Really good app but some improvements would make it great
Using the Jabra 8 Elite Active and find this app an important benefit to using them. The app is fairly intuitive and useful. I love the equalizer presets as a fast way to get close to the sound I want, with the graph allowing me to tweak it. There are a few things that would make this app even better. 1. Add a toggle that turns off “device connected” alerts. With 2 devices connected, moving in an out of range of one keeps triggering the audio alert, which is distracting. One ends up turning off the Bluetooth for the one that’s not moving with you (in my case, iPhone on me and iPad at desk), which is not always what you want to do. 2. Add the option to tongle between having different settings in different devices, or automatically have settings synch. There are times when both are desirable. 3. Probably MOST important, an iPad version is badly needed. When watching media on iPad, you use landscape orientation (and probably most other things you do in iPad), but this app only works in portrait orientation. That’s a pain in the neck because you have to keep turning things while you tweak the settings. Orientation agile apps are everywhere — why not here?

This App works extremely well!
This App works extremely well, and is much more feature heavy than you could imagine or possibly need. With the Jabra Sound+ app not only can you optimize the headphones but you get pass through sound amplification that you can use while listening to music, on a call, or just with the headphones in your ears. This feature makes the 65ts and Active 75ts low grade hearing aids on top of being amazing headphones. With any variety of 75t or 85t earbuds you also get active noise cancellation as an added bonus if you’re one of those people that thinks you need it. Call quality on both ends is five stars all around, and the presets and equalizer controls allow you to customize your soundstage exactly how you've always wanted. The white noise feature along with its 12 different presets makes the any compatible pair of Jabras optimal for naps on a plane, or during your daily commute. I wouldn't use the feature over night only because I'm prone to ear infections. The ONLY downsides I could mention is the quick battery depletion when fiddling with the Jabra Sound+ app on the 65ts in particular. The 75ts did not have this battery drain issue when utilizing the Sound+ App.

Headset BOOM! - App limits capabilities but easy to use
I am an audio freak! In the last year I have grooves with Bose, Beats, Sony, AKG, Denon, multiple custom European sets, Apple and finally Jabra. The Jabra headset is quite impressive for its price and quite frankly not the best appealing look and sometimes feel. The seal between your ear and the outdoors is so good sometimes it takes adjusting back to the real world when you take them out. I mean this in a great way! Really allows you to get lost in the music. Sound quality is quite amazing and to the average consumer this will be a buy that could give you close to a higher quality headset. The downfall of the headset unfortunately does come in the app. It is extremely limited for having similar features to say the Sony headsets. Sony has and epic app for their headset when it comes to true customization. The Jabra has so much potential!!!! Please pour development into the app! Another issue I noticed is that when the headset is paired with multiple phones the volume is not the same between them. Very odd, tried all the basic reset and reconnect, redownloaded app still same prob.

Unbelievable quality
I was very skeptical of ear buds that required an accompanying app. I just wanted some quality ear buds that I could stick in my ears and go. Or so I thought. Let me explain…. I spent 20 years in the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and have literally spent 10’s of thousands of hours around running jet engines along with a myriad of other hazardous noise sources. The current state of my hearing is absolutely a reflection of that. When I launched the app…begrudgingly…and it proceeded to give me what basically amounted to a hearing test, I was amazed. The app wanted to customize my listening experience while taking into account the frequency ranges each of my ears has difficulty with. As if that wasn’t enough, the app also allowed me to adjust the noise cancelling level and balance which is great because my left ear is a lot worse than my right. Probably from listening to those aforementioned jet engines out the driver’s side window of a maintenance truck in the latter years of my military career. These ear buds are amazing. And the app that accompanies them is unbelievably handy. It slows you to do things with the ear buds you didn’t even know you would love. Thank you, Jabra!

Impressive Sound with the Ability to Tweak
The Jabra Elite 75t checks all the boxes. First and foremost the audio quality is superb. You have the ability to tailor the music to your liking with the various presets available via the app (default, bass boost, treble boost, speech, smooth). Not all of the wireless earbuds have this capability. As I mentioned the app is where you can do this as well as for firmware updates which didn’t take a long time. The app also contains a user manual. Let me reiterate...not all wireless earbuds have this capability. Now for the comfort and look - this is where in my opinion Jabra shines. Many of the wireless earbuds on the market today don’t particularly look great in the ear. They are either too big (like the Bose Soundsport Free), too dorky (Apple AirPods), or just odd looking. Creative thought was put into these, for they look and feel just right. I don’t ever feel that they are going to fall out of my ear. If you have that fear then how can you really enjoy them? So from an audio, comfort, and app standpoint they are superb. As for cons I really don’t have any so if you are looking for top quality wireless earbuds that provide what I just discussed then look no further...Jabra Elite 75t!

