Normally this app is great and I have no issues with it. But recently, I logged out and wanted to log back in because I moved apartment units and wanted to log into my new apartment’s account. However, I got stuck at the login screen, and no matter how many times I entered my password (which I know is right), it won’t let me login. I can’t even forget my password and change it, because it always says my new passwords don’t match, when I have MADE SURE they did. Please fix, as I cannot use the app at all right now.
If you’re getting stuck on the login screen with the greyed out continue button try tapping around the bottom half of the screen. You’ll know you’ve hit a button when a grey shaded box appears. One of them should help you move past the “Continue” page.
I’ve been using the app for over a year when I bought a new phone and had to redownload. The text of the latest runs off the screen and I cannot accept the terms of service- which prevents me from completing the setup. My building lives off this app please fix it.
I’m in the same boat as everyone else complaining. I can’t get pass the jbg page with the grayed out continue button. Tapping the screen takes me to a zego terms of use page that I can’t accept. Uninstalling didn’t help. I also rely on the app for everything related to my building. Can we get an answer please?
It simply is not working and I have no idea how to fix it
I’ve tried everything to get this app to work and I’m not really sure who to contact so I’m writing this review because I need access to this app for my community. It keeps popping up with the same page but I have nothing to click on and it’s quite frustrating. Help!
Can’t access the app because a greyed out continue button keeps popping up. There’s nothing to click to let me bypass because the screen is blank except for the broken continue button and the jbg logo.
The app opens and directs to a page with the JBG logo and a white screen with a blue continue button. I am not able to click continue and therefore cannot access the app or use it at all. Please fix it, I heavily rely on this app and haven’t been able to do anything on it.
This app constantly signs you out, and recently I cannot log in. It says that my sign in was not authorized and asks me to reset my password. I troubleshot and signed in with the exact same login information on the computer instantly. This app is currently useless.
The ability to add guests and visitors to units is broken. It says guest is registered, then the guest does not appear on the list. This had worked 6 months ago and now has a bug that needs to be resolved.
Last week the app started automatically directing users to another JBG site. It does this within seconds of opening the app and you cannot access the app once it redirects you. Therefore you cannot use the app features. Please fix ASAP!
The notifications do not clear or they come back after a task has been completed. Also, the guest feature is terrible. You have to always input them every time even if it’s a recurring guest.
This app collects a lot of data. Meanwhile, JBG recently updated its “privacy policy” to give the company sweeping rights over the what it can do with that data. As someone who’s read that policy, I won’t use this app—and others should be wary of it, too.
The app launches but freezes on start, hit or miss if you can get it to work after you kill it and restart. Absolutely useless compared to the previous version.
This app worked for 6 months and now it’s completely unusable. Took me to log in screen and now I just have the JBG logo and a white screen. Updated, uninstalled, whole thing and still nothing works.
This app is absolute garbage. Sign in with phone number? Not recognized. Try signing in with email? Not recognized. Try signing in with phone again? This time it recognizes the number and sends me a code. Great. Then it asks for the password. Which I never set up. Sign in with secure cafe password. Not recognized. Click “forget password.” Tells me to enter a new password. I do. Then I retype. Tells me passwords don’t match. But they do. What good is the app if I can’t sign in?!
Recently the app updated to a new interface. With this new update, I am constantly signed out of the app, which results in me missing important, time-sensitive notifications. Additionally, the app no longer recognizes my username and password. And then, when I try to reset my password, I can’t even finish the process because the app is broken. It will say “Password not recognized. Please press reset password below” when I’m already in the reset password process screen… Very upsetting.
Absolutely useless app. I can't get past the activation code screen no matter how many times I enter the code that's sent to me. It doesn't matter if it's sent via text or email. The app rejects it every time and says the codes don't match even though I enter the correct code.
Can’t accept the terms and conditions. The check box beside the message doesn’t work. You also have to click off of the activation code numbers to get the keyboard to go away. Pressing “done” doesn’t work.
