap overseas developers.
Title says it all. I can’t login to the new application. Looked on the invitedclub web site and could not see anyway to contact support. So, you get a bad review instead of a trouble ticket. Edit: raised to 3 stars. The application finally started working. My guess is you guys had a backend problem that you didn’t want to announce. You would have avoided the bad review if your web site had any status indication and a way to report an outage. Your help number is well hidden.
Over the past few weeks the app has had terrible performance. The timer spins, too many error messages , doesn’t seem to connect to server appropriately. Is there an update coming? From a design perspective, once a tee time is confirmed, one should be able to see the other players for the same tee time without having to select book a tee time and look at tee sheet again Aug ‘24 Have updated app with latest version and continue to have numerous errors - ie receive error message when trying to open booked tee time. App continues to be very very frustrating
Just joined invited club and am very happy with my club. However, this app is awful. Functionality is clunky, crashes often, and you cannot launch tee times at your club or any other invited clubs that you have access too. The reviews are consistent about this issue for over a year and the developer responses are to call support. If it’s apparent there’s an issue, why hasn’t it been fixed within the app instead of directing users to call support? If it doesn’t improve I will soon be deleting this app as it has zero value in its current state.
Might I suggest the app reflect the website member details. Especially when it comes to payments. For what ever reason the app never takes any forms of payments into consideration. Why is that? ClubCorp please fix this annoying and bothersome bug with a simple fix. I HATE the billing sections which states NO PAYMENT MADE regardless that YES a payment was in fact made and posted. So get yourself together and focus on a bug fix relating to payments. I have faith it is a simple fix but maybe outside of the box. Cheers
Honestly this app doesn’t work well. It will often show that there are no tee times available for a solid week but when I call the club there are in fact many times available. I have been told by starter also that on Mondays the app often shuts down. Sometimes I am able to book a tee time or cancel but most of the time it’s just wasted time before I have to call club.
App is good when it works, but that is rare. My most recent problem is the app won’t load because I don’t have a network connection when I actually do (if I didn’t really have a network connection I don’t think it would let me post this review 😂), the app is very frustrating, and is the only reason I can’t play as much golf as I want
This could be a very useful app IF IT WORKED. The Play with GPS feature was great but then stopped working. If you go to the app store and click on App support, you are taken to a page touting the many benefits of clubcorp. Scroll down, click on Technical Problems? and a little square comes up WITH NOTHING IN IT. So no way to report a problem. Maybe someone will read this and help.
Since the last update, I cannot get the app to load. Error message states “the internet connection is offline”, but my internet is working for other apps. Please get this fixed because I use this app quite a bit.
Every time I open this app, it is a crapshoot on whether it opens properly and allows me to view and enter tee times. Follow-up comment after developer response. I don’t belief the developer went through and gave same cookie cutter response to many. I don’t want to talk to anyone. It should be obvious the app is full of bugs. I recommend getting a new developer. Maybe even scrap the app and start from fresh.
You folks forced an upgrade of the app this morning. Since then I have faced long buffers, then a red screen telling me an error has occurred and my request cannot be handled. But I made no request. All I wanted to do was to see my reservations on the Home Screen. Here is a suggestion: test before you release. We pay good money and don’t deserve to be turned into crash test dummies.
Haven’t been able to get in for the last two weeks. I tried erasing and re-downloading the app. All it does is just circle and say retry. This is ridiculous when you’re trying to actually use it to do things like make teetimes for your club. Having to use the regular online login to try to make reservations, which is difficult as well.
Would be nice if you could edit billing/charge preferences in the app. Also, why can’t we add our digital membership card to the Apple Wallet? That’s a no-brainer feature and would be very convenient.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used, it never works when you need it to and sometimes it won’t accept my password on one device even though I literally just logged into another one with the same username/password. If I could rate it a zero it still would not be low enough. Please hire people who know what they are doing to fix this.
Newer user of this App, really like the convenience and ease of use. However, it is very annoying that my when I go into my clubs event calendar my filters do not persist!
App has updated twice in the past few days and now login does not work. App is terrible and updates add no improved functionality or interface. Website is antiquated. They need to seriously upgrade the user experience online for their members.
Several functions don’t work or regularly glitch (ordering from the app, booking tee times, booking dining, etc.) and it’s constantly crashing. “An error has occurred, your request can’t be completed,” isn’t an acceptable recurring response. I love my club, appreciate the organization and it’s execution, but this app just isn’t ok. Please fix it.