Great flexibility, sound and options
I’ve tried a lot of ear buds Sony xm3, galaxy pros and airpods. I switch between the AirPods and my 85t’s for all-around use and solid sound and noise canceling. Both are good to great in all areas. But 85ts are quickly becoming my favorites! The 85ts are super comfortable, I’ve even slept with these in my ears - not intentionally but had no issues . I woke up with the sound of the ocean and both buds still in my ears and no soreness. I am reaching more often for the 85ts due to the sound (music), ability to “easily” adjust the equalizer depending on use, and the convenient controls on the buds - this allows me to leave my phone in my pocket. I like the 85ts for ANC , music and phone calls. The AirPods work better for me in transparency mode and zoom calls (connectivity). The 85ts stay connected whereas I will occasionally lose my AirPod connection when walking and listening to news, pod-casts and music. The jabras are impressive to say the least, and although there are many positive reviews for these buds, I still think they’re under-rated!

Outstanding ear buds!!
I love my music. I’ve had Bose noise-cancelling headphones before, Bose noise cancelling aviation headsets before (switched to Litespeed Zulu 3’s...), Klipsch home stereo setup for over 25 years. I travel a lot for work as a pilot and wanted a pair of great earbuds. Ordered several sets, including Klipsch since I love my speakers, and had never heard of Jabra’s but read some really good reviews. Hands down they were the best set out there. The app is easy to use, they connect automatically once you do the initial setup, music sounds great with them. I do wish they were a bit louder, but their volume is on par with everything else out there. I can’t speak to their ability to handle phone calls as I use them purely for music. They stay put in my ears well, and are comfortable enough that I can wear them on a 3-hour flight, then while I’m walking between gates, and onto my next flight. With the case being a recharging base, they’ll last for a full day of travel with plenty of time to spare. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the market for ear buds!!

Headphones are nice/Update is HORRID!!!
The Elite 65t earbuds worked fine prior to the latest, October 2019, update. To be honest, my phone's battery is suffering the most due to the latest updates, which I have mentioned above. The left earbud had a horrible time syncing with the update but now it works. However, my iPhone battery is draining so rapidly that I deleted the Jabra Sound+ app just to have enough battery life to make it through the day. But get this, this happens even when the earbuds are not being used!!! Prior to the update, my phone's battery would drop to 78% every day!!! Since the update was installed, my phone's battery drops to 39% by 5:00PM; this NEVER happened, as stated above, before the update was installed. I will now try to re-download the app. I hope this corrects the problem. Regarding sound: I wish they had more depth: the treble levels are stronger than the bass levels. Therefore, melodic music and classical music have strong highs but the depth of the bass, when EQ'ed, becomes a muffled distorted addition to the track. Overall, I enjoy the product but I truly miss the Klipsch and Bose sound I enjoyed when my phone accepted headphones; now I can only use Bluetooth headphones with my new iPhone.

Great app.
This is the best app I have ever used for earbuds. I appreciate that the earbuds have voice prompts, as I am completely blind. The only issue I’m having is that I can’t adjust the E cues, because they’re not sliders. The reason that sliders are important for screen readers is because they could be adjusted. It would be appreciated if this could be fixed. For example when you were to go into the EQ, voiceover would say 50%, bass, slider. Then, a voiceover user would be able to swipe up and down to actually use the slider. Also, in the labels for the batteries, it would be helpful for voiceover users if they were labeled better. For example, the earbuds battery would say left 90%. Right 88%. and the case battery would say case, 9%. Also, it would be appreciated if the mics on the elite seven Pro could be improved to sound just like the 85T during phone calls. They sound better when using here through, so there’s no reason they can’t sound better during phone calls. Please update this via software. Thank you.

Great app
Been using this app for a year or so, now, so I’m pretty much used to it. One thing I really like about the 85h headphones is that you can charge them while using them, which is really convenient for long distance commuting. (I listen to a lot of audiobooks.) Another helpful feature is the little deck of radio buttons that make it easy to switch listening modes. The app also comes with an equalizer as well as an automatic environment detector, which you can personalize. This is supposed to be a big selling point, but I don’t particularly like my headphones to automatically switch listening modes based on what it guesses is appropriate, or maybe I just haven’t gotten the hang of it. Anyway, I am very happy with the app and the headphones and consider them to be the best I’ve ever owned. They rarely leave my head, and after a year of extremely heavy use, I’ve noticed no decrease in quality; however, the cups are about ready for a replacement as the liner is starting to show definite signs of wear, which is to be expected, of course.

