I downloaded the app because I had opened a checking account earlier today. Everything was going fine until I had to put in my phone number. There was no slot to type it in and what it did ask my to type in was a “Phone Nickname”. When I typed in ’s Phone, it would not work. And when I typed in my phone number it wouldn’t work. I tried everything and after awhile I just got fed up. Whoever designed this app please fix this issue!
There should be ability to enter a memo for a check in case there are multiple checks for same amount and one doesn’t clear properly. Capital One has that option on mobile deposit. It’s useful. Also, there is never a payoff amount on overdraft. You pay the balance and then you have to transfer again to pay what’s left. That annoying.
Gets the job done, nice user interface, good features like Touch ID and login screen view balance. I’m on version 10 something so I think the latest updates made this app nicer to use.
I have not been able to use the Island Federal mobile app for at least a month now. Upon trying to open the app, I continue to receive a notification that says “this app violates security protocol”, and the app won’t open. Is there anything going to be done about this? If people can’t use mobile banking, they will leave the credit union.
This app was good for a while like most other banking apps it granted me access to my accounts as well as bill pay features. As of lately though (a few weeks) it constantly crashes after opening and doesn’t allow me access to my accounts. Please fix!!
App is terrible. For the last few months I Can’t even sign in without some sort of error message. Seems like nobody pays any attention to the app in this bank.
What is with this app? I think it needs an overhaul. It works for a few days, then says mobile is “unavailable” then you get the spinning thing and can’t log on. Extremely frustrating
This app is great when it works but that’s a big WHEN. I can never log in when I need to and it’s getting really frustrating. I’m seriously considering switching credit unions because of this and many other issues I’ve had
I can’t make any payments do to glitching I’ve erased and redownloaded I’ve restarted my phone. I can’t access my accounts because when I log in the app disappears and shuts down
I think the app needs some updates. I wish island federal would have their own app and not use third party apps for all different accounts to have with them.
This app comes back on again after you log off opened up into your account and looks as if you logged back on again ...something is wrong with this app and needs to be fixed ....I don't see any way to contact the developer but you need to fix this this is a breach of my security!!!!
I was so excited that IFCU was finally getting an app but I can't even log in. It's asking the same security questions over and over and most of them don't even apply to me! Still can't wait to use once the app is fixed.
It’s a pain in the butt not seeing all balances as you do on desktop. Unfortunately, I no longer can transfer on iPad without this app. Hate that you cannot look up your yearly transactions
Trying to enroll is entering the same info 20 times. Then when you finally get your username and password and login you get prompted to put a phone nickname and phone number except there’s no box to enter the phone number. Who ever developed this app should be fired.