The older app version was just fine. At least it worked. The new version is unreliable. The error says I have a “WiFi issue”…… I have no WiFi issue. While I’m trying to fix the issue with your app, I’m missing the opportunity to book a tee time and possibly not getting one at all! Please fix your app!
Why can’t I post my hoke by hole score after using your built in scoring app? I have to login and post my hoke-by-hole score manually to the GHIN website using your “Post GHIN Score” link but that doesn’t work because I can’t see my hole-by-hoke score without backing out of the GHIN website.
Reserving a tee-time should include both 9-Hole and 18-Hole options instead of only 18-Hole. An extra step one needs to add 9-Hole in the notes which is not seen most of the time so a player is automatically charged for an 18 hole round. Frustrating and unnecessary by a simple fix.
Today the app will not show tee times beyond beyond today. I can’t understand why this app is so poor and frequently breaks. It puts more workload on golf staff to take more phone calls for tee times. More people would use it if it could be trusted!
Not sure how you break a mostly functioning app, but this one is broken. Can’t even login anymore after todays update. It wasn’t “great” before, but at least 85% of it worked.
Sometimes it works but the last month it’s been awful! I’ve deleted and reloaded .. everything! Now it says it’s offline but every other app I have works fine! It logs me out frequently. Seriously?? Who to contact for help?
Cannot say worse things about this App. It is a joke. Numerous issues logging in. Don’t get me started with trying to figure out reserving tee times. Sorry to Club Corp, but you really should have a halfway usable app if you want it to match the quality of clubs you own.
The old app was at least functional. This new upgrade does not let us log in and gives us a error message that says an “unexpected error has occurred and your request could not be completed at this time”. Get your act together 😡
The latest frustration …. On the front screen -I can’t see the other players in my foursome without pretending to make a tee time for a day I already have one. Then opening up the full tee sheet and scrolling to my tee time. I hate this app!
Might as well just completely shut down the app because it never works. “All available tee times are displayed on the app” is a complete lie. You’d think for how much we pay a month as members they could make an app that works. Do better.
Downloaded the new update “Invited” to the Club Life based on a notification. However it no longer loads my tee times. I get a error message. I deleted the app and reloaded. Not I can’t get passed the splash page - I get a connection issue. Please fix
The app for Blackbear Golf Club (same look) was excellent. Never had a problem. When they rebranded the app to the Invited brand, nothing works. Spinning wheel of death only. Can’t even book a tee time. Wish I could give zero stars.
Latest “bug fix” version did not fix anything. Getting an error when trying to login to app. This has been going on for weeks. Yall need to give credits to all your members for the inconvenience!
Convenient when it works but hardly meets expectations
I would expect a hospitality management group such as invited to be able to provide a high end experience for something like an app. Maybe we’re asking too much?
Installed latest update a couple of days ago and now can’t view or edit names on tee times. Emailed member support a day ago with no response. Don’t install latest update! Stick with the previous update.
Have been a member for years. This version wiped out my info and won’t let me back in. Support is non-existent; completely unresponsive. And the Support link on this page just sends you to the Invited home page. An absolute failure
The recent update to change branding and “fix” bugs has actually made it worse. App does not recognize password, won’t let me reset and only gives me error messages.
When trying to reach court reservations (usually early morning 7am-8am the the reservation link from Invited try’s to open in Chrome and just spins and spins. Very frustrating. Is the site getting overloaded? Member Anthem Country Club, AZ
The app is not functional most of the time. Awful UI and a pain to access the information I need. Have used the app for two years now with no improvement.
This is by far the worst app I have ever seen, which is the one chosen by our country club to replace our previous reservation app for club activities. Typical selection considering the Club looks for ways to cut corners and expenses wherever it can.
Everytime I click on a Tee time I get an error message have deleted app reinstalled still happens. App works in Ipad but not Iphone how can I get this fixed as I cant use the app for anything on my phone
Forced me to upgrade then the app doesn’t work. Sort of like how they force to to pay increased monthly dues they provide less service in return. You are Invited to be screwed all around.
I set up a account. I have all info saved. When I try to log in it says user not found. Really! And there seems to be no way or no one to talk to get the acct fixed.
Updated the app and now I can’t load it. Says no internet service! Worst update ever. The app is now useless to me. Worked fine before. Would give zero stars if I could.