Bass mid Treble adjust
I love how I can personalize my headphones and pick between high bass, high treble, or mid and adjust the sound. I also like how they are updating the app, it makes me excited for what comes next. Maybe we will be able to set custom presets, keep track of battery health if we use them a lot, or a share audio feature like with AirPods so other people with jabra headphones can listen to the same song from one device. Also you can implement a gauge to see if any of our adjustments damage the headphones as I understand too much bass is bad for the speakers. Following the same logic, we can have a volume gauge to see if we are damaging our own ears. User friendly products are feeling very scarce to come by so this added feature just showing that you care about your customers already would make this a high quality product. The only problem I am having is the headphone cutting out every now and then when I'm driving in the car.

JABRA gets 3 Thumbs up 👍Move Along Now Samsung ,Apple…..
So Far So Good. Just using it going on 4 days and honestly, it is a fantastic app for the functionality and no bugs like few others have said. I’ve just gone through 3 pairs of BT Earbuds and these 75T’are the best by a mile. The app is heads and tails above the Samsung, Beats, and Apple pros because of the equalizer function that I get to tune. These 75T beat the others on sound quality hands down. The app allows you to take a hearing test just like at the doctors and then tunes the earbuds to compensate. It unbelievable to be honest as I lost 26% in 1 ear few years ago and I can’t tell anymore. Love the Focus mode with the relaxing sound options and the transparent mode is awesome as doubles as it’s like having a mid level hearing aid. Now I can’t tell my wife I didn’t hear what she was saying. Wait, Maybe I should take a star away for that as it could be considered a negative attribute if you think about it. JK my dear!!!! 😬

Decent, but EQ is buried & customization too limited
The new app (ver 2.0.1.6 released April 2018) is better in some ways, but worse in others. The good (at least in theory): now there are several profiles for different listening environments. The bad: only one profile is customizable – which is the only one that’s really useful to me anyway due to the lack of customization on the others, and worse, it now makes you go through more steps to reach the equalizer and HearThrough options. Frustrating, since I have to change the EQ twice daily, once for normal daytime listening and once at night to fully lower all frequencies to reduce overall volume as much as possible. (Even with volume set to 1% on iPhone via Siri, the Elite 65t is still too loud for nighttime listening.) The other improvement is that the app now recognizes instantly when you turn HearThrough (ambient sound) on or off via your headset. This wasn’t working before. The app retains its clean, simple, appealing look. Just needs quicker access to options, and more options. Doesn’t seem hard to fix.

Pretty good experience so far
I really like these headphones and the noise cancelling microphone works very well, according to my clients. The headphones noise cancelling features work really well also. You can still hear a little bit through them, even with the noise cancelling feature on, but I believe this is the case with all noise cancelling headphones; if you just turn on a little white noise, it totally blocks out the surrounding sounds. The only issue I’ve had so far is a few glitches in the software, I guess, where every once in a while (once or twice out of a hundred phone calls) I won’t be able to hear the person I’m talking to anymore and have to switch back to my phone and restart the headset. It’s almost like the headset freezes every once in a while. I also cannot turn on hear-through or ANC features when this happens. Having the headset freeze can lose me thousands of dollars when I’m on an important phone call.

Great Eq, though lacking in the number of custom presets.
I love the app and all the features, hear-through, walk mode settings, phone calls, it all works great. It’s competent for the earbuds themselves. However, there is a small concern I have. I listen to a LOT of different kinds of music, ranging from acoustic to death core and farther. Therefore, there are a lot of different mix styles. Having the ability to optimize sound for the music you listen to, no matter what, is key to me. I feel like only being able to create TEN different preset equalizers is a little... restricting. If eq is not set right, tracks will clip and buzz and it takes away from the experience of the music. I personally hate that. Now, most people don’t LISTEN to every genre under the sun, so some may not feel the same. But, I feel like more equalizer preset possibilities is the ONLY thing stopping me from rating the app 5 stars. TL;DR: Great, but needs more custom eq presets.

