Inwood Bank Online Banking

Love my bank, Love their App! I enjoy the personability I get with Inwood! When I have account dealings, I have one person assigned to my account with whom I know I will be working. It’s the same way with technical issues and questions related to their app. I’ve tried other banks over the last 30 years, while still banking with Inwood… I’ve broken up with every single other bank.

The only thing that keeps them from getting a perfect score is that they limit the amount of money you can electronically transfer out of your account each month. This requires me writing more checks than would otherwise be necessary. The people are very acclimating and the website is easy to use.

This bank is the best. I have been a client for since 1996 and never have I had any concern about the security of my funds. Even during the meltdown of the economy, Inwood Bank proved to be a prudent protector of my money. They protect our deposits with the utmost diligence, and the personnel are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and I can ALWAYS speak to someone!!. They are the best.

I’ve been with Inwood for twelve years and I’m so glad that I changed from one of the “too big to fail” monstrosities to a bank that is local and not so big that I get lost in the crowd. I’ve never had a bad experience with Inwood and I suspect I will still be an Inwood customer for another twelve years….and more! (Shout out to Anita at the main bank on Inwood! She’s awesome!)

It won’t let me schedule payments to a vendor if the payments are identical dollar amounts- it thinks I’m making a duplicate payment... Some payments can be made within 24 hours while others can take 5 or more days... I have made payments to a particular vendor but I continue to get notices that they haven’t received payment- which concerns me... are they going through? Randomly payee accounts just get deleted from my list- so, in addition to having to re-enter them AND I’ve lost all my payment history for that particular vendor

I truly love InWood. The bank is always nice. An this app is so simple and helpful. Everything is normally right up to date right away. An had the details for every thing. I personally am enjoying the thumb print log in. It’s helped me a lot. When I need to log in quick and check on everything in a hurry.

We have been with Inwood bank in Duncanville well over 30 years. We have moved to Texarkana and have decided to stay with Inwood. We can do everything we did in Duncanville either over the phone or on line. We trust you and are completely satisfied. Thank you!

Inwood's App has be great on my phone, however, after using the app my computer becomes locked out of the online website and I have to reset the whole thing. Have found no solution, so the work around is not to use my computer. A little frustrating, but I’ve adjusted.

Warm and friendly staff at my branch near Lavon…quick and easy online and ATM access to my accounts for updates, deposits, withdrawals…clear, easy-to-understand statements which make it easy to track spending….and much more!

This banking app is the best. I have used many. My father passed away recently and have been helping my mother. Two different banks, both have been a nightmare. Thank you for making banking easy - just as it should be.

It always works, always loads & quickly. Easy to move around between accounts. Makes it easy to keep tabs on things in accounts.

Works well with iPhone and iPad. Allows for split screen with spreadsheet also open. Excellent for helping with budgeting. Works fast. Only issue is it seems to crash sometimes. Otherwise very well done and well supported.

Mobile deposit is always a challenge and often end up going to the bank to deposit a check. I do not have this issue with my credit union’s app. Also, no option to pay with Zelle, which many folks use instead of Venmo Or PayPal.

App runs very smoothly , been banking with Inwood National for 22 years they are the best ! Happy the bank has changed and updated with our changing times ! Sincere thanks , Curtis O

Been dealing with Inwood National Bank for the past 40 years and they have been great since day one. There app started out a bit clunky but it is getting better all the time.

Face ID has greatly improved. The system still lacks someone close to 24 hours and weekends. Depositors are still left stressing out if they have an issue after hours or on the weekend. This needs to improve as well as doing more for veterans.

Inwood Bank as a whole is a great organization, but their mobile banking app is awful. I’ve repeatedly had issues trying to transfer funds from one of my accounts to another. And the “Mobile Check Deposit” almost never works. PLEASE fix these issues!

I go to Buckner location. All the staff is so nice and already know me by name. Never had an issue with anything about my account, they take really good care of your money.

First timer doing anything online pertaining to my bank accounts. This app is very simple & is updated thoroughly whenever transactions are made.

This app works well, is easy to use and the mobile deposit function is especially nice.

There should be an option for returning to Home Screen from anywhere in the app.

This app is super simple to use. It provides the information with easy navigation.

This allows me to pay my bills which I was unable to do from Safari (using IPhone). When switching from this app to another app and back again, the app logs me out. It’s a little flakey but will work with patience.

Sometimes it logs in and other not. Also another bank I use has the same app which makes the experience confusing because once logged in you can tel which bank you’re connected to.

This is the best banking app. Even after moving out of Dallas area I will stay with Inwood.

The Inwood Bank app is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
