This is not updated where slots are located. They have moved and added games and our favorites are not where they used to be and hopefully are there still when we try!!
This has nothing to do with my phone as we can sign into my husband’s account just fine. Every time I try to sign in it says service unavailable try again later. I know my password is correct because when I put something wrong in the app it says invalid credentials. I even tried to reset my password and that says we are having technical difficulties. I have tried to get this fix since September at the Island and over the phone to no avail. It is so frustrating since no one can help. You need technical support for this app!!!!!
Terrible app!!! Bad to navigate!!! Coupons only good for 30days from opening message but don’t tell you that until you open the message so you can’t see any of your promotions until you open the message and then you have to rush to use it or it could expire!!! Stupid system!!! If I could leave zero stars I would have!!! Bad casino too!!! Never had a good experience!!!
I downloaded the app because I saw it in my monthly mail from the casino. It won’t even let me press the button to link my account. They had the right idea, but definitely should take more time to make sure they are sending out a quality service!
Oh my lord. Please fix this app. You can’t check anything on here. Even deleted and reinstalled. Didn’t fix the problem. This app used to work fine. Now it’s just terrible. Why have an app if you can’t even use it? PLEASE update it and fix the bugs.