Headset connecting to multiple devices is great but sw/app/support terrible
Headset connecting to multiple devices is great but sw/app/support terrible. Work ordered evolve 65se (model without pause/voice/mute button) so headset has 3 buttons (volume up/down and multi purpose button). Basically all headphones can do is answer/end calls and control volume… nothing else works intuitively. I read that moving the mic will control mute but that doesn’t work. Maybe the app/web-driver will help… download the app and it has a glitch that it tell you to pick a model, pair to blue tooth (done, done) than next Page tells you pick device, pair (again) and then return to main app for setup… I am paired but this page is a dead end with way to setup page… the apps is worthless. Maybe can be fixed by updating the software… nope. Maybe support can help… nope the have a not great chat bot that links you to documents on their website… and btw all of the documents are for the model that has the button that fixes all of my problems. So my work gives me the option of 3 different headsets and I pick the one can’t play/pause music, mute….

Just Okay
Had these buds and have used this app for over a year now. I do like the sound quality and the inner ear configuration cuts out surround noise, hard stop. But the app and firmware updates make using that feature trouble some. When placing buds in case for storage they automatically turn on during recharge/storage and will reconnect the Bluetooth signal as the primary source. Which is trouble some when listening or watching sources with the phones speaker. And the app takes a minutes to recognize the buds to enable some of the features ie Hear Thorough Mode. It also seems like recent updates have cut out sound while listening to anything after turn on the hear through mode. But not the guy in charge of fixing that so guess I’ll see it that is corrected at a later date. Oh forgot to note these were used with an IPhone X and now a 12 Plus. But with all that said the buds are okay but not sure I would purchase again if lost, damaged, or stolen.

Good but needs a few features
Headphone: Elite 85h. App is ok, I mostly like the customizations for voice calls. A couple of issues that need to be worked out though. Connectivity issues happen often where the app does not recognize the headphone as connected, even though it is connected (possibly the Bluetooth LE part). Please add ability to manage Bluetooth connections (similar to Bose and Cortana apps). The Elite 85h is able to connect to 8 devices, but with many devices previously connected laying around the office or at home, it’s difficult to know which ones are connected. The headphone only says “two devices connected” so at the minimum please make it say the names of the devices. If I want to connect another device, I have to disconnect one of the two already connect, then connect the other. It won’t connect to a new device and automatically drop and replace one of the connections. Sometimes I have to go device hunting to see what it’s connected to (iMac, surface, iPhone, iPad)

4.5 Star App
Of all the Bluetooth headphone apps I’ve used over the years (or the Samsung Buds I got that didn’t even have an iOS app) the Jabra app is the first one I’ve ever used nearly every time I use my headphones. Which, because I’m in the car for work a lot and driving the 4 kids to a million activities a week after work, I use my 65T Active Elites about 6 hours a day on average. Love the app. The EQ is respectable. Iit can always get better, but for today’s tech, it’s definitely respectable. The fine tuning is surprisingly responsive. I have EQ presets for podcasts, and the many different genre’s of music I listen to. The Hear Through feature is a life saver. You feel a little like you have a hearing aid on, but, again, for current tech it’s solid. The find my buds needs some work and what they really need is a find my charging case. 😂🤨 I lose my case way more. I can’t give it 5 stars, but it is a solid 4.5 Stars.

Pretty sweet!
Love that app. Great customization. Hearing test to set to your specific needs. Equalizer. Plenty of presets. Hear through so you can quickly silence the stream and hear the outside world without removing the buds. With the latest update they’ve added ANC though I honestly don’t notice much of a difference with it on. My only complaint is I wish there was a way to switch between connected devices through the app. For instance, you’re connected to the TV and your phone. Watching sports on TV I sometimes want to just watch and not listen, so I’ll switch to listening to music on my iPhone. To make that happen you have to either disconnect from tv through Bluetooth menu or turn off tv temporarily to break connection to TV and allow iPhone to pickup connection. Should be a way to do this quickly and easily in the Jabra app.

Beware: extremely buggy performance on iPhone
After I sold the Jabra Elite 85h because of buggy performance on iPhone when connected to two devices (dropouts etc.), I just wanted to give a second chance to Jabra when I looked for a new headset for work. This morning I unboxed the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS headset, connected it to my PC, updated firmware through Jabra Direct and voila, everything worked flawlessly. Then I wanted to connect it to my iPhone 11 Pro Max running on latest iOS 14.6. The headphones paired and everything worked (music, calls, MS Teams…) EXCEPT your very own Sound+ App that cannot recognize your very own Jabra Evolve2 65 that shows up regularly on the list of my phone’s Bluetooth devices. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME! In your answers to other users encountering the same issue you advise to turn off, restart etc. and YES, there is a workaround to make the headphones appear for a limited time, until iOS kicks the Sound+ app out of the memory. Then, when you re-enter the app it’s the same story all over again. Ridiculous!

Jabra 85t Elite
I like these earbuds and getting used app…I will say I have the AirPods Pro, Bose Quietcomfort and these. They all have pros and cons…since I have all Apple products the Airpods do an amazing job of connecting to the nearest device but they are smart enough to take a call While listening to something on my Mac. The QuietComfort might have the best seal and overall sound but they will start to hurt the ear after two or three hours. I think Jabra is way more comfortable for longer periods of time and calls seems to sound good. They are particularly better at Bluetooth connection but I am disappointed that I can only connect to my iOS devices and not my Mac via Bluetooth for multipoint as described from several sources on the web…not even sure how to use or pair to more than one device.

Latest version(s) are a hot mess
A few days or a week ago I attempted to update my Jabari Elite 65T’s through the App. The update gets to -50% compete before it cancels... then tries to update again every single time I take the buds out of their case or turn them off, then on again. Each time the update takes a few minutes , gets about halfway done and fails and there is no way to just cancel it. This affects whatever I’m trying to listen to as well as the call that I’m tying to answer. Today, Jabra had an update that was supposed to fix the problem, but made it much worse. Instead of getting stuck 1/2 way and cancelling, the update gets all the way complete and I get a notice to put the bids in the case to complete the update. Once in the case, the light blinks purple, as it should and then stops, as it should. When I take the buds back out, the update that already happened starts all over again and cannot be cancelled. This happens every time. The buds update the same update every time I take them out of the case... infuriating.

Jabra elite 75t
I read all the reviews about this product and was blown away. When I received it the sound was amazing and couldn’t compare to any other product in terms of clarity of sound and bass. 2 months after purchase I noticed that the left earpod stopped working and did a number of resets then exchanged it for another pair. After receiving my replacement pods, couldn’t be happier with the sound once again. Again about 2 months after receiving the replacement, the left earpod stops working. Did all the resets as I Googled all the various options including holding the buttons as well as charging the case with the flap open and removing the pods. Worked for just a few minutes then the left pod died again but for some strange reason, the hear through button still works. For the price I paid for these pods, was really expecting a much much better experience but reached the point now where I’m going to return again. Sorry Jabra, your App works just fine but the actual product and reliability of it it terrible. Horrible in fact.

Lots of issues with Jabra Elite 85t
I purchased the Jabra Elite 85t earbuds the other day. They paired fine to my iPhone 11, the App on the other hand never detected the earbuds. It didn’t matter what I did. I eventually performed a factory reset on the brand new earbuds and then the app detected the buds. The issue is now that the app never detects them again after being pulled out of the charger until I manually reboot them. Then, to top it out off I left hand buds charge over night. I woke up, placed the buds in my ears, they connect to my phone, but the app doesn’t detect so I reboot. The battery percentage for the left and right earbud, I’ve would expect to see 100#, nope. Left bud shoes 97% and the right shoes 90%. What is the deal with that? Are the buds faulty? Is the app buggy? Regardless, I’m returning the earbuds.

Jabta Elite 10s
I just bought a new pair of elite 10s. The earbuds will not connect at the same time, one will connect then turn off and the other will connect. Unusable. The support is unbearable, there is no live support and the responses seem automatic. I sent a support request describing in detail the problem along with clarification that I had tried repairing and reseting them multiple times, the response I got from Support was “here’s how to reset them”. I then had to reply again clarifying AGAIN that they wouldn’t pair, I then got the response of “there’s a firmware Update that should solve the issue” That would be great if both earbuds didn’t need to be connected at the same time in order to update them (which I pointed out already but was ignored the first time). Not to mention they take forever to respond. I was excited to try out a new product from a new brand other than AirPods but seems to have been a mistake. Don’t recommend, will update review if anything changes.

Difficult to switch between devices
I love my 75ts, but it’s such a hassle to switch between my mobile and laptop. With my previous earbuds with one click on a button and then a click on my phone/laptop and I was good to go. With these I literally have to forget the device on my phone/laptop and then re-pair them to my device for them to pair because for some reason pairing them regularly just won’t work? Like I just want to be able to listen to music on my phone then switch back to listening to tv shows on my laptop where I have a bigger screen to watch them without dealing with this hassle. And now the app, why does it automatically forget my earbuds when I connect it to a different device? I have to restart my earbuds every time I reconnect to my phone and want to reconfigure my earbuds. It’s quite annoying.

Close, very close
On the whole I would argue that most apps accompanying a product are just for novelty. However, this is NOT that. There are many cool features that were both expected and something I had never thought of. On top of an already stellar physical product (Jabra Elite), it’s fantastic. The UI, seamless use, and walkthroughs… well done Jabra. My only concern, and reason I do not give it 5 stars, is because the headset will not remain in active noise cancellation mode on their own. Which is incredibly frustrating. That means you have to open the app, and select your specific setting every time the headphones are disconnected/connected from your device. If this ever is changed I would adjust this review in a heartbeat. Hope this helps.

Great app for great products
This app is easy to use. Easy to navigate. Works very well with Jabra devices and allows for the use of all the features they have to offer. I recommend the app and all Jabra products to anyone looking for quality for work, pleasure, or both. I have a number of different Jabra devices including a single earpiece with folding boom I’ve had for over 10 years and it still works seamlessly. I also have a Jabra evolve 75 full headset with gold up microphone boom, and also the true wireless evolve 2 earbuds. All work great for both business and personal use. The Evolve 2 earbuds are my most recent addition and they have superb sound quality and excellent battery life. Thumbs up to Jabra and their great products!!!

Good, but...
I have been a user of this product for years and, for the most part, does as advertised. One thing that really bothers me is the save feature for different scenarios. I walk my dog daily and use only the right earbud. For some reason the app will not let me save the hear through option. This forces me to mess with the app every morning. Such a small thing to fix but they just tell me over and over again that the developers are working on it. UPDATE: The developer is missing my point. I want to save the hear-through setting on the app so that when I open the app, I don’t need to remember to switch on hear-through every time. NOTE to developer: Take the time to really understand the review before giving a response that does not address the problem. Let me be more clear: The app WILL NOT save the hear-through setting on the app. NOT IN THE DEVICE, THE APP!

Left earbud stopped working on 75T
Noting that every day use for over a year has been great; the left stopped audio of any kind no playback but buttons work NOTHING anyone ever suggested worked so now I’m only able to use right side. I again stay with certainty nothing worked. Updated English etc firmware etc uninstalled etc reinstalled and I’m running IOS 16… worked fine on it for over a month then poof stopped playing in left ear bud. No the tiny holes fine clean n I just want to take these 75T elites apart n find the wire that’s broken because A: left does send buttons feedback but: will no speaker power up on turn on (power on) voice Basically a phone call answering headset now. Want to find a cheaper pair of 85T.

HearThrough feature rocks!
The Jabra elite active 64 does a good job at blocking outside noise, but could have become a problem for me that thanks to this feature is not. When I’m doing chores around the house I love to listen to tutorials or podcast and get really immersed; sometimes my wife is trying to talk to me and I used to be so oblivious of her trying to tell me something; needless to say she wasn’t happy when I couldn’t hear her. But the HearThrough feature changed my life, because I can hear her talking to me when I have my headset on! The other music presets are also pretty cool. Very satisfied with this product, except suggesting a better hook to keep them in the ear when running, sometimes the sweat makes them look and they fall as I’m running. Otherwise 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HearThrough feature unsatisfactory
Headphones are good (Elite Active 65t). I’ve noticed occasional 1-2 second dropouts while on walks/runs. Other than that I am pleased with fit and sound quality. HOWEVER, The app is a bit of a nightmare. I’ve never been able to control HearThrough since purchase—no slider for adjusting. I also had to download app twice and reset the headphones after the most recent firmware upgrade. After I upgraded firmware, the slider for the Call Sidetone setting vanished. So I was without control for both that and the HearThrough features. Lucky that the Sidetone controller came back after deleting the app, fully resetting the headphones, restarting iPhone and then reinstalling app. I’m still without the control of HearThrough, though. From reading other reviews it looks like this has been a chronic problem for a year or more. Please fix this glitch. App gets 2 stars (barely). Headphones themselves 4 stars.

Ok app but needs device connection control
The custom EQ in the app is nice but that’s really all I’ve used the app for. Sometimes the hearthrough setting doesn’t match the earbuds so I have to flip it a couple times to make it match. Feature Request: The ability to see and manage all devices that have been connected to my earbuds. Along with this, the ability to choose which two devices I want connected. The Bose app does this. If I have my computer and iPhone in front of me and it connects to the iPad (in my backpack) and computer, I can tell the headphones through the app (or through the toggle on the headphones themselves) to connect to my iPhone and my computer and disconnect my iPad. Currently I have no way of knowing what devices are currently connected.

Loving the earbuds
So far, these are the best earbuds I’ve ever owned and worn. I’ve owned and used Bose for workouts most of my adult life. I don’t have anything negative to say about Bose but in my personal opinion, the sound quality does not compare to what I get from these Jabra elite 75t earbuds. It’s a matter of personal choice, I guess, but the quality of these 75t’s is amazing. They continue to be a joy to wear. While researching earbuds, I saw where someone threw these 75t’s in a glass of water. First, I’ve never seen anybody do that to earbuds and secondly, I’ve never noticed where a company stands behind their earbud product after they were introduced to water. I’m a sweater and the fact the earbuds were supposedly functionable after being submerged in water, finalized the sale.

Premium Customization
I own quite a few pairs of Bluetooth headphones and earbuds from the likes of Sony, Audio-Technica, Cambridge Audio, Beats/Apple, etc. I also have (and love) a pair of Jabra Elite 4 Active, and the Jabra Sound+ app is very well done. The app itself is visually appealing and modern-looking, and it’s intuitively laid-out and well explained. I use the equalizer function often; the ability to customize and save personal EQ settings directly to the buds themselves is a fantastic feature. The ANC personalization is also well implemented (and effective). The graphics and text and general presentation is much more impressive than similar apps from Sony, Audio Technica, and Cambridge Audio. Very, very well done, Jabra!

Love my Jabra ear buds!
I was familiar with Jabra because I used to manage in a call center and we had Jabra headsets for our agents. When I say they had earbuds I had to have them. I am on my 4th pair, but the App is a big reason I love the. They are at least a 1/3 of what you pay for Apple airbuds but the quality is twice as good! I can also attest to the guarantee on replacement. I had dropped a set in a not so friendly fluid environment and they ceased working. Filled out the return form and mailed them back only to receive a brand new pair. I am a huge fan and every chance o get I tell others about their great value!! Can’t go wrong regardless of the model, I have had them all!

Jabra Elite 75t
I’ve been looking for years for a set of headphones that offered a perfect balance of bass and treble. Times have changed and now we have ear buds. When I listened to Jabra Elite 75t, they knocked me over in wonderment. My search is over. These ear buds are truly remarkable, studio quality sound. The fit is beautiful and secure. The noise canceling is out of this world. I have a handyman banging and sawing 30 yards from my house and I’m toggling between “Hear Through” and “Noise Canceling” ... laughing at the fact, I can’t hear a thing he’s doing. Do the research, read about the others, take the stores up on their return policy and go out and buy a pair. My guess is you’ll throw the packaging in the waste can within the hour. Very, very, very happy!

Incredible!!
The simple fact that jabra a released active noise cancellation update for the 75t models through the app (after the 75t’s were originally released without the feature) makes me give the app five stars without any of the other benefits that come with it. The app itself is amazing, giving the ability to switch in and out of ANC, hear through mode (brilliant), and the regular sound of the earbuds. In addition, it allows the personalization of changing the sound equalizer and saving your “moments” so you can easily switch between a bass heavy workout and a calming focus driven smooth eq with the tap of the screen. Incredible! That’s not even mentioning their meditation inspired soundscapes. All around excellence achieved Jabra!

Great App—Suggestions Below!
Purchased my Jabra 3’s last year, and I’m in love with these earphones! I was more appreciative of the app updating and including an equalizer to adjust the levels of sound for these earphones as well. I use the “HearThrough” function a lot while at work, and it’s very convenient that this is a feature. Somewhere in the future, and only if possible, I’d love to see the Sound+ app include a HearThrough toggle on the Apple Watch app! I tend to use my watch for many functions, and if this could be implemented, it would be a welcome feature. If not, no worries! Thank you all for creating amazing products and companion apps to enhance the listening experience!

App never works well
I’ve used Jabra products for years and have never found the app to work that well with the product but lately, it’s gotten worse. I have the 85t earbuds (which I really like sound and fit wise), but hate that you 1) can’t see how charged your earbuds are until you turn them on and look at the app, as the app won’t show your case or earbud charge unless you have your earbuds out of the case and on; which is made worse because 2) the app only shows my earbuds as connected (despite them working while connected to the same phone the app is on) about half the time now and won’t let me re-pair them despite doing all the suggested troubleshoot steps & being able to listen to the earbuds. This means I can’t use any of the features of the app to adjust the earbuds while in use, and it’s always a guess the true battery charge of my case and buds.

Brand new Evolve2 85. App does not find the headset. I know it senses it. The iPhone will pair with the headset independent of the app, and it can make calls and play music. During the app setup, however, it doesn’t recognize the headphones and requests a manual selection. I can have music playing, and the app will prompt to find the headphones in the Bluetooth settings. Also, while the app is attempting to recognize the headphones, the music will fade from playing. I can press the play button and restart the music. It stops several times without recognizing the headphones. Is there a solution? UPDATE: (1-day post purchase) I turned the headphones off and on while doing the app setup. The app now finds the headset. All good for now. Update 2: (1 1/2 days post purchase) The phone app will not continue recognizing the paired headphones.

Mediocre
App has a fair number of helpful functions, but they seem to all be hidden several layers deep under the gear function and it’s hard to remember where to look even when you’re aware they exist. Also, settings like voice guidance vs. tone guidance for some reason seem to be saved as app settings rather than in the firmware, so every time my earbuds periodically have trouble connecting, I get to hear the irritating “select the jabra product from the list” voice clip repeatedly while trying to reconnect even though I have tone guidance selected in settings, and if I have to remove and re-add the earbuds in phone Bluetooth settings (which is generally true whenever it refuses to connect) all of my settings are reset and I have to go redo them every time.

Excellent app for excellent headphones
The app pairs very well with the headphones. Some device-related apps are simply a gimmick, a vehicle for advertising or an attempt to up-sell you on other products. In contrast, this app actually plays a useful role in expanding the range of useful, relevant adjustments and features for these power-packed headphones. I rarely write reviews. But, this app and the headphones have been so great that I felt compelled to share my enthusiasm. I own two models: - Jabra Elite Active 65- Wonderful, love them. - Jabra Elite 75t- Easily the best headphones I’ve ever had. Technically, they’re not as “accurate” as my favorite $250 studio reference headphones. But, they’re more enjoyable for recreational listening and are far, far more portable & versatile.

Great App, Hear Through Fixed
The app is great and very useful with my ear buds but one of my favorite features, the “Hear Through” feature, recently stopped working and I can’t find a way to fix it. Seems to be a recent software bug in the app. Edit: After updating the firmware twice, reloading the app, reconnecting, restarting my phone, ensuring that the app is open and all other functions are working, and other forms of troubleshooting, the Hear Through still does not work since the new update to the app. Please fix this issue in your app so I can again enjoy this feature. Edit: Hear Through now working properly.

Pretty Good
So, my review is more based on the actual ear monitors themselves BUT the app is pretty flawless. I mean, to have your own EQ settings and not just what apple’s eq list has is phenomenal. They should take notes from Jabra on what sound should be. The only downside is their needs to be some type of firmware update to fix the static in the left earbud (unless this is just something that will never be solved) because I’ve read a lot of reviews that this has happened to numerous people BUT when they work, well, they work! I own the 65t’s but want to soon upgrade to the 75t’s. Decent bass response from the settings menu and switching back and forth between receiving ambient sound and completely blocking it out is simple. Thank you Jabra!

Jabra Sound +
I have the 65t and the new 85t earbuds from Jabra. Their app allows for total custom control over not just the sound, but the functionality of the earbuds as well! Very comfortable for extended use. Listen to music and handle all your wireless communications with ease manually or with vice commands. Sound quality is fantastic, battery life of 5.5 hours of continuous use with quick recharge case. For the money, they are by far the best on the market. I could go on and on but I’d just suggest you purchase a pair( 65t, 75t or the newest 85t). You will be getting a great product and they stand behind their products with great customer service, support and warranty.

Wow!
I really love the Jabra Elite 85t head set. The app sometimes works efficiently and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I open it and it goes directly to the controls applicable to my head set and sometimes it hangs up on configuring head set... For minutes. Frustrating. Sometimes I can change sound modes from OFF to HearThrough to Active Noise Cancellation.... And sometimes I can't. And the sound mode chosen when I open the app seems to be random. Which doesn't really matter unless I'm on low battery and it comes up in ANC and I can't turn it off. A little frustrating. Maybe I have the app configured in a weird way but I have played around with the settings and have not found a combination that provides a more predictable result.

Evolve2 85 Headset seems fine. Software is crap
Evolve 2 85 headset seems to work fine with my PC and iPhone. The Jabra software on iPhone is horrible. I managed to get the headphones to pair once with the software and that was it. Every other time I have connected since (many over the last few days since I got the headset) the software doesn’t recognize the headset. The iPhone fortunately does recognize the headset and it seems to work fine regardless of the Jabra software. Without the software on my iPhone I guess I cannot create my own profile. Not sure if that is a big deal or not since I can still cycle though the different modes (ANC, hear through and off). The Jabra on my PC recognizes the Jabra Link 380 and my headset. I know the firmware is up to date according to the Jabra software on my PC. Disappointing experience on my iPhone considering the cost of this headset.
